Red King Ramen is located where the old post office was in Balham which has been developed into a food court/market. I ordered the tonkutsu ramen and opted for the spicy version. The spice level was on the lower side but that was fine. The broth was amazing. It was rich and I could tell it had taken many hours to get it to that level of depth. They also have gyozas and bao buns. There is a communal seating area used by the customers of all the restaurants. Not the most welcoming but if you're there for a decent meal and don't care about white table cloths, you will love it.

Such a lovely independent place, amazing atmosphere, lovely people, authentic French cuisine. We had a private event for my sister’s birthday and they made everything so easy and relaxed. Cannot recommend highly enough!

94 Point PleasantThe restaurant is located directly on the Thames and has a circular floor to ceiling glass layout. The ground floor is essentially a coffee shop that serves meals and the first floor is a restaurant. An ideal place for a relaxed meal. Good food, friendly staff, and excellent views of the river. The breakfast pancakes are not to be missed.
