The food was fantastic, fresh flavoursome and filling,I went there on my lunch break and I wanted to go home rather than bk to work lol. I would highly recommend and I will be visiting again

WOW! The Mazinger burger with fries was bonkers delicious 😋. I couldn't believe how heavy the double burger was. And those fries. So goooood! You got me hooked on that one. Well done chefs!

Rudest staff I have ever seen I have never ever recommend anyone at all

I have eaten here about three times and I have finally given up. The food is OK, I have genuinely never known anywhere so slow. Every time it has taken nearly half an hour for a simple "fast food" meal. It's mind blowing how long it takes.

Edit: Was considering trying again but as someone else mentioned in reviews here you have some shady tactics On Uber - making a £8 burger priced at £19.99 and then saying its 2 for 1 is just horrible customer service. Do people really fall for this? Your burgers are not large, tasty or anything special, how can you justify this?! Old Review Months ago - Bland and mediocre at best. Do you even put SALT & PEPPER on your meat!? Dry over cooked burger. Tasteless fries from Tescos. No, dont have Covid :P

I was a regular customer of Rittos in ladbroke grove and became a regular when this branch opened. The new staff that started working there recently is very rude. Last week I tried to pay for extra ketchup and asked for a Pepsi, he told me very rudely go and get one and pointed to the drinks, he was rude, sarcastic and the way he gave me the ketchup was extremely insulting, tossing it in the bag and laughing at me. I tried to speak to him but he doesn't speak English. How disappointing. The person working the front and representing the business doesn't speak English and is rude so you can't reason with him lol. I asked for the boss and was told by his son he is on holiday I cancelled order and left. I gave zero stars for the food because I didn't take the order and guessing from the new guys attitude the food would have matched his character. The 1st time in my life I have seen this behaviour.

Ordered 2x Rittos burgers (£10.99 each) and a portion of 6 peri peri wings (£5.99), for an additional £2 we could have added a side but I think for £10.99 / burger a small portion of chips could have come as standard. Nonetheless the burger was very good and I would recommend the Rittos burger. You can choose the coating of the wings, I was disappointed with the wings I would not buy those again. The staff were nice and it's in a good location- close to bus stops and tube station.

Just eat a whole chicken and it was the best ever. The guy who made it also so professional and respectful.

Spicy grilled chicken burger was delicious. Fresh salad and toasted brioche bun topped it off for me. Chips were tasty.

Not many better places in London for fresh grilled chicken wings... they're big and tender and cooked very well. The 6 wings option is great value for money. Beautiful sauces too. Cool vibe in the shop as well, the staff were really nice.

Ordered a wrap and chips here last night and to my horror found a small wire inside while eating the wrap! So dangerous, health and safety is clearly not being taken into account when prepping food here.

Worst And a dirtiest greasy place I had been .I order a blue cheeseburger and I was wait like a 20minutes for a overcooked the beef and came without a blue cheese ,very bad customer service,I’m highly NOT RECOMMEND

Worst experience ever, ordered a meal for two, half the items weren't delivered even though on the receipt. When I politely called the restaurant they asked if I can order fries then they will give the rest for free....... So because you forgot half my items I paid for I need to pay another £5 for chips I don't need just so they can be redelivered to my home? The man on the phone was also acting clueless and ignorant, didn't apologise just straight away started murmering. Terrible customer service. Burger was delivered sideways and fell apart when you opened it too. Great.

This place would make you question if you got COVID! No flavour! I ordered from them on Uber eats. This stuff is glorified small-town chippy tea vibes for the price of honest burger. The chicken burger I got was smothered in mayo and GRAY! How this place has 4.4 is beyond me. I wish I took a photo, the food looked sad.

What can I say, the man's picking up food with his bare hands and handling cash and card terminal. I don't suppose most customers care though because they are usually drunk.

Absolutely disgusting I wouldn't even send my worst enemy to this place or feed it to my dog I'm not even joking just ordered off of deliveroo they go by the name seoul chikin on there just FYI so I recommend steering clear from this place it's absolutely nasty but who am I to tell you what to do waste your money and find out for yourself

The burger was pretty decent, I really enjoyed it! But it did take about 15mins to arrive. Two guys working behind the counter. One seemed stretched, the other not busy at all. Chips were a bit disappointing. Didn't seem to have much salt or seasoning which was a bit of a shame given the prices are closer to the premium end of the burger range

Waited over 30 minutes for an order. They forgot my order, there's always something going wrong with the service. Previous occasion forgot my chips.

Staff are nice. I got the fried chicken burger and my chicken was very dry! It didn’t have much flavour in my opinion. I also got the Oreo milkshake, again it was bland. & no I don’t have COVID.

3 staff prepping food, none wearing face masks (or at least over their faces!), no counter screening. I should've walked away then but thought I'd just get chips. 15mins later they were ready even though only 4 other customers. Seriously!? It'll take me less time to walk home and eat them! Won't bother again.
