absolutely awful, won’t let us enter the shop because other people were being disrespectful

Staff are friendly! The food was nice

Wont buy chips again from here had chips about 3 times and every time they rock hard threw the chips away every time

Donner meat was ok but the chips were rock solid and way over cooked few times had chips from here and they been like that and food was cold

We have eaten few times now amazing food. Very fresh fast, chips are delicious. With great staff, friendly, thanks everyone.

Avoid at all costs unless you want plastic fibres in your food, and a Woman on the phone throwing accusations about being too drunk, although we are sober. Saying they do not care and that we can do what we want and they are not offering a refund. Further to the above, we are now receiving threats from the shop owner for a negative review. Avoid at all costs

Great food, great people and as a lover of Doner meat this was right up there, would 100% recommend

"The Worst Shop In Rhondda" I ordered food and the food was burned, the chips are too raw and kebabs taste like I am eating plastic I don't know how much you are buying these doners and etc but all tonypandy hope you will be close VERY VERY VERY SOON.

Tried it the first day they opened. It was half price, which may have bought them an extra star on this review, as if I had paid full price I would’ve been going back and taking my money back. Lamb doner, inedible. Burger was okay. Chips were terrible.

Had delivered last night absolutely beautiful

This was the worst place I have had the pleasure of having food from off just eat. Milkshakes with the chocolate bars in were missing a key element which made them what they say they are THE CHOCOLATE BAR!!! and then when I contacted the establishment to make them aware all I had was I was lying even though I said they can come and take the originals back and try them themselves. It then went to ah I put the chocolate bar in myself it must have just been blended really finely by our blender it's been doing that for months! Avoid like the plague this place is rated a very generous 1star for a reason as it is horrendous and customers service staff need a lesson or two also
