Giardino 14 Coffee Nuneaton in Nuneaton and Bedworth

Having stopped by a few times whilst waiting for trains it’s always lovely to see Joe on as he consistently delivers great service! He remembers my order each time and always creates a lovely atmosphere whilst waiting, especially if a trains been delayed!

Really good atmosphere, really clean. My barrista Beth was very polite, and went above and beyond to help me when i attended on 15-05-25, and my child was fussing and i was struggling to get my coffee and food to my table, as well as my child.

I come here all the time and Michelle and Joe are always so welcoming and create such an amazing environment!!! 10/10 would recommend

Beth was the lady who served me, she was quick and very polite! We had a lovely conversation and a nice general chit-chat. My coffee and food/snack was lovely! Will hopefully be back soon!

Stopped by this café while waiting for my train and was really impressed! The coffee was great and the place had a nice, relaxed vibe even with all the station hustle. Beth was fantastic super friendly, quick, and just really kind. She made the quick stop feel like a bright spot in my day. Will definitely be back next time I’m passing through!

Popped in for a coffee and sandwich today, gotta say the place is great, plenty of choice and prices are decent. Michelle was great, nice to see some people still know how to be friendly and well mannered, so thank you 😊 Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Charged me twice for a coffee paid via contactless. I even challenged it at the time (1030am on 16/5/25) and the lady said it hadn't gone thru twice. Raised a query with my bank later as it was definitely on my statement twice and this cafe company have subsequently rejected my challenge. I now have to go through a lengthy process! Theft and simple.

Travelling from Scotland and refused to take my money! Apparently they’re not allowed to take Scottish money. I don’t see anyone in Scotland refusing to take “English money.” Really disappointing, she was really rude about it as well.

Ignores opening hours, closes when they get bored I guess.

Called in on a stormy (Bert) Saturday morning before boarding our train, coffee and pastry was good. It was nice and warm inside, good value, and friendly staff.

Paid £3.2 for a coffee that; the beans have not been pressed from the coffee handle, the milk has been overheated I don’t know how many times. I asked for a latte she made a cappuccino with foam and the service.. was terrible!

£3.40 for a sandwich. £2.80 for a regular (really a small) coffee. Served by someone who would rather be on their phone. It has all the charm of a greasy-spoon transport cafe. This isn't just marked-up prices, this is Giardino prices! I think the vending machines in the station offer better value for money.

The staff were fine, but the prices on the till do not match up with the prices advertised, so they charged me too much. When I pointed this out, and that legally they have to abide by the advertised price they said they could do nothing. Not impressed

The coffee was decent and the space was clean and warm. I think that the staff could've been less rude to me. She was working around 18:30hrs on Tuesday 7th March. Barely interested to serve, no smile and went so far as to grumble when I tried to ask for my receipt. After saying something to herself she printed the receipt after I asked her to print it again. I heard her say " do you do that every place you go to". Now I don't know if that was racially motivated or not. But it's unacceptable. She even had an issue when I took the receipt from the printer which is located atop the till. Apparently I invaded her space 😂 Hard work she was.

Decent venue, great staff,clean and tidy. Prices are to be expected as it's on the railway station with no other options around captive audience situation. Food is plenty with full shelves. A very basic but limited warm food option is available too.

A rare find on the UK Rail Network these days; decent coffee and inside seating. OK the seating is basic but the coffee is excellent.

The prices are shocking, and if you want oat milk or another dairy alternative you're charged extra!

Nice little coffee shop with good coffee and friendly staff.

Pros- Good enjoyable coffee, much better than it used to be. Great cinnamon rolls in the morning. Good service. Cons - Inflated prices. Product range is basic (and it's better to buy most of them from a supermarket instead) - nowhere near costa coffee quality but almost as expensive.

The food and drink items they sell here are on the bit expensive wise 🤔
