Best pizza I've EVER had in my life! Service was also great, our order arrived within 5 minutes and staff were very attentive and friendly! Couldn't recommend enough.

Nice little pizza place. Limited seating (4 tables for 2 people). Good pizza and polite, efficient service. A good choice for a decent pizza.

Delivery driver took an hour and twenty minutes to get here and then couldn't work a flat or read the sign saying the address. Complete moron. Please make sure your delivery drivers know what they are doing.

So I've ordered from them the last few months. I've noticed they've decreased the amount of ingredients you get when you add it on. Bit miffed to be honest

Pizza was really good, very authentic, great flavour, i got ricotta olive starter, 1 can of juice, 1 glass red wine, and dessert. The rum baba was pretty bad...dry and stale, which is the complete opposite of what it's supposed to be and zero rum flavour. Everything has a 20% vat added onto the price too which was over £30 a bit steep if you ask me. The review remains the same. The pizza saved it from 1 star.

Food wasn’t what I expected after reading the reviews, cost didn’t line up with the standard of the food.

I have ordered from Razzo I've ordered from Razzo for over 2 years now and the food quality has always been amazing. They use lots of mozarella, mortadella, nduja and buratta to make an authentic Sicilian experience. I recently ordered from Razzo via a less than reputable delivery service whose name is that of a German word, which took over 2 hours to arrive. I went in person to see what the hold up was to find my pizza had been waiting for ages whilst the delivery company had lied, claiming it wasn't ready. Razzo were apologetic in spite of the fact it wasn't their error and made my order again whilst advising me how I could seek a refund from the delivery company. It wasn't just the comped pizza but the fact they took the time to help me when they didn't need to that makes them a stand out pizzeria and an irreplaceable addition to Leith.

I dined at Razzo on Saturday and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the food was fantastic, especially the pizza, which was flavorful and well-cooked. However, the overall dining experience was let down by the service and some other issues. Despite the restaurant being relatively quiet, with only one other table occupied, it took the waiter over half an hour to clear our table after we had finished eating. Additionally, I found it quite off-putting that she was chewing gum while serving us, which felt unprofessional. The facilities also left much to be desired. The toilets downstairs had no toilet paper, and the hand towels provided were dirty, which was disappointing. Overall, while the food was great, the service and cleanliness issues are what led to my three-star rating. I hope these aspects can be improved because Razzo has potential if the dining experience is made more polished.

I started working here in 2019/2020 the restaurant had recently opened, the owner Ivan took me to work as a chef and having little experience together with his colleague Dimitri they taught me a lot in the kitchen. In that period I saw the growth of the activity and the passion of the time that was dedicated, in short, humble people and hard workers who love what they do, one word PROFESSIONALS. Not to mention the raw materials, all Italian products! A big greeting and a hug! Nicholas

Las pizzas se ordenaron para ser entregadas a las 7. 40 pm Llamamos a la pizzería 5 veces pidiendo actualizaciones , cada persona nos dijo una cosa diferente - siempre una mentira . Nos han dicho que las pizzas estaban en camino, que las pizzas estaban a 10 minutos de nosotros, etc Cuando le pregunté si mi esposo podía ir a recogerlas, dijeron que era posible, pero que no podían hacer pizzas nuevas para él. Así que mi esposo estaba destinado a recoger pizzas hechas hace horas a pesar de haber pagado por un servicio y tiempo de entrega diferente. Ningún gerente tuvo tiempo de hablar con nosotros y nadie del personal tuvo explicaciones, respuestas o al menos fue disculpado. Este es el peor servicio de la historia. Tanto de Razzo como de Uber. Pizza ha llegado piedra fría a las 10 pm

Customer service here is bad. You walk up to the counter and they give you a weird glance, like you shouldn't be there. Waitress vibe says they think they're too cool to work, every step is one they didn't want to take. This isn't after one visit, this is after a fair few. I give up now and will stick with Matto. Pizza just as good and the staff are actually friendly.

My absolute favourite pizza place in Edinburgh! 🍕 The only thing to keep in mind is that there's little seating. So if you'd like to eat in the restaurant, make sure you call up in advance.

Delicious napolitan pizza as good as in Napoli city and a selection of Italian beers. Service was fast and friendly, this place truly deserves the high rating.

Best ever real Italian pizza available in Edinburgh. Pizzas are really delicious. The place is tiny with 3 tables only and settings are all very basic. The pizzas are fantastic.

