Reflection Lounge in Salford

Our recent experience at Reflection Lounge was incredibly disappointing; it has gone downhill so much that we ended up finding another shisha lounge that was far better. We arrived as a group of five, and the lounge was completely empty except for two other customers watching a football game. Despite the emptiness, they seated us at a table that seemed like an afterthought and gave me an uncomfortable wooden chair to sit on. Due to a back injury, I needed a bit more support, so I switched to a cushioned chair at a nearby table that wasn’t being used. Almost immediately, a staff member rushed over and told me to get off the chair because it "wasn’t for this table." I explained my situation politely, asking if I could at least have a cushion or use that chair to support my back, but he refused, insisting I move back to the wooden chair. Even when we asked to switch to the other table with the cushioned chair, we were told no. It felt ridiculous. The place was empty, and instead of accommodating our simple request, they were incredibly rigid, showing no interest in customer service. We ended up leaving and found another lounge nearby called Basrah Lounge, which turned out to be excellent. The staff were friendly, the shisha was smooth and flavourful, and the atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. Unfortunately, Reflection Lounge has lost us as customers. The poor service and lack of flexibility, along with shisha that often tastes burnt, just aren’t worth it anymore. We’ll definitely be going to Basrah Lounge from now on.

I recently visited this Shisha Lounge and was thoroughly impressed. The lounge boasts a stylish, relaxed atmosphere with comfortable seating and soothing lighting, perfect for unwinding. They offer a wide range of shisha flavors, from classic to exotic, all rich and smooth. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, making great recommendations. It’s an ideal spot for a laid-back evening with quality shisha and a great vibe. Highly recommend for a relaxed night out!

Don’t go on a busy night or TBH any night. Shishas are overly priced and the tea wasn’t great. Went to watch the AJ fight we was told to sit outside because there was no tables inside (not an issue tbh we understood). However during our visit we faced many difficulties: 1. Had to arrange our own tables and seats for the 6 of us. 2. Asked the man nicely to turn the heaters on but he didn’t so we had to do it ourselves. 3. Kept bringing other peoples food and drinks to our table and wasn’t aware of which table had ordered what, this happened on atleast 3 separate occasions. 4. Asked one of the guys nicely for some more cups for the tea but he ignored our request. 5. Then asked the same guy to change our coals to which he replied ‘wallah can’t you see I’m busy’ 6. Asked him nicely for 2 bottles of water as the tea wasn’t all that. He then said he’s 19 and sat down on our table. Started making weird noises which put us off. Asked him nicely again and he said no I’m not going to get it and to go do it ourselves. Due to the poor customer service we just left and didn’t even bother watching the fight. Crap customer service. Best to stick to Wilmslow road🤫

Honestly avoid this sheesha place its not worth it at all, very bad customer service, money wasted, honestly dont go,……

It was absolutely rubbish we weren’t served well the food is not worth the price and was served in a plastic basket to us which is very unhygienic it’s absolutely disgusting the service was also disgusting although it’s a pretty venue the service,food and shisha is appalling!!!

Shisha is great, nachos are amazing and service is brilliant - Each time I have been there. Keep it up! :D

Found out after visiting that this dump has been visited by the foods standards people and rated zero on a scale of 0-5. This means the place has to be filthy and dangerously unhygienic. It sickens me to think we were put at such risk.

Customer service is absolutely awful. I was on a date and the male workers felt the need to insult me and ask personal questions, apparently it was a ‘joke’. This was the guy with the ridiculous blonde hair. And another tried to ruin our date by saying weird things. I suggest in the future you keep your poor banter to yourself and mind your own business. Do your job and sort the shisha out and leave your female customers alone. So creepy.

Me, my friends and bosses from work came here (8 of us) going for 'just drinks', not being allowed to stay unless we order also some food (obviously too small order for them to take care about). I also want to stress out that it was very quiet at the time we came because it was a weekday just after work. The 'bonus' was when the owner of the club said, while puffing on his cigarette, that they don't serve alcoholic drinks anyway (like if he already knew what drinks we were after).

The place is too loud to have a nice conversation we had to shout to hear each other also the service is really bad, we asked for coal change many times and no one responded, we even asked the manager but also no one cares, I don’t recommend it
