Rfc in Harrow

I got about half my order as regular chicken instead of hot wings and the pies were dripping with oil.

Being going to this place for years, service is always 5 stars could not get better staff anywhere, food was always good, the wings were to die for, but lately become a bit disappointed as food quality seems to be letting the place down.. the taste is not there anymore nor is the freshness of produce...

Worst food I ever had, I can't explain myself how this guys have over 4* as I went to them because of their rating. They should be close, don't think its legal to sell that food!! If anyone can help me report them to some customer protection as their food its nearly rotten would be a bless for future costumers.

Food was cold. The burgers were dry, lettuce was rotten and out of date. All the sides from the whole grilled chicken was missing.

Good delivery however food is really bad! I ordered lamb donor with chips but I got a wrap instead with burnt and hard 4 small pieces of lamb! I also ordered pepperoni pizza which is tasteless. I wish I had gone with different place. All positive reviews are not correct

Extremely disappointed, food wasn't great and some of it went to the bin, the place "handles their own deliveries" so it can't be tracked and when placing the order the delivery window said 30-50mins waiting time, the order came after 1hr40mins. Finally, got a text after just over an hour that food was on the way but it took another 35mins to arrive despite the place being 10mins away from us, this means multiple deliveries were done before coming to us, and for this the food was a bit cold. Definitely won't be wasting money here again.

Most delicious beef burger I've had in a while. Food was on time, hot and staff extremely nice and accommodating. Didn't mind that I requested a change in delivery address, which he did with zero fuss and great attitude. I ve just about found my ro go burger place. Thank you so kindly.

Avoid. Disgusting food and even worse service. After ordering, delivery time went up to 90 minutes so I called to ask why. The man was SO rude; told me to use “simple logic” and said the food needs to be cooked. Anyways they sent their own driver (who was also rude and condescending) and the food? YUCK. the “grilled” chicken had been steamed and roasted to oblivion. Not a ounce of peri peri or a grill mark in sight. The wrap was supposed to have chicken strips but instead had about 5 pieces of popcorn chicken type of pieces in it. Oh, and it was all freezing cold. Chips were the best part and even those get a 5/10. I only usually write positive reviews, but I could not let this one go. STEER CLEAR and order from Sam’s or Fab’s instead! Literally anywhere is better.

absolutely HORRIBLE. the food said eta was 35 - 50 mins and it came 1 hr and 20 mins after. we called the place they lied to us saying that the driver would come in 5 mins, they did not. we called again asking them to call the driver and ask where they were, they said they would call us back, they did not. the driver attempted to make up an excuse but the shop is TEN MINUTES away from our house. the food was mediocre for the amount of time we waited and my chicken had a slight pink tinge in it. whatever you, do not order from this location.

Everything is fine expect for the Fillet Burger. The fillet "the meat" tasted like soap.

Chicken was dry, pink and really bad tasting. We had to give it away.

Not worth it. Chicken old, salad even older, wings probably as old. Paid for spicy fries, they only put the seasoning on one box.

The food was 15 minutes early while i was fasting it was cold when i broke my fast i put 8:05 and it came 7:50 the food was cold and I didn’t like it

I ordered at 7.30pm to break my fast but I was not expecting to be waiting for my meal until 9.20pm - that's nearly 2 hours after I ordered. The food was nice but not worth waiting 110 mins for - especially since the shop is 5 mins away from my house. I was better off going to the store myself instead of ordering online via Just Eat.

Food arrived 2 hours late, I placed the order at 8pm, estimated at 9:10pm and I called them to ask them the lady said it was just leaving, had to call three more times, food finally arrived at 10:20pm kids had already gone to sleep. Ridiculous, why didn’t they just cancel the order at 9:15pm.

Food was average nothing amazing even though we were told it was cooked fresh and took 2 hours to arrive Guy on the phone is extremely rude telling me I'm wasting his time by calling him requesting a correct delivery time drive was nice but the the person on the ozone ruined it Don't waste your money plenty of chicken shops in harrow avoid this one

Decent chips, great salad, chicken is mediocre. Definitely roasted, not grilled. There's no score lines on the chicken and it's dry in parts, impossible if a chicken is freshly grilled. Had worse but it was still pretty below par for 16 quid. Also the garlic dip is just the garlic and herb dip you normally get with pizza.

Burgers were fine but the chips were very bad. They were cooked in a very over used oil it had a bitter taste. Had to put all in the bin.

The food had no flavour it tasted like chalk just dry and inedible . The chicken was dry the wings had tasted as if they had been left out for ages . And the hygiene was disgusting .

I'm really disappointed with the grilled chicken. It was dry as a bone and had no flavour. It was bland. When I ordered I had the option of spicy or not spicy, I ordered spicy but got peri chips instead. Very unsatisfactory.

Alas: el empanado era excelente y sabía bien, pero el sabor era un poco extraño Strip Burger - Muy bueno - Lo recomendaría. Me dieron mucha carne en mi hamburguesa. Por lo general, recibo tiras de carne muy pequeñas en otras tiendas de pollo. Quizás solo tuve suerte esta vez. Patatas fritas - Muy malas - las papas fritas se pensaron y se les dio una porción generosa pero prácticamente no tenían sabor, sin embargo no estaban saladas. No suelo ponerle sal a mis papas fritas, ya que suelen hacerlo por usted. Tendré que probarlos otra vez, supongo. Los servicios fueron amables pero lentos

Been a customer for years but food quality has really gone downhill - chicken burger bun was burnt, chicken wings were vile and just fat covered in a tasteless batter, chips were cold and soggy. Ended up throwing while meal in bin. Will not order from them again. Shame as food use to be really nice from here but has really gone down hill

First of all they got my order wrong and to top it off it was cold like it had just come out the freezer. They put sweet corn and peppers which I am Allergic to even-though I asked for chicken and beef as any pizza topping . Also, my food arrived over an hour late. Do no recommend I want my refund.

Food came over one hour later than expected, despite me living only 5 minutes by car away from the restaurant. I called 3 times after the food was supposed to arrive. I was told to wait 10 minutes, even though the food was half an hour late at this point, but to no avail. I called again, and was told that they would call the driver. 20 minutes later, I call again (I was quite angry at this point, as my food had been ordered two hours prior and it wasn't even that big an order). The manager called the driver while i was on the call, and the food arrived within 5 minutes. There were multiple times where it seemed like my order hadn't gone through, as they kept asking for my postcode and saying that it didn't come up on the system. The food was cold and soggy, since it had probably been in the car for an hour and a half. I hope the driver gets a warning, because the service was truly horrendous. Can't comment on food quality because no fried chicken tastes good reheated, so that wasn't the fault of the restaurant. I would not order from here again. Some kind of compensation would be nice, for all the hunting down I had to do in order to find my dinner.

My food was delivered 40 mins LATE. Rang twice to be told I had to wait. Got reassured my food would be hot it’s bone cold. Delivery driver knocked very lightly so you couldn’t hear the door, didn’t even wait 1 minutes. I opened my door just as he was about to drive off. Will not be ordering from here again and I will make sure my family and friends done either. Very poor service.

Very bad service I called the restaurant after 1hour order placed the guy who answered the phone says within 5min order with me.but I did not get the order then I called to them again after 20min and they says order left to the delivery but driver was new bla bla bla and he called to the drive when I am on the phone after another 30min I received the order with very called food .if you are looking for quality food and service do not order from them never order again
