Rocket Chip in Lisburn

Food is good but i found multiple hairs in it..

Ordered on just eat and they cancelled didn't find out until an hour later. Won't be using again

Delivery driver was so lovely and polite

Ordered a fish super, it was disgusting. The fish was tasteless, batter was soggy and the chips where re heated. Won't be back!!

Chippys are very dear nowadays but this one still seems to be reasonably priced. Food and staff are fantastic.

Placed a order via Uber eats, waited 1hr 30mins still nothing, rang them up and apparently they turned off the machines and didn’t get our order, then said there wasn’t enough chips to fulfil the order, I highly doubt that’s true because this was 15 minutes before closing time so I’d say they just couldn’t be bothered doing the order, nobody apologised I was just told to get a refund through Uber, absolutely shocking.

First time in this wee chippy for year's. The staff were great and very polite. The food was delicious as well.. At least they give you loads of chips with a fish supper,most places now give you a handful.

Always really love a Rocket Chip take out, the staff are so friendly and helpful. I'd recommend their chicken kebab on chips with chicken gravy. It's immense!

Got a walk in order last fri 26/8/22. Food was lovely, hot and fresh. Rocket chip has taken a step up on quality

Traditional fish n chip takeaway. Really good fish. Chips a bit too well cooked for me but still proper old school chips. I'll give them another try as they were very close.

I got a fish and chip a few weeks ago and the fish was cooked excellent and very fresh Was a lovely crisp batter and was still very hot when I got it home and I walked home to my house about 7mins walk . I would certainly recommend their service and the young man who served me was very kind and well mannered towards his customers

A takeaway that you cant get to speak to anyone only answering machine to see where your order is . Why give an estimated time when you can never deliver at time stated

I am annoyed that i am giving Rocket Chip a 4 star nearly gave a 3 but this is only for their serving time management. If you have up to 1 hour, ( please dont think im joking) to wait outside on you food, then go for it. I totally recommend.. 1= Ring your order in to the shop wait 45 min at least, more if its busy before going to collect it. 2= order online for delivery, it will still take up to an hour to come plus delivery charge, depending on were you live min £2 for just down the street. Reason for this is You would think they would serve the customers in the shop first, for example, i ordered 1 chip to take home, 45 mins it took. This is becaus they do all the orders in turn as they come in, phone calls, online, and walk ins are all in the same que. Also all orders have to be paid up front. They could have given me a chip in between big orders to let me away but no 😔 I have done this on 2 more occasions at different times and the next was 55min and 3rd 40 mins. Why go back you ask...... Because the freeking food is Great... all off it.... Burgers, fish, chicken, you name it its good. So the moral to the story is.... Ring your order in, or Order online and at least 1 hour before you want it, and you will be a happy full bunny 😁👍❤️

Delivery took an hour and a half, food was stone cold on arrival. We were missing items so called to try and sort it out only to be hung up on.

The food here is lovely great burgers and meal deals lovely friendly staff

If I could leave a 6.20 star rating, I would. £6.20 for a large chip!! My goodness!!! If your looking to get robbed, this is the place for you.

Just had my first takeaway via just eat app, ordered chips and burgers, burgers were delicious, the chips the best I have tasted, no grease crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside. Will deffo order from Rocket Chip again. Keep up the good work.

Couldn't eat dosed in vinegar only asked for salt and he repeated back to me home starving now

Late, burnt, no peas and onions on my curry peas and onions, dry curry like powder, chips more like splinters and 30 quid. Far too expensive for mediocre takeaway. Totally disappointed.

Food is great BUT, please use gloves handling food! It's not right to flip a burger with your hands, touching buns act... while you touch the screen, handle money... You have food hygiene 5 so please use gloves.

Sausages were horrible but chips were ok.

My father ordered from here the other night and the delivery driver said he couldn’t make the delivery as there were accidents near where we lived 3 other people where able to get to my father house so when we rang to tell them my father took verbal abuse from the staff over the phone and had to ask the woman several times to stop shouting at him, we proceeded to leave a review on Facebook which then lead to the staff running my father into the ground on social media sharing his post and saying he is talking **** a comment was made to this staff member saying “im surprised you didn’t lose you **** “ to which she replied “I know” if this establishment cant take bad reviews and deal with them professionally quite frankly they shouldn’t be in the business! totally unprofessional and had no interest in trying to fix the problem the review was then deleted from their Facebook account which I why I am now writing it here. would never order from this place again was absolutely disgusting behaviour. The staff also did not know how to refund the order at the time but has since been refunded a little training In customer service would go a long way!! I would put no stars but unfortunately that’s not an option

Batter on the fish was very rubbery chips were cold tried phoning and nobody answered wouldn't order again

First time I used this chippy ordered a delivery on the app was told approximately 45 mins which should have been 9.30 pm delivered 10.10 pm after I rang them and food was lukewarm. Never again

Big portions and qualitiy food. Great deals always on offer and the owner is always open to new ideas to improve his menu.

There is no finer place to get your dinner than Brads. I could happily eat from them every night. Great food, great staff. What more could you want?
