Rooms was a little small but it's just to sleep in after all but service and breakfast was first class I would definitely stay there again.

The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. lovely hotel. Although our room was very small and located on the top floor and my husband being disabled a bit difficult to get up and down... but the hotel didn't know he was disabled before we arrived. We enjoyed our break in Blackpool.

Lovely stay here last night fantastic location and most of all run by 2 great people there made us welcome from arriving to leaving would definitely recommend this place the rooms are lovely and clean you even get slippers in the rooms how greats that the breakfast was great to I wouldn't stay any were els now and we will be back next week thanks for a lovely stay Rocklea hotel David and Bernice

Booked a one night stay , the host Graham was very helpful, pleasant and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable . The room was basic but warm , cosy and adequate for our stay . Location is good , short stroll to the theatre and shops . Would stay here again ! July 24

Great place to stay. Very friendly hosts. Rooms had what we needed for a a 1 night stay. Breakfast was perfect. Full English, as much toast, fruit, cereal if you wanted. Tea/coffee and orange juice. Would recommend and will hopefully stay again next year, if we can book.

Lovely stay this weekend, very welcoming and couldn't be more helpful. The cleanest B&B we've stayed in Blackpool and the best breakfast. Central location, highly recommend 5 ⭐

If you're looking for ultra modern , then this isn't for you. If you're looking for a friendly, clean and hearty breakfast and very close to town centre and attractions, then it's here. Had a 2 night stay for 3 of us. The proprietor Michelle is very friendly and welcoming. Nothing seems too much trouble for her, and it comes over that Michelle works hard and is proud of her BnB. Showed us too our room and explained what we needed to know. Rooms are a little tired, and compact (fact - not a negative), however look past that and they are very clean and tidy with everything you need to cover your stay - towels, toilet rolls, tea/coffee, TV ect (ours even had a clothes steamer and a fan). We don't go away to stare at the 4 walls, so the room was actually fine. Breakfast was lovely. Lots of choices cereal, pastries and a full english breakfast tweaked to your liking. The Scottish fella serving breakfast (sorry dint get his name) was very socialable and accommodating in the dining room, and again nothing was too much trouble at breakfast time. All in all a very pleasant stay - thank you for hospitality

We stayed in room 10 which was cosy but very clean. It had a fantastic view of the tower however unfortunately our shower broke. They upgraded us free of charge and gave us a couple of mini Prosecco bottles and a few chocolates to apologise. More than enough in my eyes. The little chihuahua Louis was very friendly too. Breakfast was included in the price too and had the choice of cooked breakfast or pastries, cereal, everything you can think of! We will be back, lovely place to stay
