As motor way services go, a good one to stop at

Prices in these services are utterly ridiculous. Same things I buy in many other shops throughout the UK almost 2 or 3x the amount.

Lovely place with a very attentative cleaner. Wish the cooked breakfast place was open though

Chozen Noodle. The meal was extremely disappointing. The rice was bland, lacking any hint of seasoning, and its texture was so dense and sticky that it resembled a solid lump. I paired it with Sweet and Sour Chicken, but unfortunately, it was almost completely flavorless and barely palatable. The Beef Gyoza was particularly unpleasant, with a texture and taste that suggested it had been sitting under heat lamps for far too long. Overall, the experience was highly unsatisfactory, and I was unable to finish most of the food.

This used to be my main stop until a few weeks ago. Stopped late at night and there must have been at least 30/40+ huge rats running around the car park and entrance to the building. Due to this my missus now refuses to stop here. Something seriously needs to be done to sort out this issue.

Short of parking areas. Compounded by thick lorry drivers parking across other vehicles when they are taking a break!!!

I expect prices at services to be quite high, but this place is just on another level. Even McDonald's is more expensive than anywhere else. I just keep driving by...

Always a great place to stop and take a break from your journey, it does got very busy indeed in the holiday season. Great services with a McDonalds, Costa, WH Smith and other eating establishments. Recommended

We always stop at this services when travelling to somerset. It has a wide choice of food and is always super clean.

Nice services looked clean and modern. Toilets were clean and well maintained. There were plenty of food options and seating available. Bit of a queue for the McDonalds but still pretty quick given the number of folk.

** Not disabled friendly - avoid if you have mobility issues ** I stopped here with my elderly disabled mother who wanted to use the bathroom. I went to see where the toilets were located, and they were as far away from the car park as it was possible to be - right at the far end of the building. I realised that due to the distance I would need to use a wheelchair to take my mother, and the staff in the shop said yes, they had one I could borrow. After a few minutes of waiting a helpful young man came out and apologised profusely, explaining that the wheelchair had been stolen and he was embarrassed to say that the decrepit, torn, stained wheelchair on the verge of collapse that he was offering me was all he had. I could not believe the state of this thing. It should have been consigned to the bin long ago. I momentarily in desperation considered using it, but after pushing it for a few feet realised it was dangerous. As a result my elderly, disabled, in pain mother had to slowly and painfully shuffle with her zimmer frame all the way through the building until finally she reached the disabled toilet and then had to repeat this awful journey back to the car. This is not good enough. As soon as the decent wheelchair was stolen it should have been immediately replaced. The attitude towards the disabled needs to improve hugely. The only redeeming factor in this horrible episode was the member of staff called Jack - he did his best to help us. Thank you Jack - and Strensham Services General Manager - sort it out. If I could have a new wheelchair (or two) with you in a matter of hours - why don't you??

Motorway services was clean and tidy service was fine but we was early morning

We have not been travelling for many years now and to see that strensham service's southbound has had a huge major refit compared to our last visit years and years ago, Compared to the old dated dismal looking services this new look and much bigger place is oh so much cleaner,bigger better facilities, ample parking and plenty of seating spaces inside with additional seats outside, Modern toilets, neat and tidy , One of the decent ones to stop at for that rest and leg stretches after miles on the M5/M6

They have very good collection of curry tastes to be selected for either with noodles and rice.. I always prefer with noodles..

Good selection of eating places

Many shops including spar,Costa coffee,phone repair shop and mcdonalds big clean area and a big spacious parking area. There are bing in the parking lot and inside and toilets nice place to stop and stay for a bit while you eat and drink I would recommend stopping here

A really good service stop off, very clean outside as inside service good for food and drinks.

Called in Friday and was served by marie at chosen noodles, so friendly, helpful and definitely knows her job, definitely will call again, well done roadchef on training she's a credit to your company

Stopped to sleep for a bit at 5am - left before 8, got a £100 fine. Sleeping in an empty carpark doesn't really feel like a crime but here we are - crooks. Shameless crooks.

Always stop here when on the M5. The Leon brand has great gluten-free food available

Just popped in for a break, both the male and female toilets smell disgusting. Also no hot water to wash hands and ineffectual dryers. Poor show.

A regular stopping place as we travel from the north to see son in the south.

This is a regular stop on my journey home from visits to the north... It's normally early in the morning when I arrive here and tbh not much going on, toilets are always clean, only wh smith and occasionally McDonald's, all though the last few visit McDonald's has been closed 😠 which when all you want is a drink means paying more...

The manager and his staff were so kind and helpful to me when i had an issue and remade my whole meal, food was amazing and best costumer service ive had had in a long time
