Food was good, waiters attentive but starters took a long time but after that everything was OK. Only gripe I have is that one of the waiters was wearing a baseball cap whilst serving food. Not very professional !

To all those that have give this restaurant 4-5 star reviews. Are we talking about the same restaurant? If I could, I would rate this restaurant 0 stars. I ordered Lamb Rogan josh, garlic nans and seekh kebab. The lamb dish was well below standard for what they are charging. I'm a foodie and know my Indian food. The rogan josh was full of ginger powder, no flavour and no garnishing whatsoever. I mentioned this to the manager (guy that masquarades around) and he did not seem to care. I also mentioned that the garlic nan were under cooked, again just shrugged his shoulders! The kebabs were decent but again you can find better from well known established restaurants. Please avoid this restaurant if possible and stick to the restaurants that know their Indian food. Oh and forgot to mention, did someone say their decor was nice?? Really, I'm not sure what standards you are used to but there was stains on the walls and flies. Like I said avoid if you can. Go and spend your money on a restaurant that does have great decor, nice ambience and most important GREAT FOOD! And management that care about their reputation.

The old guy who masquerades as the host really shouldn’t be there. I arrived, waited for some time to be seated, ordered a glass of wine which took ages, and then went to the loo for a moment - and he burst in to check on me! Left immediately - avoid, just avoid this place.

This place runs a tiffin service OMG i advise against it the owner called me a beg wanting cheap food when i had asked how to pay and was happy with the cost. The communication is non existent and the food was stale Avoid avoid avoid

Fantastic dinner with friends. Really good menu of which we ordered a big selection of different things, meat, veg and fish. Everyone thought the food was excellent quality and good value. Service was also really excellent too. Very attentive without being invasive in any way. A HUGE thank you to the wonderful owner, Simran, who helped us get from PBK to the Hanwell restaurant when we turned up at the wrong branch! Simran we really appreciated what you did.. thank you. We will be back!!

I believe that this restaurant was an absolute delight to visit as the work and food seemed as if genuine work was put into it. It was absolutely beautiful! My eyes dropped and my mouth watered as I looked at the tender chicken pieces!

We ordered via deliveroo and all our 4 meals were inedible due to over spice - the spice had not been cooked down and was both far too hot and too harsh. Our onion salad to go with starters was a whole red onion with tiny chill's nothing else. We contacted deliveroo who did absolutely nothing and ended up eating toast after throwing away the meal............ DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Food is very good, but recommend you order as takeaway as the restaurant (Hanwell branch) and any wait staff are always very busy with delivery drivers, and it’s very noisy and chaotic; not a fabulous dining spot. Food is yummy and arrives rapidly, extensive menu, staff friendly.

WHAT CAN I SAY THE FOOD AND SEVA WE RECEIVED FROM THE STAFF FOR ME AND MY BROTHERS WAS 1010. All I can say is I would recommend this place to anyone and the staff and owner are truly amazing

Booked Greenford branch for my wife’s birthday with 40 guests, dinner party came to almost £1000. Service was not good, food came very slow one by one. Coke was 3 months out of date. Requested to speak to owner around 10 times but she hasn’t bothered returning my calls, not interested as they’ve got my money. Food was not amazing, service was okayish, after service was appalling - no service at all. Definitely lost my business now, not the first time we’ve had a large gathering but it’s last time now. Not interested in lining someone’s pockets that doesn’t care about their customers. Would not recommend

Visited this place midweek. On arrival, we walked through the door and informed them of our booking. We were not shown to our table but told rather curtly to go ahead into the main bit of the restaurant and take the second table on the right. I asked our waiter for some advice on picking my main dish and wanted to know if it was a dry or curried dish. Unfortunately he was completely clueless and even after referring to the kitchen, gave me a pretty useless answer telling me it was spicy (I don’t think he had understood my question). After ordering our food, the wait was incredibly long. The kitchen was visible through a glass screen and the multiple chefs didn’t seem in any rush to make our food, sitting around on stools and scrolling through their phone! Meanwhile a lone gentleman who was sat near us completed his meal and thanked the staff and said goodbye as he left; the restaurant staff completely ignored him! Our food (paneer and chicken dishes) were delicious though, very authentic tasting. However at no point were we approached to ask if everything was ok with our meal or if we needed anything else. We tried in vain to get the attention of a waiter to request some napkins. It was the chef that ending up noticing us and got us some. We asked for the bill which was placed on the table. We had wanted to pay by card but nobody returned back to the table with a card machine. We got fed up of waiting so decided it was best we pay in cash, to leave on the table. As soon as we got up to put our coats on, suddenly a waitress quickly appeared to check the cash was correct! As we left and walked past the staff, we said thank you and goodbye at least three times. The staff did not even look up to acknowledge us as we left. I would not go back in a rush. Food was nice but there must be a lot of MSG added as we were both incredibly thirsty afterwards and customer service is frankly shocking.

We have been customers for many years and enjoyed their food but lately the quality of the food and in particular the quality of the service has not been up to their previous standards.
