Rekdi Pani Puri in Brent

Soooo i love Pani puri or gol gappy watever u call it so i got that from this shop but guess what ewww yakiii i found a hair init 🤢 no hygiene they were itching their head n with same hand making food the old lady who was one of the workers didn’t even have gloves on or anything . Thank god I saw the hair before even I had my first bite . Half staff was busy discussing each others house issues n jus one girl was serving made me wait so long as well . NASSSTTYYY PLACE EVERRRR.

Absolutely rubbish..! The staff were very rude, the quantity was too small, not worth it at all! Would recommend to avoid this place ! Please see the attached photos of ( DRY )PANEER CHILLI and we received it with literally water! Waste of money !!!!!

Unfortunately, I can’t rate this place more than 1 star. The hygiene is practically non-existent, which is very concerning. The taste of the food/drinks didn’t meet expectations, and the atmosphere was extremely unpleasant. On top of that, the customer service was disappointing, making the overall experience very poor. I wouldn’t recommend this place

Very poor food hygiene.Avoid at any cost.Unprofessional staff absolutely Disgusting and I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.No cleanliness and extremely slow service and zero communication skills between staff as most are clueless .The employees require customer service training rather then talking each other the whole time they can speed up the food service.

Food was not the best. The staff are EXTREMELY Rude and full of attitude to customers. Food hygiene standards are not followed. Avoid at all cost. They the shop next to them 10x better.

Tried quite a few things and dint like any of them. Paav bhaji was among the worst I have ever had anywhere. Don’t know why this place is so hyped. No sitting place, no hygiene, no taste.

Ordered 5 items and collected £25. Made to wait 30 minutes and then they missed packing one item. Quality of the food was very poor, would avoid next time.

They got our order completely wrong and even forgot items. Charged us hidden fees and only accepted cash. They were hesitant to even provide a proper bill 😒

Proper Indian street food, best pani puri in London.

Hygiene rating is 1, very poor. Staff is manner less. Please avoid!!! The quality and taste is very poor- dabeli had oil dripping with pav bhaji inside- got stomach ache. Paani puri is soggy and all broken from bottom, when complained, they dismissed ignoring us saying it’s fine. Always seen them arguing and fighting with each other inside the stall. They have limited ingredients to make the listed items and everything -syrup in bottles or potato paste in plastic box. Whatever you buy, they will make it using the watery thing in bottles.

Not only is it the tastiest Pani Puri, but it's also the cheapest. Can get a plate for around £2. Highly recommend Dahi Puri as well.

It's often crowded but that's for a very good reason. Must try for quick Indian street food.

I recently tried the Munchuran dry and found a few areas for improvement. The food didn’t seem properly cooked on the inside, which affected the overall taste. The flavours were a bit off, especially in the Chinese dishes.

Never deliver the order no one is helping to deliver the order . No contact of driver .. if there was issue then why mark it delivered . Called restaurant but they also not helping does it mean you guys only need money no value of customers time emotions . This is harassment

We just had one Dabeli to have quick bite but the Dabeli taste is nowhere near to Dabeli. On top of that charges are too high.

Best place to find Indian street food over here 100 % recommended. But don’t expect a high quality service. Because you don’t get one for sure. Rather than the service the food was amazing 9 0ut of 10.

Hygiene was not good dustbin near me. Chole bhature was tasty but not perfect like before. Small place. Pickle very spicy. Halfcoocked food. When I informed they behave bad.

If this review was purely based on the taste of the food, it would be 5 stars. The food is amazing. However, the service is a let down. Staff seem to prioritise serving people from the same background as them. Whenever I have gone, its been the same. Not to mention the side eyes when ordering/speaking to them or just getting ignored.

Food is good but hygiene is questionable they wear gloves but touch everything with same glove and touch the food. They think people don’t understand their language and make rude comments abt customers.. Will never go back

Being disabled person I went there with my PA but those gujrati woman where so rude disgusting horrible no manners how to talk to customers very disappointed no sorry so excuse rude words talking in gujrati horrible no way can’t go again there never on my dead body 😡😡😡😡😡

I visited here on Saturday for Pani Puri. Had the worse diarrhoea and food poisoning. Health and Safety and Hygiene atrocious. Still not recovered. Has anyone else experienced this? Does not deserve star just needed to post for other people to see.

Terrible experience. I ordered pav bhaji and oh my god it was sweet. I never in life had sweet pav bhaji. The other item ordered was vada pav. It was extremely spicy with sweet chutney that we couldn’t eat. And last item was pani puti which was honestly tasty.

