Food was amazing full of flavour and warm too

Food late by 1 hour. Rang 5 times. Call number 4 they hung up on me. I put in for a refund a text back refused my request telling me food was on its way with an item off the menu free of charge. When it arrived food was barely warm. Reckon it was cooked again. Asked for no salad. And all food covered in salad. No free item. The one who answered call number 5 was polite and rang the driver while I waited. Just as he pulled up outside my house. Hot and miss whether you get good service from these.

portion size was absolutely horrendous. large fries werr small. the garlic mayo tubs weren't even half way full. flavour was good but everything else's was shocking

Rang the store over 200 times in an hour and they do not pick up. App says food has been delivered but over an hour later it has not arrived.

AVOID THIS PLACE! Everytime I've ordered from here they have always came late, I've ordered from here multiple times thinking things will be different but no, my last order was an hour LATE. I called them up after the set time passed & the guy said that they're waiting for the driver, so I asked to cancel, he then spoke to his chef & all of a sudden apparently my order has already left the shop, waited again for 30 mins & it arrived cold. NEVER ordering from there again

Good food but terrible delivery time

have ordered from Rio's for a long time, delivery isn't the quickest but forgiven as the food is usually so delicious. Tonight however, we ordered the 1/4 chicken for about £7 and were very disappointed with what arrived. A small leg of Chicken with hardly any meat, not overly tasty and not a lot of it, genuinely about 3 bites off the bone so defo won't order this again. We also order the chips every time because they are sublime but tonight they were cold.

It was already an hour delivery and was still longer by about 15/20 minutes. The app also said it was delivered way before driver turned up! So not impressed at all!

The food came over 1 hour late. It was changed from 8:15 to 8:30 then to 9:00. I think this is really poor if I have to wait 1 hour for food without any updates. The food came and it was not hot

Considering we spent £144 ordering, the service was very poor. Told driver had ‘just left’ at 14:05. Still no delivered food until 14:30

Service could be better but the food is good for its price, very good actually. Clean place, everything is labelled too. Would visit again.

Too expensive and really stingy small portions You'd think there was a potato famine with the 10 fries you get in a portion £30 for an £8 meal in my opinion

Ordered at 20.04pm and my order didn’t arrive until 21.46pm. When it did arrive the fries were freezing and my burger was incorrect. I ordered one original burger with no modifications and one with as we have allergies we want to avoid but was wrong.

The kofta pitta and manchego burger were nice but the loaded fries were horrible. It was overloaded with 2 sauces which both tasted similar so it felt quite one dimensional. Even the chicken in top lost its own flavour as it was drenched in the sauce

I left a review yesterday and I was expecting a refund. The chicken was under cooked, wings pink and u unsafe to eat the delivery almost took 2 hours aswell.

Food was lovely and good portion too.

Everything was good just the sticky bbq wings we ordered was not bbq flavour but was something very spicy and hot, my daughter and I could not eat it.

Rios never seems to be consistent. the chicken strips have now been stale/dry/recooked on 2 occasions. the loaded fries were lovely, however absolutely soaking in sauce. couldn't see what was the chicken and what was the chips.

Pacifly asked for plain fillet as my illness can't eat spicy food was given spicy fillet some people have a intolerance to certain food should be mindful that there may be a reason for customs asking for certain food .

Ordered for the first time ad the food was abysmal to say the least!!... The chicken salad was discusting and over priced! Would NOT be ordering from here again!!

The chicken had a weird and burned smell to it found so much feather and stuff on it. Looked very off putting. I wish I could describe how awful the food was

Every time I’m happy with the food. Chicken tastes tender never dry. I would recommend 100 %. And I think the price are not bad. Win win

Venue was very clean with lots of tables available for eating in , staff were very welcoming and the food was actually very cheap for the quality of it, had 2 chicken burgers and 2 fries for £6.99 , atmosphere was really good aswell 👍🏻

Good food and shop but new staff on till are very rude and dopey starting saying he’s gonna charge extra just for asking for sauce which the meals come with and refuses to add lettuce on meal

arrived at 5.45 as instructed, was asked to wait a moment for wedges to be cooked. 20 minutes later meal was handed over. qll chicken meals except the grillets were left sitting on the delivery top so all were cold by time I got them home. massively disappointed.

I’m always notified by text that my food is ready then once I get there I have to wait 10-20 minutes, this is happening all the time & needs to improve as mine and I’m sure others time is being wasted

Delivered to wrong address tried to say that he had delivered it to us but did not.i have a door camera he delivered it to the end house. Who told him that they did not order. then said yeah they did. That would be a warning sign in its self. Ordered after 6 eventually got it at well after 9.oclock. Never had a problem before as ordered a few times. And as for the 2 low life's hopefully you choked on it stealing from neighbours

Chicken great as always but Ferrero Milkshake was thin and watery and definitely not the luxury thick shake with soft serve as advertised.

Ordered a normal chicken burger as I didn’t want a hot one and a hot one turned up. Couldn’t eat it as it was stupidly hot. Have some the hiccups. Very disappointed.

Ordered food on the Rios app for iftari for me and my children, it gave me the option for 6.30, it then changed to 7.20, it's 7.50 and it hasn't come. My husband rang up and spoke to the manager Saqib who was not helpful at all. He ended up cutting the line on my husband. Won't be ordering from this branch again, and wouldn't advise others too😒

Ordered a meal and a milkshake. Only received burger and fries and question the driver about the drinks. He called the restaurant and then told me he would be back with the drinks within 10minutes. Waited for 30 and still nothing. Food was ok, barely warm since delivery took 1hour25min.
