My wife and a friend are both gluten free and had the gf pizza option, unlike a lot of places the full range of pizzas are available. Both my wife and friend said that the pizzas were the best that they had had

Went for family lunch which was superb.tasty food well presented and lovely people serving. The restaurant wasn't busy so the atmosphere was a little flat however we were made welcome and everyone catered for, asked for a child's pizza without the Oregano also our vegetarian was well looked after. Hope to go again soon.

Quaint little Italian restaurant, authentic Italian food cooked by an Italian chef. Quite a limited but constantly evolving menu and some excellent pizzas. Good selection of wines at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended this place if you like authentic Italian food.

I had a lovely meal here and takeaway pizza. The meal was really good but don't forget to order a side if you want anything other than vegetables. The pizzas were great but order early on a weekend as eating in is prioritised.

Wow amazing! Many thanks to Roberto & the team. We had a fantastic array of pizzas & garlic bread some cheesy, for our East Peston youth football Club presentation. The pizzas & garlic bread were all made by hand & absolutely amazing! The kids & parents loved them & asked where they were from. Think many will now visit the restaurant to sample your other delights. Many thanks from all 👏👏🤩🍕👌

Delicious home cooked food and good wine selection. The owner chef got his best recipes from his Sardinian mum, so this is real food. Try Roberto's lasagne or the parmigiana if you are vegetarian. Lovely setting in the village, close to the sea. Perfect for a glass of prosecco and a meal after a day on the beach.

I'm hesitant to say, just how good everything was, for fear of not getting a table next time around. A new favorite.

Once again Roberto and his team impressed with a delicious meal and excellent, friendly service. Do try his famous lasagna. The catch of the day is always a win as well!

Had such a lovely meal there last night. My wife needs gluten free and their gluten free pizzas are amazing she says and they made her gluten free Calamari especially. The staff are so nice and helpful. It’s a real gem!

Valentines day 2023. The moment we opened the door to this very small family run restaurant we received a warm welcome. Friendly, happy, chatty and attentive staff. Table was set up beautifully with so much attention to detail. Menus rolled up into scrolls with red ribbon. Fab touch! They serve an imported Italian beer that was sooo nice. The food all looked amazing. fresh, hot, well presented and tasted as good 😊 Attention to detail on point. Thank you for a wonderful, romantic evening. Already got our next meal out at Restaurant al Mare booked.

Wonderful place to eat. The whole family are so welcoming, and the food is absolutely delicious. Nothing is a problem, and Roberto goes out of his way to ensure your food is to your liking.

Our first time here but definitely not the last. Great food, lovely staff and good atmosphere. The spaghetti Bolognese was fab according to my wife and the lamb dish had was just right. Well worth a visit.

Roberto, Sam, Daisy and Phil provided the most wonderful catering and hospitality at our home for our wedding reception. From the first call to him we could feel Roberto's passion for his craft. We cannot thank him and the team enough for making our special day even better.

Interesting menu and wines we tried the rabbit which is not widely available. Service was good althought kitchen did struggle with timings, which caused longer gaps between courses than ideal.

Visited on Wednesday 26th January 2022 for my birthday, and what a surprise. We have been before and had take-away always excellent, but on Wednesday there was a new menu, something really different and delicious. I had gone with the idea of having Lasagne as I had not had that before here, but when I saw the menu, Lasagne became a take-away for tea along with a Panettone. For starters we had swordfish salad and venison sausage, mains wild boar ragu and hunters style rabbit, we forced desserts of apple pie and ice cream all washed down with and excellent Sardinian red wine. Thank-you for making my birthday such a delicious surprise! looking forward to next time.

Delicious fresh prepared lunch in a lovely courtyard. Attentive and upbeat staff. Deserves to be much busier.

Mixed starters including some excellent calamari that's amount the best I have ever had. For the main course, a superb swordfish steak, perfectly cooked. Washed down by a great Sicilian red wine recommended by the waiter. Served by friendly and attentive staff. A great place to eat.

The menu is compact but covers all tastes. Really enjoyed the sea bass roasted beetroot and peppers dish. Focus on fresh ingredients and flavour some of which are homegrown in the back garden

This is the first restaurant we've been to since COVID. Everything was very clean and all the tables were at safe distance. We've been here many many times, the staff is very nice and the food is excellent. This time we had the pleasure to meet Chef Roberto. What a lovely man, easy going and very passionate about delivering a good experience for customers and high quality fresh products. If you haven't been, you're missing out.

Well, what a lil' gem this is. A simple but agreeable dining area, very personable service and good food which is excellent value for money. I'll only reserve judgement in respect of the lack of other customers so, it'll be interesting to see how the place copes/feels when busy. My hunch is is still does well but I'll look forward to finding out. NB have read a scathing review just now by a lady who was most unimpressed and have to say, either you've confused the venue or behaved in a way that made them just 'not like you'. Try again!

Small family owned and run restaurant in a village location

We all had a really memorable evening here. A genuinely warm welcome, with a great atmosphere. Authentic Italian food, hence utterly delicious also. The staff are all lovely, I would unreservedly recommend this lovely restaurant.

Ottimo questo ristorante, con un menu prettamente italiano che rispetta le nostre tradizioni. Sono rimasto stupito che sia stata data una sola stella,solo perché la cantante non ha cantato un’opera! Idioti si nasce e lo si diventa sempre di più; se vuoi ascoltare un’opera vai in un teatro e non in un locale dove si gusta dell’ottimo cibo non innaffiato da salse tipicamente inglesi. Complimenti ancora per il vostro ottimo cibo. Ci torneremo sicuramente .

Not the normal, Italian food with a twist in taste that’s very nice, well worth a visit .

A night promising ''live operatic song' with a 3 course meal at this Italian/Sardinian restaurant was eagerly awaited. I love opera and Italian food. The menu choice was limited and the star was a piece of gorgonzola at the end. A dry lamb roulette featured aas a main course and when I say dry, I mean dry. There was no sauce or joy or gravy. Even they offered £5 off without prompting as it was such a poor offering. Worst of all was that the live singer ( and she was a good singer) sang no opera whatsoever. We had show song's, Maria, Walking in the air, a couple of carol type song's and finished with- of all things- ' let's go fly a kite' from Mary poppins. An extremely disappointing night all round and we will not be returning
