This beautiful little place offers the finest Italian food I have ever eaten. I have been all over this country, the mediteranian and the world. No competition! Marco who is from the paradise Island of Sardinia, who we have known for many years is simply fantastico! His family, brought up in North Leeds complement the amazing family atmosphere. You cannot fault the friendliness, the food and the service! Magnifico to you Marco and your totally amazing family, Andreà and Sara for the constant warmth and hospitality you have shown us here in Adel . God bless you all!

Food used to be very good. I would rate the food as average Italian. Pizzas are good.

Birthday meal Monday night. First visit. Nice starter, mixed bruchetta, then two pasta dishes, washed with a glass of Merlot. Really enjoyed what our meals and would definitely be back.

Un pequeño y muy ocupado pequeño restaurante - heaving un miércoles por la noche. Reservamos para 7 . 15 y nuestra mesa acababa de ser despejada cuando llegamos. Personal cálido y amable y el menú es fabuloso. Tenía pizza que era excepcional y mis amigos tenían pasta. Compartimos una botella de vino rosa y tomamos un helado mientras esperábamos nuestro taxi. Buena relación calidad-precio, excelente comida y servicio de primera categoría.

Otra gran comida en Sorriso. Buena acogida y buen servicio. Carta de vinos sensata. Tenía un encantador Cannonau di Sardegna. Disfruta siempre aquí y volverá.

Un amigo y yo disfrutamos de un entrante de pan de ajo y los principales de un maravilloso risotto de mariscos y el salmón perfectamente cocinado. Gran noche y un agradable paseo por casa en una agradable noche de verano.

Hoy salimos media hora antes de la hora de cierre con la débil esperanza de conseguir algunos bollos y cruasanes. No los croissants, pero nos perdimos los snones. O eso parecía. Porque antes de darnos cuenta, ya nos habían horneado la cantidad que habíamos pedido, así que 15 minutos después un bollo caliente se unió a nuestro paquete de croissant. ¡Los dos eran celestiales! Alao el ristretto, la selección de embutidos, y el desayuno son más que deliciosos! ¡Gracie Mille, equipo Sorriso!

La comida y el servicio por lo general bien aquí ha sido un par de tiempo. Pero en esta noche tenía en cuenta que había reservado mesa para 4 a las 8 pm 2 semanas antes. Aparecimos golpeando el 8 y nos dijeron que nuestra mesa no estaba lista dijimos que no había problema solo esperar en la terraza de enfrente pensando que solo iba a ser unos minutos. Después de 10 minutos pidió al gerente hiw mucho más tiempo, ya que hacía mucho frío dijo que podría ser otra media hora al menos. Dijo que llegaron tarde así que tendríamos que esperar. Traté de explicarle como gerente que debería haberles dicho que necesitaba una mesa de vuelta a las 8 que era culpa. Sus habilidades directivas son una basura. Nunca volverás a ir. Menos 5 ☆

Ordered on Uber Eats, waited an hour then they called to advise an issue with the order and it would be another hour. I asked to collect and this was also going to be another hour. Really poor service

As it had been a while since we last visited, we decided to return to Sorriso for a mid week meal and catch up and we were not disappointed! There was a buzz in the bustling restaurant and we ordered some olives and garlic pizza bread to start and then 2 of us enjoyed the perfectly cooked salmon with risotto and our friend enjoyed her calzone. A really good meal in a local restaurant and we look forward to going back soon!

We have eaten in the restaurant a few times, always very nice. Thought we'd try a takeaway so ordered a couple of pizzas. We went a bit off menu with the toppings and they were very obliging. Anyway, the pizzas turned up quickly, still hot and absolutely delicious. Don't bother with the chains, this is the place to go for a lovely freshly prepared pizza +or anything else for that matter +. Highly recommended.

This is a great little local place. The owner is always there and he is happy to have a chat. The food is great, nice traditional Sardinian food, with some good Sardinian beer too! Would recommend a visit and sampling the hospitality.

Great food & lovely staff. It was a little smokey in the restaurant though as the ventilation didn't seem to be doing it's job. We paid £52 for a very poor bottle of Amarone. I scanned it on Vivinio... £11.

First time eating here and have found a little gem. Food and service both brilliant. Lovely cannoli and coffee to end the meal. They will definitely see us back.

We like to eat well and we met our match at Sorriso. Enjoyed the authenticity and the family run atmosphere. The chilis were a nice topping addition. Small cozy venue.

Very good Italian restaurant. I'm Italian and often ate here or ordered delivery from here when I was missing good Italian food. Generous portions. Very kind staff, too. Some dishes are a bit pricey, but overall it's worth it. Sadly, I moved out of Adel and don't go there anymore, but if for whatever reason I need to go to Adel, I know I'll eat here!