Great pizzas but… The focus on Deliveroo/UberEats is just too much. Gives a bad atmosphere for customers eating in. The horrendous wait time for pizzas for collection and delivery just lessens their amazing product.

The five stars are deserved for a number of reasons. First of all, the dough is highly digestible; Secondly, the ingredients are excellent. Then, the staff is courteous, young and professional. Basically there is a table for 6, the rest of the seats are high stools, but you can also eat very well at the counter. Very good prices, considering that we are in a city where food costs a lot, in fact, too much for what it is. Well done guys 👏

We really enjoyed our visit to Razzo Pizza Napoletana! Both pizzas and our salad were very tasty, the service is very friendly and the food didn't take long to prepare! We would recommend booking in advance as there are only a few seats and they fill up quickly. The pizzeria is located next to several bus stops and a tram station and is therefore easy to reach.

I had a bad experience, I ordered a takeaway pizza because since I didn't book I could only be one hour ....me they said to wait 20 minutes and when I went to pick up the pizza it was cold. I won't go again.

The pizza was okay, but not impressive. It seemed undercooked, and the dough didn't match the Neapolitan style. The mozzarella was a bit chewy. The "buy one get one free" offer made it acceptable, but it's not worth the full price.

Was able to secure a reservation for in person dining for my family of 4. As we walked up there was a mob of Uber eats delivery guys waiting outside the restaurant. As we entered, we were quickly seated and attended to. We ordered the Caprese appetizer which was good but could use a few more sprigs of basil given the size of the tomatoes . We also had 4 pizzas which were all amazing. The crust was exceptional and on par with the best pizzas from some world class joints although mine could have been cooked for another minute due to my toppings. As we sat and ate the Uber Eats line was constant and I can understand why there are poor reviews on delivery. They are primarily serving 95% delivery orders and the wait times between some of the pies coming out of the oven was typically 5-20 minutes for the same order. I think In person diners have priority on pizza, so no matter if there are 80 Uber orders in front of you, your pie gets put in the oven as soon as it hits the kitchen. If you want good, fresh not soggy pizza people need to make an effort and go in person. 3 stars on ambience as the constant delivery guys are annoying but we were only there for the pizza. Would return in person without a doubt.

The pizza is great. Quality and flavour is there. But Uber Eats is a disaster. Will collect in future as a 20 minute drive whereas UberEats took over 50 minutes to deliver and it arrived stone cold.

We are Americans and ended up in Edinburgh (Leith)for a few days before we flew home. Our AirBnb was right upstairs and around the corner and we could smell the pizza in our apartment. We didn’t realize we came to Edinburgh for Pizza, but it was totally, exceptionally delicious. We ordered online and it was ready on time and you could tell the employees here were passionate about getting everything just exactly right. For example, when picking up our pizzas, the staff rejected one of the delivery guys because his container wouldn’t adequately keep the pizzas warm and in good condition.

As many have written before, ordered two pizzas from Ubereats. After 2h, no communication, the order was canceled since the restaurant closed. They didn't care about the service, no communication, they just ignored the order. If you read multiple reviews, it's the same story. If you cannot deliver, why you even have the option to begin with. Appalling service.

Awesome pizza. Napoli style pizza is by far my favourite and they cooked theirs to perfection. Anticipate quite a wait as they are very popular but absolutely worth it.

Awesome Pizza! Like really really good Pizza, i wanted to go back the next day but was unable. Fridge full of different hipster drinks was superb 👌 Staff were friendly but nothing extraordinary. I got a basic pepperoni pizza and it was great!

The first time we ordered pizza delivery was through Uber. It's a 30-minute drive from us, plus rush hour. Although the pizza arrived a little warm, it was very tasty. The dough is amazing. So we decided that we should eat it on the spot. And today we came to try the hot version. The pizzeria is very small and we didn't have a table reserved, but we were able to eat at the bar. The pizza was prepared very quickly, despite the fact that there were 1-2 delivery people waiting all the time. And yes, she's even better hot. We recommend it, you won’t regret it)

Was here a few weeks ago whilst visting the area and was very pleased with my experience. Pizza some antipasti and a Peroni Rosso. Very tasty indeed. Wish I lived in area I'd be there every week for some pizza e birra! 😊

We order from Razzo every few weeks. The last order never arrived. The Deliveroo driver claimed our order was delivered, and it wasn’t. Razzo said that we could pick up a new order, but we’d have to pay half price. It was pretty frustrating. This most recent order took over an hour and a half to reach us. We used Uber eats. They took so long to prepare the order, that one driver abandoned the order, and another driver had to pick it up. The food is great. Some of the best pizza in Edinburgh. But we’re not thrilled with the service lately.

