Pacifly asked for plain fillet as my illness can't eat spicy food was given spicy fillet some people have a intolerance to certain food should be mindful that there may be a reason for customs asking for certain food .

One of our favourite chicken places in Cov. Food always arrives on time or early, is always well packaged so arrives hot.

Every time I’m happy with the food. Chicken tastes tender never dry. I would recommend 100 %. And I think the price are not bad. Win win

Venue was very clean with lots of tables available for eating in , staff were very welcoming and the food was actually very cheap for the quality of it, had 2 chicken burgers and 2 fries for £6.99 , atmosphere was really good aswell 👍🏻

Good food and shop but new staff on till are very rude and dopey starting saying he’s gonna charge extra just for asking for sauce which the meals come with and refuses to add lettuce on meal

arrived at 5.45 as instructed, was asked to wait a moment for wedges to be cooked. 20 minutes later meal was handed over. qll chicken meals except the grillets were left sitting on the delivery top so all were cold by time I got them home. massively disappointed.

I’m always notified by text that my food is ready then once I get there I have to wait 10-20 minutes, this is happening all the time & needs to improve as mine and I’m sure others time is being wasted

Delivered to wrong address tried to say that he had delivered it to us but did not.i have a door camera he delivered it to the end house. Who told him that they did not order. then said yeah they did. That would be a warning sign in its self. Ordered after 6 eventually got it at well after 9.oclock. Never had a problem before as ordered a few times. And as for the 2 low life's hopefully you choked on it stealing from neighbours

Ordered food on the Rios app for iftari for me and my children, it gave me the option for 6.30, it then changed to 7.20, it's 7.50 and it hasn't come. My husband rang up and spoke to the manager Saqib who was not helpful at all. He ended up cutting the line on my husband. Won't be ordering from this branch again, and wouldn't advise others too😒

Ordered a meal and a milkshake. Only received burger and fries and question the driver about the drinks. He called the restaurant and then told me he would be back with the drinks within 10minutes. Waited for 30 and still nothing. Food was ok, barely warm since delivery took 1hour25min.

even though we are only around a mile from the store our food arrived cold. Chips were put in same boxes as chicken so the chips were slimy and boxes fell apart. The pieces of chicken were dry to the point of being inedible. Really disappointed as usually have great food from here - won't be ordering at night again.

I normally order from this place a lot but today they had an off day, food was an hour late and the chicken was covered in so much my family couldn't eat it all which led to us having a lot of leftovers. Genuinely disappointed and not sure if I'll be ordering from this place again.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Ordered a paneer rice box and the rice smelt so bad and tasted horrible we order a lot from here so know what it normally tastes like but this was way different made me feel ill. I rang up and complained to them and they didn’t give a refund or send another rice box out.

Food was great as usual. Disappointing that during freezing weather temps that the driver didn't bring the food in a thermal bag to keep it warm. Could tell from the paper bag it had been sitting in the cold which meant the food could have been warmer. It wasn't cold but could have been warmer. Still, would order again.

When they can charge you extortionate prices they should be able to deliver good food aswell. The chicken in burger was rock solid!!!! Felt like biting on a rock. Never ordering from their again. Wasted £40.

Usually no problems when ordering from here but today received the wrong food (wings instead of chicken pieces) and the wings undercooked and pink inside, had to bin them.

tad bit disappointed, seems like the standards have fallen to where they used to be but the prices have increased. Chicken cooked well but found a bone in the chicken fillet burger i appreciate its the nature of the product but finding a half inch bone is a little excessive in my eyes. The Macho Handmade was really dry and tough this time. Sadly, rios may have lost a long standing customer.

Rios is the best! Wraps and burgers always 💯 delicious, I’m usually a fries/chips girl, but Rios do the BEST wedges I think I’ve ever had.

I have ordered two 1/4 of chicken and rice and the portion of the 1/4 chicken was that small that looked like chicken wings to me.For the price that I payed,was not acceptable at all.

My chips were cold and my rice box was too hot, I always order from rios so the spic isn’t a problem however this day it was and I couldn’t eat it, it made it worse that my chips were cold as I couldn’t eat them to prevent the rice box from being as hot as it was
