I did not receive this order and am really upset that nothing has been done. I have always used this app and recommende it to other. it has been 8 days and have not received any refund even though I have requested it.

terrible, very late, constantly pushing the delivery time back and they packaged most of the fries and the burger next to the cold can of Pepsi making the food dead cold and the drink room temperature. Won't be ordering from here again.

Me and 4 other friends used this fast food restaurant a couple days ago we all suffered severe food poisoning, they tried charging us extra for drinks that come with a meal and 1 of my friends complained about his food being wrong the man running the till kicked us out rather than changing the meal and told us to “cook at home yourself” all in all by far the worst fast food experience of my life i believe the place needs shutting down as it actually feels like a danger both because of the food being inedible and the staff being so aggressive and threatening.

Food was stone cold when it arrived and had to be reheated due to delivery being over an hour late. When we called the restaurant they told us the driver had left the restaurant thirty minutes before. We don't know whether this is the fault of the restaurant or the delivery driver but this isn't the first time this has happened with this restaurant. When paying an extortionate service charge on top of extortionate delivery cost, this is simply unacceptable. Lost a previously loyal customer.

Originally stated as delivery for 19:50 but arrived at 20:45. Plus I’d ordered a classic beef burger but got a chicken burger delivered

Order hadn't arrived 2 hours after ordering and the app saying driver at the restaurant so I drove to the takeaway for them to say they couldn't give me my food

Burger was fine but the spicy chicken wings were too dry

The best thing on this rather pricey burger was the can of coke. Very sad looking and tasting food. Absolute lack of unique and delicious flavour and barely better than a microwave service station cheese burger.

Food cold, partially due to poorly wrapped food, fries were loose in a paper bag, nothing was wrapped to keep the food hot. Ice-cream was soft, chicken looked nice but very cold, my dog enjoyed it. Very disappointed

I’ve eaten from here on many occasion and it’s never been to this poor of a standard the burger was fine however the fries were well overcooked and the chicken was undercooked and incredibly greasy I’ve had to throw it away will never order again

order food from this establishment when the food arrived it was missing 3 other meals plus the drinks when we phoned to sort it out they was nothing but rude.

The worst service I have ever ver received. The food was due to be delivered at 8:30 and it arrived around 9:15 and even then we had to go and collect it as the driver said he didn’t know how long it would take.

Some of the greatest upsets in history include, When England messed up the penalty shootout with Germany, When OJ Simpson was found innocent, When jfk was shot, The latest one has to be today when I spent over £80 and ordered 8 number 2 meals (spicy fillet burgers) and received some piping hot burgers which me and my cousins attempted to eat, immediately after the first bite we had to take 8 separate covid tests as there seemed to be no taste in our mouths at all, after 10 minutes wait when the result showed negative for covid, we came to the conclusion we had been served the number 1 meals (plain chicken burgers) these burgers consisted of the blandest chicken ever tasted by man, they were so bland that even the white guy who had purchased one before us returned to say he had lost all feeling to his mouth. I all, I was very disappointed and after spending a substantial amount of money, I feel I will not be returning to this franchise. May God have mercy on the souls of all those who have fallen to this trap before me. Amen

Bought a takeaway of some chicken wings and a wrap. Came home and while eating the wings, found that a lot of the areas are not cooked. So raw that i could see the blood. Won't be buying from here again.

I don’t usually do reviews but this order was just rushed. Chicken strips were terrible. Chips hardly even cooked and not hot. And the burger was just slapped together. Won’t be using these guys again .

Food was poor and for what you pay I was expecting big things. Fries were good but chicken was caked in oil making the skin all soggy and horrible which is a shame because I feel if it was left to drain for longer then it would take that issue away.

Ordered 3 pieces of sfc did not get them. Instead got 3 fillets in a box not good enough!!!

The delivery time kept being put back until it was 30 minutes later than it should have been. By the time we received our food it was cold and had to be reheated which totally altered the quality of it. I really like red rooster and only ordered delivery as I felt too poorly to go and get it myself. This is something I will not be doing. again. If ever I am unable to collect my food from red rooster again I will go without rather than use your delivery service

Very late with no information and the food was cold, very very disappointing. Can except late so long as they let you know, but they didn't update the map. NO EXCUSES for cold food

Not going to lie food is nice, but RIP OFF PRICES! The owner is a greedy guy with those prices. Portions have definitely gone down. Back then I would have given this place a solid 5* It’s not all that anymore, I go 1s every few months alone. Can’t afford taking multiple people. Best to take family and friends to a restaurant with these prices tbh. I understand inflation is high but these guys are pure rip offs.

Thr peri fries were disgusting

Chicken wings were not cooked properly you could see the blood on the bone and some of the chicken. It was rushed, it was also still greasy so were the fries. I'd rather the food is late but cooked properly.

Everything was good but the quantity was very poor, we ordered a regular fries and the amount we got wouldn't of filled a child.

Poor size portion of fries very small no interest from the gent I spoke to. The size was so small and cold we paid £2.39 for a tiny amount of fried that was smaller that a child's size. Avoid fries rip off.
