Retro Memories Cafe Bar in Wigan

been in this cafe before food is very good and i think thres a kids play area upstairs and the music playing from an old dukebox is marveless and lots of old posters and records on the wall

We spotted this cafe and straight away was we were transported to different periods of time we start the the 80s section and ordered are food which was all bought to us and was very nice daughter especially liked the milk shake

A Great experience all-round The couple who run it just love what they do and it shows. They have designed and decorated the place themselves to cover different era's, which creates a great atmosphere that's so welcoming whatever your age. The food is fabulous the Bar although small does not disappoint. From the Afternoon Teas to the Bacon Butty you will find something on the menu that you really fancy I've been a few times now and .have never been disappointed.

The couple that run the place are very friendly and the food is just great. It is always fresh and the best in town. The place is a must to visit because of the decor.

What a lovely experience. Me and two of my friends went to the Retro Memories cafe bar yesterday 17/11/18 for afternoon tea,it was absolutely delicious. We each got a cake stand full of different sandwiches,pork pies,sausage rolls,crisps a lovely salad plus two cakes. + Prosecco & a pot of tea. All of the food was freshly prepared and delicious,also the service was fantastic,the lady who served us was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be returning to the Retro cafe very soon. So if your looking for somewhere with delicious food,beautiful decor and excellent service look no further. Book in hear you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing cafe on an unassuming main road. Fantastic interior and atmosphere for breakfast and afternoon tea. Recommend this new stop on our days out!

Oh my god. Get yourselves down here immediately. What a cafe. I had the full English and I have to say it was one of the best in town. Everything locally sourced. Truly amazing. Upstairs has to be perfectly designed, transporting you back to war time England. Spread the word people. A new cafe is in town and this is one serious contender.

Fabulous welcome today for our first time at this new cafe bar. We had a home made Sunday lunch it was lovely and huge position. I would thoroughly recommend this little Leigh cafe.

Called in on the off chance it may be open in the evening to take my mum for afternoon tea. It was due to close at 530 but the owner said she would stay open late for us the following night. We turned up at 6pm and were met with a delight in the upstairs 40s room themed with music & other memorabilia. There was a big spread considering there were only 3 of us. I forgot to tell the owner my daughter was a veggie and she offered to make other sandwiches but there was more than enough. In fact we took a doggy bag home. Defo go again as my mum who has dementia loved it. Prob go on a weekend when it's open later.