Got a delivery in on a Friday night for a treat night last night. We used to use this place a lot, but sadly this occasion it wasn’t good at all. For 2 pastas and a pizza was £47.00. I thought with it been a restaurant as well takeaway would still feel like you’re having something special. There was 4 hairs in the cheese on the pizza and pasta was stone cold. I wouldn’t go there again and pay our hand earned money to have something so disheartening. They bought a pizza out again for us and another pasta but sadly when you have had an expensive like that it completely puts you off your food. Sorriso you can do so well. Don’t let the restaurant side ruin the takeaway side of customers who if it was good would pay and come back and be loyal to you.

Excellent in every way. Our party of eight retired friends were looked after all afternoon really well.

My daughters refer to Sorriso as their favourite restaurant. If you like traditional Italian food of a high quality, friendly attentive staff, a busy Italian style cafe atmosphere and a very reasonably priced menu then you'll love Sorriso. As a family we've made a lot of wonderful memories here.

A hidden treasure in Adel. Freshly made italian food without the fuss. Starters we had were Focaccia and mixed Bruschetta. Both were very tasty. Mains of gnocchi and risotto were not so good but the cannoli & orange cake made up for this. Relaxed atmosphere. Give it a try.

Ordered a pizza tonight and got this.. it couldn’t be any smaller, and it’s as thin as a cracker..Called them to let them know I’m not sure I will be going again

We went for an early dinner (4 pm) as we had our four year old with us and had the restaurant to ourselves. The service was great with the owner recommending a Sardinian beer which was very refreshing. I went for the prawns with garlic and chilli which was lovely and just the right size. For main I had calves liver, roast potatoes and a side of spinach. The liver was perfectly cooked. The chocolate and toffee tart with ice cream and an espresso finished the meal nicely. A great find and the staff were lovely.

Lovely place for an early family dinner. Staff very attentive and food delicious. Would be good to see more kids options on the menu.

Excellent authentic family run Italian restaurant with high standards in or out. Reminds me of trips to Italy.

Out with friends for an early evening meal. The food was amazing, between us we had lasagne and pizza. 2 of us had the chefs special pizza which was amazing. Could have maybe done with the pizzas ready sliced ( our only criticism). We had steak knives but still struggled. The waiting staff were wonderful, couldn't be more helpful, we are all full of praise for this lovely intimate restaurant. Will definitely be returning.

Simply the best , l cannot fault anything, All the food we have ordered has always been so yummy probably the best Calzone and garlic bread we’ve ever had. Their customer service is great going above and beyond . Huge thank you for helping us out this Saturday with our delivery .. can wait to place our next treat .

Oh dear, what an utter disappointment. We ordered a takeaway a few months ago which took an hour and a half to deliver and then had items missing. We had dined in the restaurant previously and enjoyed the experience so put this down to a one off bad night. Tonight we decided to collect the order ourselves to avoid delays. Should have checked all the packages though as once again got back to find a starter missing and one of the other starters was burnt. Dreadful service. Never going back again!

Ordered 2 of the 3 course meals from this restaurant and I can say this is pleasantly a wonderful experience. Restaurant quality food to your door. Ordered garlic bread garlic mushrooms, 2x carbonara and desserts as well. Every item was tip top and still warm and tasted delicious. Prices are a little higher than your bog standard takeaway place but it is worth the additional cost. Thank you. 10/10 will be ordering again

In Leeds for my daughters wedding. Booked a table here as it wasn't far from the hotel. What a find! All the food my party ordered was delicious. Very reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and welcoming. A special mention for the youngest waitress who was very professional. Wish we lived near by as would definitely go again.

Great service and friendly people who make every effort to make sure you have a relaxed and unhurried experience. The food was excellent and presented beautifully. I had the calamari to start and its the first time I've seen a salad presented like this (try it). Make sure you're hungry when you go though, this is proper Italian hospitality!

This was our first visit and we weren't disappointed. Food was lovely, atmosphere good and staff amazing. We felt safe and secure regarding Covid so all in all very good! Would and will definitely be going again.

Such lovely food. Waiters were friendly. Had the mozzarella starter which was so delicious. The mussels tagliatelle was awesome - generous portion & plenty of mussels! Would highly recommend!

Very disappointed came for lunch looked at reviews so was expecting a good pizza - just tasteless and not a nice ambiance just smelt of cooking oil - not sure if it was from fish shop next door - won’t be back 😞

Fantastic as ever! Sorriso's food is absolutely gorgeous, and the outdoor patio, although small, is super cosy and has lovely heaters for a chilly evening. Superb service that makes you feel right at home, the perfect local restaurant for a reasonably priced delicious meal :)

Tried this place for the first time (lockdown takeaway) and was very surprised. The food was excellent and well-packaged so still hot when I arrived home. Will be back again.

Expect a wait. We ordered pizzas for take away... I was waiting 25min (in the snow) PAST the agreed collection time. If they said it was going to be that long I could have gone home to wait. They did offer me a coffee, but I would have preferred they were honest.
