i would give this place less stars if i could.... we ordered through deliveroo but they deliver their own pizza. the wait was 2+ hours and when i called and talked they told me the driver had broken down in the car and ruined the pizza and food? then told me it would be just 40 minutes because they would have to remake it... so we waited and it took longer than 40 minutes so it was already 3 hours of waiting. i called and texted again, deliveroo and red planet pizza, and they said it would be 10 minutes at most. it was not, it was 20 more minutes. finally we called and said we didn't even want it and they said he was there in 5 minutes. finally he came and it wasn't even what we ordered. we ordered a margarita pizza with sides and extras but got a skimpy cheese pizza with no other sides. it was horrible, will never be ordering from them again, the service was also terrible, on the phone we asked for a refund because well.... and they refused. DO ORDER FROM HERE IM SO SAD ALL I WANTED WAS PIZZA

NO ORDENE Encontré un fragmento de vidrio afilado en el pollo biryani. Mi esposo fue lo suficientemente amable como para informarle al restaurante que había un vaso encontrado y lo suficientemente educado como para mencionar y vigilar su comida.  Tuvieron la audacia de preguntarse si realmente era vidrio o plástico, bueno, está mal encontrar plástico en los alimentos TAMBIÉN.  Tiene un servicio de comida para llevar ocupado, es su TRABAJO revisar la comida y hacer un servicio de calidad. Soy cliente desde hace más de un año. Llamé la semana pasada para informarme que había algunas reparaciones y que están cerradas por un tiempo. En ese caso, es su deber verificar si hay desechos alrededor del área de alimentos. No se puede abrir y servir arroz con fragmentos de vidrio dentro de ellos. La calidad de la comida también ha bajado mucho, pero eso es para otro momento. Un afilado trozo de vidrio. En Londres Seriamente ? ? ? ? ! ! ! ¡Deben avergonzarse de no dar una solución adecuada, de dudar de que sea de plástico o de cristal, o incluso del simple gesto de devolver el dinero! Has perdido dos clientes habituales.

applaud by service in KFC Chiswick. Firstly served stone cold chips, told the girl behind the counter, surely she knew how long they had been sitting there as the shop was quite. She cooked some more, I couldn’t believe it. She only gave me one hot portion and one cold one back, but she was cunning, she put the cold one underneath so I didnt realise until I got home. This person should not be serving food to people and deliberately trying to piss the customer off!!! I really hope head office read this..