Staff is very rude.. especially ankita she is manager there and not responding properly. They are fighting with us without no reason and shouting as well.

I visited 2 times. Panipuri is good, but other foods like Maggi and sweetcorn chat is wrost. Staff are very slow and not serious at work.

Panipuri artisans are required, please tell me.

I tried bombay sandwich and its not worth £7 taste is okay but as per the ingredients it contains its not worth of £7 because there are some minimal of veggies and sauces which are are in and it’s literally not worth it !! I don’t recommend it because of the price taste is okay okay !!!!

Pani puri puri's were soggy because the potato was probably prefilled in it for a long time. Vadapav was literally a joke! They used the samosa's potato filling for the vada 🤷‍♀️

Food food lovely food. We travelled from Surrey to eat at this place; been there before and will go every so often. Difficult to eat sitting on chair, holding everything in your hand but that’s rakdi experience. Prices are reasonable, food is excellent.

Visited here for the first time on a Friday night. Just after 10pm. Wasn’t very busy. Pani puri had no taste and left a funny after taste in my mouth. Sev puri was the same. Left an odd taste in my mouth. My friend got a dosa and it was think like a pancake rather than thin and crispy. Hygiene isn’t high in the list of priorities as you can evidently see the mess in the kitchen from the front counter. The tables and area outside were a Mess as well. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t return.

Food was not as great as before but still worth a taste. Prices have gone up. Don't expect five star and morning after still good.

Chole bature is inconsistent, sometimes good sometimes too much masala taste. White sauce pasta was bad really bad. Pani Puri,dabeli,Vada pav are very good 👍 I go there at least once a month 😁

I ordered sabudana khichdi and sabudana vada for my fasting and when driver reached restaurant at that time lady told me that they don't have sabudana khichdi and told me do you want any another thing I told no than give me bhel and don't like at all

Food was not at all fresh..idli looked like prepared yesterday, sambhar was stale… no coconut chutney for uttapam…chole bhature taste was nit goos and bhature was very hard.. very disappointed

Perfect for street food, especially the Pani Puri. Captures the essence and makes you feel transported to the streets of India , reviving childhood memories. Didn't enjoy the dahi chat as this must be on flat puris :(

I HAD A MASALA DOSA IT WAS BAD THE SAMBAR WAS WATERY NOTHING BARELY IN IT AND THE DOSA THEY GAVE US 2 DOSAS IN 1 LITTLE PLATE AND THE NEXT 2 WEEKS I HAD DIARRHEA

Only few items are fresh, mostly fried pakora , fries are very very very bad taste definitely they use very bad quality cooking oil or they never change it, very bad quality with high prices. Fries 🍟 were £4 with oil dipping from them please never take your kids on this place. Only wara pao, sugar cane juice and coco water or ok to buy never buy other items

You get some good quality desi chats with fab price points.With Vada pav at £2 it’s serves you craving for some tasty chats if you in wembley. For me it’s the coconut water all the way , healthy and tasty.

No hygiene, staff are eating at the same time and preparing order with the same hands for customers. Ordered sheswan dosa but I got something else dosa😂 and ordered paneer dosa, paneer was not grated directly stuffed the paneer cubes inside😅. Basically for South Indians this is not the right place to eat, Manchuria was not properly cooked inside. Apart from pani puri nothing is great. Now we are going to order chai- not sure how it’s gonna taste 👅.

Vadapav is famous in Mumbai but this vadapav is the worst ever.... Is there chutney in vada or vada in chutney. Brother, who puts so much chutney… please think about the people who eat it… Worst taste, worst quality, worst quality…

This is a roadside thela like in India with lots of food options cramped into one place. you get all the stuff here from chat, to Maggie, to south Indian to Indo-Chinese. They also sell fresh coconut water and sugar cane juice (maybe seasonal). It is perfect place to stop and have a quick bite when you shopping or walking around in the area and crave for Indian snacks :) Its very wallet-friendly as well except Sugar cane juice in a small glass for 3£ felt overpriced for this place.

I visit rekhdi very often the food tastes really good and I have a set order that is 1 Dahi papdi chat, 2 sev puri and 2 Pani puri. It’s tastes delicious 🥰🥰just like back home 🏡 Goa

The food wasn't that great. The puri in the dish, pani puri felt a bit stale and even the pani wasn't as flavorful as it should be. But overall the ambience in the place is very similar to a proper chaat stall back in India. I'm really hoping they work on their flavours a bit more.
