Lovely little cafe, where the staff is always friendly. We enjoy the food, the brownies and especially the coffee from here!

My fave spot in Poole. Lovely decor in the cafe, great drinks and food menu. I love the halloumi and chilli jam bagel and the banana bread! Staff are lovely and welcoming. Would recommend a visit to anyone in the area.

My daughter and I stopped here for lunch. Reasonable prices with a friendly service. The food was really lively and fresh. The decor is up to date and clean. Loved the plants.

Riptide is a lovely cafe with a great vibe. The staff are always very nice and friendly. It is a little pricey but the coffee is really good, thank you. :)

Wow! What can I say - simply amazing drinks and food. Ordered a hot chocolate, latte and chocolate milkshake (for my little boy). The drinks were 10/10. Beautiful silky milky microfoam on the hot drinks and frothy milkshake made with ice cream. We also had a bacon sandwich with cheese and ketchup which was on toasted sourdough bread. It was so fresh and tasty with premium ingredients. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendlier. Big up to the lady who made our sandwiches. My five year old is very fussy and he said it was the best sandwich he’d ever had!

Cool little find with seating upstairs. Great vegan selection and a laid back vibe. My son enjoyed his bagel so much he asked for a second one.

The BEST hot chocolate I have ever had... the best coffee too! We always choose Riptide as our Number 1 place for a quick drink. If I could rate it 1000* I would! Absolutely perfect- the drinks are phenomenal. Even on a busy weekend, great staff, lovely atmosphere. What more could you want! I recommend this place to all of my friends and family all of the time and I will not stop raving about the delicious drinks!

We re-visited today after being a little bit disappointed last time but we’re really glad we came back. This is the perfect coffee shop for Poole old town - it adds so much and it’s lovely to have somewhere that does great coffee. The beachy interiors go amazingly with the vibe of Poole and it’s really fresh inside and well done. Also great that they have lots of seating and they allow dogs too. The staff were really friendly, and the coffee is fab! You can really tell the difference between here and chain coffee shops. I also love that they do lots of options for drinks and alternative milks - small touches with nice glassware are also nice too. The only thing I wish is that they did some more gluten free cake options - there were a few but nothing I would call ‘cake’ as such. Just a little note of something to think about. Everything else was fab and we will definitely be returning soon!:)

Stopped here for a light lunch. Absolutely perfect. Bacon, Avocado Bagel with Chilli Jam! Heaven and a flat white! What more could you want!

We have a weekend break in Poole and found this lovely place. The coffee it s fantastic ,music is great and food very tasty. We highly reccomend this place to anyone who want s a perfect coffee!!!

Marvellous hot chocolate and cosy seats upstairs (all for us at 4:30 pm). Decent pricing and friendly service. I loved the lighting and background music which is often a sideline feature. After a day with children (fighting and screaming) I needed that researched music (played with a record player) and soft lighting for half an hour.

I love it in here. Fantastic music and coffee. I always get treated like one of the family. Which makes sense as I find the owner Aaron a bit like an annoying younger brother. The vibe in here is always top notch.

Small and chilled out coffee shop with good vibes, amazing toasties and delicious smoothies! This was our first time in here despite walking past on countless occasion, we’re so glad we stopped by this time. We enjoyed 2 ham and cheese toasties along with 2 ‘green’ smoothies. The toasties were so oozy with melted cheddar and loads of ham between perfectly crisp and crunchy sourdough with a couple of pickles on top, yum! The ‘green’ smoothies were freshly blitzed and ice cold, refreshing, sweet and tasty, no bitterness that you might usually associate with some other green smoothies! Great price for what we had, incredibly friendly and welcoming staff and we look forward to returning for coffee and cake, or even breakfast next time as we want to try more… Luckily we’re local! Keep up the fantastic work team.

Really friendly & helpful. Went in as they are dog friendly but the added bonus was really good coffee & hot chocolate. Next time we visit Poole will definitely pop in.

We had lunch with our 7 year old son. We were sitting downstairs but my son showed me the cool swings upstairs. I normally always order Bacon, Brie and Cranberry. Food was great. Staff stayed calm while dealing with lots of orders and obvious issues with the payment system. Thank you for a nice afternoon; will be back.

We stopped into Riptide for lunch with a friend and it was delicious - the Breakfast toast and the halloumi and avocado toast were both excellent. Would definitely return as lots of other things looked well worth a try!

Amazing Coffee and Food with friendly staff. Sourdough Bread, Avocados, bacon and a Flatwhite with oat milk, what more could you want. 😋

Nice little cafe close to the Quay. Friendly staff, lovely little dog and some nice coffee I enjoyed my flat white and the kids had a really good milkshake.

What a great find during our weekend stay in Poole. Fantastic coffee and a lovely ambience inside. You can sit outside and enjoy a bit of sun whilst listening to a good selection of tunes. You can even buy some cool records in house. Good...
