Phenomenal service with the most amazing team they give you the best food at such a reasonable price! I would 100000% recommend :)

The chips were stale and I had to throw them. The kitchen was shabby and not sanitary at all. I noticed the lady at the restaurant have the salad while putting it in my burger. Really horrible place.

Make sure you get what you pay for. They will scam you if they get the chance. Watch out . Has happened to me repeatedly, just don’t have a choice as only option near me.

Food was average, got a chicken special wrap and a burger was disappointing of the wrap size could have done with more in it chip was plain and soggy paid £13 nothing special.

I have a music studio down the road from Roast House and have been coming here for a good few years. The food and prices are great for a City Centre take away! Staff are also lovely here! I would highly recommend their new turkish chicken kebab with chips on tortilla with salad (one on the picture).

Worst restaurant ever, the food quality is bad. The chicken quality is like a canned fish, the dough is dry for the pizza and it tastes awful although the cashier was really nice but the food supplies are really awful

The lady serving on the day i went was friendly enough. She was working alone and worked quite quick but i noticed she wouldn't changes the gloves through handling till and preparing the food or at all in the 20 mins i was there. I ordered the cheese burger and chips and it did not taste nice at all, beef did not taste beefy at all.

Ordered a chicken donner wrap with chips and salad after work. Genuinely the worst kebab I’ve ever had. The most empty kebab ever! To make matters even worse, I woke up around 6 am with severe stomach aches and diarrhoea. This lasted for about 1hr and 30 mins.

Good, staple food at a reasonable price. You’re not getting gourmet food here, but it’s tasty, fresh salad and sauces, good condiments - I come here a lot

A wonderful restaurant, very good service, and the workers in the place are friendly, generous, and kind. They have a Syrian man with great morals and kindness. It was a wonderful experience. I spent a month in Manchester, including days during the holy month of Ramadan, I did not deal with any other restaurant.

Friendly, professional service at fair prices, food well cooked and premise hygienic. Atmosphere not great for eating in because it's not really geared for this but it is still okay.

Roast House does the job. Had a burger. Tasted great, fries were hot and crisp. Burger came with a bit of salad. Not a huge amount but OK for me. Always been consistent for me, never had a problem. Except one time my flippin' card didn't work. All good

Exceptionally quick and tasty food. But was surprised when cheddar was used as opposed to mozzarella. Although this did give a toasty like experience which was actually quite nice. Good job all round lads

£10.99 for a mediocre 3 pieces of chicken to say the least is very much like a crime. I'm giving food quality 1 star and im very generous, it was burnt and the chips were very dry and horrible! I usually go for Jojo's chicken, they are better than KFC, but sadly they were closed tonight.

Utterly disgusting. In town for one night, staying at a nearby hotel. I just fancied some cheap chicken and chips. It was bogging. Chicken over done, cooked in fryer oil that looked and tasted like it hadn’t been changed in days.

For some reason, the delivery address was wrong (on the map) and the delivery person was sent to the wrong place. They called me and I informed them of this mistake but they said it was too far to deliver. The order said to have been delivered but I have not received it.

The hygiene rating is 1/5 and i'm hardy shocked that the two times I have eaten from here I have been very ill the next day, the food is rank. It's the only place open sometimes so you either order here or wait a while for a JE delivery guy to get lost on the way to you.

I just had a pizza and cheesy chips there, The pizza was soggy and nothing special and the cheesy chips was disappointing as it was chips with some grated cheese on top I gave two stars only because of the manners of the owner he was very polite

Mac and cheese horrible, oily, off smell, watery, vinegar taste and smell. “Gourmet burger” just a normal seeded bun which was soggy, and the salad was more kebab style mixed which didn’t mix well with the burger. Wings were standard crunchy takeaway wings

The cheeseburger is big, thick and juicy with cheese so throughly melted that it was everywhere. The bun, the box, my arms. Everywhere. And if that's not how you think a burger should be, what are you doing here? Would and will go again.

Food took 2 hours to come restaurant phoned me said to come pick food up myself as they wasn't delivering it. Came cold and disgusting £30 of trash a clearly should be refunded for this mess. DO NOT order from here!!!!

I’ve visited numerous times because it’s the closest takeaway to my house. Each time, the meal is horrendous. I don’t learn. I buy something new every time hoping that it’s just whatever I ordered that isn’t great. But I’ve tried the kebab; pizza and fried chicken and all foul. How can a takeaway make fried chicken or margherita pizza so unenjoyable? Avoid

Dreadful. I can only imagine the good reviews are from people who have eaten here after a drunken night out. The meat is over cooked. The rest soggy. I had steak, my housemate had cheese burger with onion rings. We were tempted to eat the packaging it came in as that would have tasted better. Very disappointing experience.

Food quality is generally good, always hot and fresh. However was much better on our first order, possibly because it was a new customer order. Can of Dr Pepper was missing and delivery driver (just eat driver) was ignorant to the fact I'm disabled and couldn't come down to the main door.

I’ve tried this restaurant for delivery and it was great, but trying it for collection is just beyond expectations. Fresh, delicious and hot!

The food was stale, I payed £1.50 for 2x 1.5L bottles of Coca-Cola and was sent 2 cans instead. Not only did it arrive late but I was disappointed in the quality of food.

driver was rude, complained about unable to find address. Also I had to collect order from inside of car.

Driver was late had no recepiet amd was rude when asked about it plus there was much less meat in the orders than usual

had to sent over 4 minutes on the phone directing the driver to the address? after receiving a call from the driver he was outside.
