Worsts bakers I have visited, over priced for what you get. (Cold sausage rolls), only one oven that only fits 2 sandwiches in it, food hygiene is awful no gloves while preparing your food and awful service, take your money then moves on to next customer before finish serving you.

I popped in to Reeves cafe in Ringwood today hoping for a fresh cooked sausage roll and coffee. It was absolutely awful, unfriendly staff, cold coffee and what has to be the most tasteless reheated sausage roll I've ever eaten. They have the audacity to charge £3.25 for it and quite frankly you wouldn't want it for free .. TERRIBLE

I have always enjoyed Reeve the Baker and visited various branches around the area fairly regularly over the years. I particularly like their filled Ciabatta rolls. Today I bought two of their meat pasties to take away. Probably the worst pasties I have ever had. The content was just a mash of minced meat and veg which constituted a kind of slurry. No steak pieces whatsoever. Seems their standards have dropped dramatically.

I always buy our bread from Reeve. It's excellent value, flavour and price. The non meat Pizzas which I choose on Friday are really nice too, full of flavour. Additionally, their sandwiches are excellent, beautifully fresh and always very well packed.

Having often frequented the shop in Salisbury a few years ago, when we found ourselves in Ringwood on bank holiday we thought we would have a quick afternoon snack and coffee from here. Kind of wish we hadn’t. The first and second problem...we went in at 14:50 and were looking at the drinks board to be told, rather curtly, that they were closing in 10mins so coffee machine was turned off. The member of staff had obviously missed the lesson on customer service, and call me pedantic but if a shop shuts at 15:00 then I would expect it to shut at 15:00 and then turn off the machines, not turn them off early in order that (I guess) staff can make a quick get-away. Third and fourth problems were that I asked for one of the nice looking, proper sausage rolls and asked if they were warm and told yes: only to find when we had walked to park area and found a bench at which to sit and eat it that I had been given a pretty low grade unappetising cold sausage roll. Even the pastry was pretty unappealing. On the plus side, my wife’s Cornish pasty was better. Either the whole chain has gone downhill, or this is a problem store, or perhaps we were just unlucky that day...not sure I will be back in a hurry to find out.

Spent the last week on holiday in the new forest and came across Reeve' bakery while in Ringwood. Spotted Viennese whirls (one of my favourites) and bought one along with some other goodies! Oh my goodness - the best ever. Went back twice more and even took some home. Just wished they delivered where we live or had a bakery here. X

Quick bite at lunch time, I wanted to take advantage of the government eat out to help - not sure if the discount was applied as it cost £13.55 for 2 small deli slices of pizza, 2 lemonades, 2 brownies and a small coffee. Food was nice. Had to eat out of the paper bags, no plates supplied. Seating area is clean but busy.

From the moment we stepped foot in Wickham Estate - we knew it would be the most perfect venue for our Wedding. Despite the rain and cold (in August!!), the surroundings were beautiful, the staff were friendly and the venue itself was elegant, charming and full of character. Little did we know that a year on, we would have the most perfect day of our lives with blue skies and bright sunshine! From the outset, the customer service was impeccable. We were guided through every decision with knowledge and expertise from all the wedding co-ordinators and we can't thank Keira, in particular, enough for going above and beyond. She may us feel like the only people who have ever got married there making every moment so special. Hannah and the team at Exquisite Caterers were just as professional, approachable and helpful not to mention some of the most delicious food we've ever had! A huge shout out to the wine as well! We chose the venue because of the amazing location and how picturesque it was and didn't expect to have such incredible wine as well! The whole day ran smoothly and even if something went wrong, we would never have known! The staff worked tirelessly to make it unforgettable. The atmosphere was amazing; the day was full of fun and laughter and nothing was too much or too complicated for the team at Wickham Estate. I have to make a special mention again to Kiera; I have never seen someone work so hard to make every moment one to remember. It felt like we had known us for years! She took the time to listen to us and get to know us and totally understood our vibe and concept, she communicated between suppliers and our family to get everything in place and sorted whilst making the morning of the wedding stress free for the Bride and Groom. If we could get married again, every year at Wickham Estate - we most definitely would! Thank you to the everyone for the most perfect day!
