The food from this restaurant is ok but they appear to put their prices up on a weekly basis. Any place that charges £3 for prawn crackers is having a laugh as they cost pennies to make. For 2 meals with just a few accompaniments each you’re looking at nearly £40…… for a takeaway!!! It’s cheaper to eat in most local restaurants now than to takeaway from Ricky’s.

I have used this chinese takeaway for a while know and its really really good. The chicken is actually chicken , not the chewy stuff that you have to stop and think about the texture. Salt and chilli stuffs quite good too 😋 Never had any issues with order, delivery etc. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they close too early for me

Normally order from here all the time as the food is good, but probably won’t be ordering again after the service received today. Extremely rude young guy took my order by phone. Last time I was in, I heard him speaking to another member of staff in the same way. Needs to improve his customer service skills!

We have been going to the Windows restaraunt for some time although it has been a while. We visited the restaraunt today at 16.00hrs and asked to see the Market menu, only to be told we were not elegable as we were not staying at the hotel. We explained that we had phoned to book a table and was assured that it was available, but no the website was wrong. Rather than leave and look elsewhere we ordered from the Ala Carte menu, to say we were disappointed is an understatement, steak pie, fish and hamburger with chips (chips being the frozen variety) were not what we expected on a Ala Carte menu. The fish and chips I'm told was very poor my hamburger and chips was OK. We had to ask for sauces vinegar was not an option. Honestly if this is your type of food, go to Wetherspoons its better, and less than half the price we paid if you include the wine at £30.00 a bottle
