Our first visit and we will not be repeating it. I had black pudding and leek croquettes for starters. It is difficult to make black pudding tasteless but this was achieved. My main course was Coq au vin pie with celeriac mash and tenderstem brocolli. The pie was not just encased in pastry but armour-plated. The celeriac mash was actually mashed potato and the tenderstem brocolli appeared to be normal brocolli. I very much doubt that either the croquettes or the pie were made on the premises. I would advise the owners that, if they are going to buy food ready-made, they should at least try it themselves before inflicting it on their clients. The ambience and service were great - shame about the food.

On our short visit to Wales, we went to the annual food market in Oswestry. The only reason we came was coz it was pouring down with rain so we decided to stop for tea and sandwiches. Bad idea! Impressive grounds but food quality very poor, basic and tasteless. Service even worse, no sugar or teaspoons served with our tea, we had to ask for them.

Full of expectation but disappointed with the experience. The dining room had no ambiance and the table was poorly presented. Food was no more than cafe quality at best, edible but not memorable in a good way.

Please, why is this place open. On behalf of the four of us who have just comsumed the most lacklustre boring & tasteless sandwiches we are not amused. No meatballs, incorrect orders written on paper, no eggs, no sausages, limited choice on bread. Bacon tastes like hot ham Very dissapointend. It is a very sad day when Chef A'Vago has to raid the fridge at work to feel full :~{

Attingham ParkI hate giving poor reviews but despite receiving a refund the way the fish fingers were supplied as dry, tough and over baked not only mine but my partner’s as well left us both very disappointed as we were expecting a nice meal after a pleasant walk. Apologies were received but a simple cook for fish fingers appears beyond the abilities of the “cook”. Mind you the roll was ok. We expect better on our next trip.

Unit 157 Cheshire Oaks Outlet VillageABYSMAL Service from start to finish. Ordered a quick bite to eat at the self service machine, no receipt from the machine. Took a photo on my phone of the customer order number as proof that it was my order. Stood next to the counter waiting for my order for a good 15 minutes..I'd only ordered 3 chicken fillets, chips and a drink. I asked a member of staff how long would my order take as I'd been stood there like a lemon. She told me that their would be a 6 minute wait as they are having issues with something or other. A further 15 minutes went by and I asked for the manager. The food was slung to me over the counter and a half hearted apology was given. The food was stone cold, chips were terrible and the Pepsi tasted like water. Prices have rocketed at KFC and the customer service/ quality has gone drastically downhill.
