Ordered Italian thin crust but deep dish delivered.

Terrible food . Expensive poor quality

the pizzas weren't hot, just slightly warm

Absolutely awful customer service experience. Ordered at 6pm on a Saturday through Uber eats. Chased with a call at 7.30. Were really rude. Said I was outside of their delivery area and as we spoke rejected the order. They should have done that 90 mins ago. No apologies. Just rude. Don’t risk ordering a delivery. It’ll likely never turn up.

Fancied a change from ordering from a large chain, wished I did. Quality of food wasn’t that great, had missing item off order (bottle of coke)

chips were so under cooked I had put them in the oven 🤦‍♂️ and the pizza was very average

Food delivered to wrong house. Driver never contacted me via phone to reach me. By luck neighbours who received pizza knocked on our door to see if it was for us. Food cold and have had to re heat in oven

Didn't get correct order and lost money cos was charged for a £13.99 pizza and received a £7.99 pizza

Ordered a veggie sizzler and there was hardly any cheese, there was more tomato sauce from the base then anything!! The garlic bread with cheese and onion was basically some frozen slices with cheese and onion. Not ciabatta bread slices as described! Awful experience and for my local pizza place definitely won’t order from here again. Better off with a bigger brand like PH or Dominos

Our pizzas were the wrong size, they were very good in sorting it out Delicious as always.

super quick delivery , food great as allways

The potato skins + 1 dip (vegetarian) arrived with Bacon. I am a vegetarian so not best happy. This isn’t the restaurant’s fault: it was Just Eat’s labelling.

The pizza was probably fine when it was fresh out of the oven, but it was only warm when it got here, and the cheese was a bit rubbery and the crust soft. I'd like to try it again properly but my first impressions were fairly poor.

I have used Roccos for years and never really had a problem but tonight my delivery took an hour and 15 mins the pizza and the chicken Goujons arrived stone cold and the warm cookies arrived burnt everytime you try to call the restaurant it says trying to connect your call won’t be going back here again

Pizza tasted good but was cold when it arrived

Pizzas have shrunk massively! Overpriced and not worth the money. Pizza cheese was burnt and base was rock hard, Curly fries were like mush undercooked and tasted stale. This once many moons ago Used to be such a great place. Owners must have changed Had to bin and go back to dominos! Never visiting again......

Always enjoy the food from Roccos Pizzas are great and the chicken gujons are always amazing. Never had a late delivery from them sometimes is earlier than stated.

Mozzarella sticks were the best part, tasty and polled nicely. Pizza was average, not bad but definitely not great either. Potato skins were a disappointment, I don't think they know what potato skins are supposed to be. They were basically just potatoes cut in half with all the flesh still in, either poorly seasoned or not seasoned at all, and with a less than generous sprinkling of cheese. So basically just tasteless potato for the most part.

Great food. We always choose Roccos for pizza as they do the 8" thin crusts -and they're usually early with their deliveries

Ordered the pizzas and got home to discover that they were burned! So phoned up and asked for the manager and he practically called me a liar!!!! Then put the phone down..,,, absolutely disgusting! The owner was really nice so have no idea what’s happening with the staffing unless they have changed management I DO NOT APPRECIATE BAD SERVICE AND BURNED FOOD ON TOP!!!!!!!!!’ I would give minus stars as it doesn’t even deserve ANY

Curly fries were undercooked, hot chicken wings were soggy and inedible, onion rings were of really poor quality, pizza was ok, overall a total rip off for what they are charging.

Seems to have gone downhill, unfortunately. Used to love ordering here, but the food has diminished in quality. Food turned up cold, the pizza wasn't even cut properly and the additional £2 for stuffed crust is basically just a hole in your crust, as the cheese is non-existent. We found the same with the mozzarella sticks, previously. They used to be lovely and the cheese used to pull. Now it's like biting in to candle wax.

Text saying food was on way at 6pm. Turned up 45 mins later. Only live max 10 mins away so assume just sat on the side for ages or in car. Pizza was cold. Fries were cold and hard. Chicken wings cold and bbq sauce gone solid on them. All currently now sat in my bin. Thought i would give Rocco's a try but back to Go Go's it is.

Food arrived hot and 10 mins earlier than estimate on website, which was a plus. Have eaten at Rocco's many times and have always been impressed with the quality and range of choice. Having it delivered was a big plus for us at present as my partner is immuno-suppressed. Will definitely use Just Eat for Rocco's again.

I used to always order from here and thought I would order as not ordered in a while and I'm so disappointed. It was burnt, dry, hardly any toppings, not ordering again

Food was lovely, like always. But delivery and service let it down this time. I ordered, they said it’ll take an hour to be delivered (which is quite long for them), but even with that time they are half an hour late. So I was waiting an hour and a half in total. When I rang up, it took me 3 times to actually get through. The delivery guy also needs to be taught how to be polite too. I really like Rocco’s but today has put a dampener on them.

Delivered on time with friendly service but food was disappointing. The thin crust pizza bases were like supermarket basics ones! The cookies were very crunchy and tasked more like pancakes. The food was lukewarm. Won’t be ordering again.

Pizzas are dry and chewy, awful. However the member of staff that served us was lovely , pleasant and friendly. I think he was called Max.

Only 2 pepperoni on each slice as a double pepperoni pizza. It's awful. You'd think you'd get 4 bits when dominoes is 4 bits on a normal one. Won't be using them again.

Pricing is outrageous for what you receive. No different to a supermarket frozen pizza. Will stick to the big names in future.

Curly Fries I asked for them to be crispy they was well under cooked and the chicken bite things could of been cooked abit longer

Fast delivery but the pizzas were overcooked and very average in taste. They forgot the dips from my order and were very unhelpful and wouldn’t redeliver or refund me as I purchased through just-eat. They said next time I ordered I could be sent the dips then but to be honest, I have no intention of reordering from a below average company anyway.

The pizzas had been tipped up at some point during delivery so were all mashed up. I would argue the "yankee double" pizza didn't have a full single portion of cheese or pepperoni, let alone the double it's supposed to have. A lot of base and very little else. Sorry, would not use again.

Decent pizza with lovely tomato sauce, amazing chicken strips, but the potato skins ware less then average- tasteless, just half of baked potato with cheese on top. Overall nice

It arrived late, food was lukewarm but taste was good. We were missing part of our order, Just Eat weren’t able to help as delivery hadn’t been marked complete after I waiting starting as number 99 in the queue, was told to try again later. Went to join the queue immediately again and online chat was closed. Tried to call the restaurant but constantly engaged after trying for over 30minutes. Currently unresolved and extremely unimpressed.

Food normally great here. But my food never actually arrived and when talking to the owner all they could do was send me 2 large pizzas in replacement for a £30 order. Will not be ordering from here again

Food is always to a really good standard and delivery they estimate 30-40 mins But most the time it only takes around 20 mins
