Tasty takeaway pizza. We had pepperoni pizza and extra cheese. Quick service and hot. Will definitely be back.

Well where do i start.after having a lovely swimming session ,we decided to stop for lunch in the restaurant at auchenlarie holiday park.so we found a table easily as it was nice and quiet.and preceded to order food for 5 of us.the adults drinks came prompt,and the kids milkshakes after the waitress coming to say they had run out of raspberry,brought strawberry which was fine…….so we waited,and waited and waited 45 mins for 3 chicken nuggets and chips,and a toastie……..then i waited a further 15 mins for my burger….then after waited another 25 mins for a pizza,all ordered at the same time.well the toastie was absolutly horrendous.well explained in the menu,it was seriously bad.the bread was not toastied on the outside and what cheese that was on it was like a piece of cheese that had been scrapped off a drunk mans grill pan.the coleslaw was no fresh made,and the chips were oven chips overdone.the burger bun fell to pieces and the bottom of it had just been defrosted.the chicken itself was ok but the bacon was sloppy like a cows tounge and to be fair £70 worth of food that seemed bought from farmfoods,it just a sign of auchenlarie at present,.wont be returning and to be quite frank id wait and get home next time and have crisps.the staff(chefs)are actually pushing there limits making chips correctly,i wouldnt bother advertising anything more.and also the waitress farted on my child,by accident.while i was complaing,which she laughed about.and the waiter with glasses came to ask if everything was ok,and while i was explaining took a drink of my irn bru.

*Auchenlarie branch* Decided to stop for some lunch after swimming.. placed the order, drinks arrived 5 minutes later. Another 40/45 minutes until the food was brought out. Ordered a cheese, tomato & onion toastie - the tiniest sprinkle of cheese, one slice of tomato and a few little strips of onion.. bread was only toasted on one side. Although the kids enjoyed their chicken nuggets, the portion size of the pasta was pretty poor. Pretty disappointing waiting 40/45 minutes for food considering the restaurant wasn’t busy.

Used the one in Kirkcudbright. Easy to order and collect. Plenty on offer on the menu with a good selection. The food was hot and of nice quality. Enjoyed the meal.

Not good food it was mixed chicken wrap and cheesy chips ,chips soft uncooked not a crisps one ,went in bin ,the wrap had more donner than chicken or salad, the pizza i got last time was nice but this time not good ,needs staff who care about customers not standing around talking ,my advice go to shop cook food yourself

First time ordering from RobnRoll for delivery. Cannot fault from time of ordering until delivered by Sally with the bubbly personality. Crispy chicken wrap very tasty. Hot beef madras sauce was delicious &with loads of very tender meat. Kebab meat portion was plentyful & salad nice & fresh. Without a doubt will order again.

We were staying in the auchinlarie park at the weekend and unlike many who stay in a campsite we don't cook our own meals and rely on onsite catering. The campsite gave us a menu which on paper looked great. After picking what we wanted we called in an order. We don't take phone orders was the response We walked down and placed an order,there was no queue so I thought it might be quick One large kebab and one fish supper not the most complicated That will take 35 mins to make , maybe they had to catch the fish ? I can take your number and call you when it's ready. There was a pub across the road so we said we would grab a drink (or three) and await the call. After 55 minutes we had no call and I went over to ask why not We tried (no you did not ,no missed calls on my mobile) and we could not get you At this point I though why do you even have aphone if you do not take orders on it and don't use it to let customers know an order is ready. The food was sitting in an open delivery box and was cold,even colder when we got back to out motor home. The fish was far too dry,the chips cold. The kebab meat had started to congeal and even the dog turned his nose up at it. We never ate it and never went back and never will. I loved the campsite but I doubt we will return there as we like to have our food cooked for us and the sit in place is not dog friendly. We were puzzled as why you would call a business rob n roll but the rob n makes sense, perhaps serve edible food,take phone orders and you will get return trade

I have ordered my family dinner and hour and 40 minutes ago and still waiting shocking customer service

We ordered a fish & chips, a scampi & chips and a veggie pizza from Auchenlarie's Rob N Roll after a long day on the beach. Expecting disappointment, we were amazed that it arrived at Mossyard within the hour; looking palatable and tasting great. It was also still hot and obviously freshly cooked. The delivery arrived with a choice of sauces and the delivery man was super friendly. Great service and good value. We will order again next time we are here.

We had takeaways often as they are the only restaurant that delivers but just lately the website is crap & a complete waste of time! Tells you your order has gone through when it hasn’t so you sit waiting & nothing arrives either that or they cannot be bothered to deliver to us! Or you place order umpteen times as cannot process it at payment page, it’s one big joke leaving customers frustrated oh & hungry! Food is good if you are lucky enough get it! We have no end of young ones here who enjoyed a burger but this is absolutely ridiculous!!! My advice as an x regular avoid like the plague as we’ve had nothing but trouble & customer service is crap!

We were staying at Seaward caravan park and this takeaway delivers to the site for free which was a big plus. The food was amazing 🤩 we ordered the crispy chicken wraps with salad and chips and the portion size was big and they were really tasty. We also ordered a make your own pizza (all the pizzas and garlic breads are standard 12”) and the pizza and garlic bread with cheese were delicious. The doner kebab was a big portion and the chilli sauce was sweet and spicy. The garlic sauce was very garlicky too 🥰 I personally went for the crispy chicken and pulled pork wrap and wow I would recommend all of the above as we tried a bit of each other’s and we all gave it 10/10 Thankyou again 😋

We arrived at the campsite late afternoon as as it was a Sunday most shops where shut and we didn’t have time to go to one as we have a small child. My partner went to the takeaway for them to say it was an hour to two hour wait so he didn’t bother. I then walked down a short while later around 9:20pm ish and to be told after standing outside till 9:30 that they were shut at 9:30 and couldn’t put any more orders through as he state shuts down. Which I now know is rubbish as on here it says they are open until 10pm. So now my partner who has been up since 5am has had to drive even further after driving for over 11hrs today to get us some food as the on-site take away isn’t open well couldn’t fit my order in even though the person in front of me managed to order his 😞😞. Very unhappy with the service received or shall I say not received

Just had a takeaway with my daughter, i had a make your own pizza and it was the best ive ever had. So tasty and so filling will be back,scrumptious. 😀

That's pleased the family as a saturday night treat. Very filling. Took an hour to be delivered from ordering but worth the wait! Was nice to be offered a 20% discount on it too. Thanks guys!

I ordered food for the family today and and one of my middle children was very ill from after eating your wrap do not recommend this place they said it would be 50 minutes and our dinner arrived 20 minutes so was 30 minutes early my partners burger was solid and both mine and my child’s wrap was just extremely chewy chicken it wasn’t correct do NOT recommend

Had a really delicious crispy chicken wrap with garlic mayo , spot on , loads of chicken and really fresh ingredients

Food it’s self was appalling and appearance was awful, burger was soggy and put butter in with the chips and it all melted, Donner meat and nan bread was freezing over all everything was greasy.Despite the few issues customer service was great
