Definitely wouldn't recommend. They've messed up my order more times than I can count and refused to refund! Prices have gone up massively, it's a rip off. Will not be ordering from this establishment again.

Shocking! Used to be one of our favourites. Ordered often but once you realise they are just interested in the money you realise how much they have gone down hill. Messed our order up yet again and to be told they are busy so it's tough nothing they can do is not acceptable. Rude and disrespectful comes to mind. Would not recommend and definitely our last order!

I had a kebab from here before and I wasn't too fussed on it. However, tonight I had a kebab from there, just on the off chance, as I was passing and I have to say it was one of the best tasting kebabs I have had. The doner meat was to perfection, no grease whatsoever and full of flavour, it was that nice my dogs didn't even get a sample 🤣 but seriously the kebab was amazing.

Was charged £15.00 for large lamb shish, should have gone up the road to best kebab and payed £9 for same size. Rip off

Had mixed meat and chips last night, nice enough but asked for garlic mayo with it- it was quite sweet it was like if there was banana milk or chocolate in it.

Short hair in food refused to refund me and took food back Was told they don’t have hair but all have beards(hair is hair)

learn how to make a kebab and if a customer places an order, listen well !!!!!! today I ordered 2 kebabs, one mixed without cucumber, tomato, onion and the other chicken kebab on fries the fries were heated and not straight from the fryer and I know how they taste good fries works in a lettuce restaurant carrots I didn't get only onions tomato although I said no tomato and onion !!!!! please phone number to your boss because I won't leave it like this I'm allergic to onions !!!! I wouldn't make such a decision but you don't do it !!!!! threat to life !!!!!

My son likes the food but the front sign falling down windows smashed upstairs really should do something about it and water constantly dripping off front of shop wow. sorted out the sign but made it higher so the water now dropping off their sign and on to next doors but windows still smashed looks like dossiers living there what a mess

Ordered on foodhub where it clearly states the shop is open and receive a text message to say they are not open, utterly dissatisfied customer, very rude staff when my partner called them to enquire, states they are open until midnight when infact they are not, disgusting service

Food is spot on and well cooked...

Ordered off just eat, delivered to a random person to say they were "not at fault" so that they didn't have to deliver to our flat. When we called up to enquire they blocked our number. We waited in the rain outside and were told 3 seperase times that it would be "10 more minutes" as the driver was lost. Absolute joke, terrible customer service.

Very wry disappointed in the food we received the lamb wrap hardly any lettuce in it The food wasn't that warm Only received 1pot of gravy when i ask for 2some of the chips were slightly hard. We given them so many chances we want be going there again the food very disappointed thats why i give them 2 stars

Ordered food from here tonight. Won’t be ordering again. Burger was slapped together. Way to much lettuce on the bottom so it was cold and soggy. Chips were disgusting. Definitely won’t be having anything else from here

I was a regular customer of Rhydyfelin Kebab & Pizza House but won't be purchasing from them again ! I advise you to avoid them. I placed an order for a Pepperoni Passion Pizza, 14" via Just Eat & rang them 10 minutes later to add a Small Hawaiian Pizza to the order, they helpfully agreed. Delivered 10 mins late (due to the additional pizza added to my order, so OK). Delivery driver had such a bad throat he could hardly speak (poor guy). Sadly discovered the Pepperoni Passion Pizza had ZERO slices of Pepperoni. Let that sink in for a moment, Pepperoni Passion Pizza, ZERO slices of Pepperoni ! Clearly a mistake but an extremely annoying one. In addition, Pizza base was burnt & overcooked. The box it arrived in was softer than my Pizza. The small Hawaiian was also burnt very dry & hard. The ham topping was very cheap with an unpleasant taste & smell, even the cat wouldn't eat it ! I called to complain & they apologised & agreed to send another Pizza with Pepperoni on it. I made a point of asking them not to burn it. The Pizza arrived quickly, delivered by the same croaky guy (who apologised again). Yes it did have Pepperoni on it but was once again burnt & hard on the bottom. The Pepperoni wasn't cooked properly & only lukewarm due to being hidden under the cheese. It was so bad, after 1 slice, I threw the entire meal in the bin, second pizza included. Let me explain to Rhydyfelin Kebab & Pizza House how you cook a Pepperoni Passion Pizza :- 1) A quality, fresh and home made pizza base. If it is hard like a Frisbee throw it away & get a fresh one. 2) A nice tomato sauce spread generously over the base. 3) Put double cheese on it, Double ! 4) Put a generous amount of Pepperoni on TOP of the bloody cheese NOT UNDER IT !! 5) Put the whole thing in the Pizza oven until cooked. Thats COOKED not BURNT or ROCK HARD. A customer should not need to explain how to cook a Pizza to a Pizza house. Shame on you A very disappointed EX Customer !!

Ok this is my local kebab shop i been eating kebabs here since way back in the day when it first became a kebab shop and slowly over the years the kebab meat has gotten worse and worse just like all the rest of kebab shops around ponty area.

Very rude over the phone I rang him to politely ask if he could do a delivery to Caerphilly and that I would pay him an arranged payment extra for the inconvenience I even politely commented on his almost 5 star rating to which he rudely sniggered and sarcastically replied you'd have to give twenty pounds to come up there mate! All I'm saying is that for someone with such a high star rating Id expect better customer service

Very Modern, not like the other dingy Kabab places in Tred, though they've got some weird portions going on, order a large kabab and chips and you get about 15 chips one week, another week you get like 40. Would be 5 Stars if they get their portions correct more often!