Pizza had good ingredients but was slightly undercooked. Our dining experience was slightly marred by the prevalence of deliveroo riders staring in at us from outside.

Comprensiblemente no esperar a pagar £ 30 por dos pizzas que han estado bajo las luces calientes durante casi una hora, y todavía no hay un repartidor a la vista. Horrible servicio al cliente en general, nadie incluso se puso en contacto con nosotros para hacernos saber que había un problema. Realmente decepcionado.

If I could give less than one star I would, I have no idea if the pizza was nice or not so I have given no stars for that aspect, after waiting for 2 hours for my pizzas to be delivered and after calling Razzo and getting a very unapologetic, lukewarm response of "it's not our fault, we are waiting on an uber driver, your pizza has been ready for 45 minutes", we cancelled the order. Understandably not waiting to pay £30 for two pizzas which have been under hot lights for almost an hour, and still no delivery driver in sight. Appalling customer service all round, no one even contacted us to let us know there was an issue. Really disappointed.

Stunning pizza. I will be back. One minor point: you could do with finding a serving dish that allows air under the pizza so the crust stays crispy until the final slice.

Ordered the Margarita Pizza buy 1 get one free from Uber Eats. Delivery took over an hour so when the pizza arrived it was cold. Despite being cold and the crust not crisp, it had amazing flavor with both the sauce and crust. If this was ordered hot in the restaurant it would be a 10/10. Just FYI, neither pizza had slices cut so I had to rip apart with hands.

I had dinner with my family and we ate an excellent Neapolitan pizza. The service was fast and courteous and considering that we are in a capital city the prices are very honest. They use exclusively Italian products for both the ingredients and the drinks, in fact instead of coca cola they have Mole cola which is Italian, I didn't know it but it's still very good. It has very few seats so it's best to book on the weekend. The only "flaw" is the closing time which is 9.45am.

Very good pizza made of high quality ingredients. The flavour was very balanced. The best sourdough pizza you can get in Edinburgh.

I would say one of the best pizza places out there! Nothing beats it! Really authentic taste. Definitely recommend. Staff are lovely as well.

We were rather disappointed by these pizzas! Dough is nice but far too much cheese & unevenly cooked with one side of the pizza being a bit undercooked.

The pizzas here are highly recommended, the tomato sauce from San Marzano tomatoes is delicious! However, don't come here to sit and dine for a long time, it is more of a takeaway restaurant than anything else. Service is friendly, but especially busy with the delivery people coming and going.

Excellent pizza, smiling Faces!

I heard this place did great pizza so for some reason I decided to a delivery to the hospital whilst my wife was in labour. Probably the nervous munchies. It’s a good 20/30 mins drive so whenever the food arrived it was cold. I can’t remember which delivery service I used but they hilariously arrived at A&E, instead of the main entrance, so I had to run around. I went with a pepperoni pizza and, although it wasn’t perfectly round and the pepperoni was evenly distributed across the pizza and it being cold, it tasted awesome! Definitely not the best pizza I’ve had but for sure the best cold one. It wasn’t oily and the dough held together well. I also decided to get arancini balls which were a little warm. I was told to eat them in another room as the cheese smell disgusted my pregnant wife when she was going through contractions. I fairly enjoyed them in the toilet. I also got a pistachio tart which got a little messy as I didn’t have any cutlery so it was a caveman style job. The tart was delicious. Finally I got a couple of cannolis which were massive! They were covered in chocolate with a pistachio filling. Yum yum! In overall I enjoyed my order and it helped me get through the stress of labour. I would like to try again and get a warmer pizza next time.

It used to be my favourite pizza place. But recently, its quality has not been consistent. Also, they used to do special pizzas, and that doesn't happen very often, which is a shame cause it was nice to try new flavors

Every time I pass this wee place has customers. Ordered & 10min later it was ready to be picked up. Simple menu, no different sizes or chips. Authentic and done WELL. Personally I’m not a pizza or bread fan-I know I’ll be lynched for this but hopefully the following will save me! Ordered Buratta E Cappocolo. The contrast of crunchy crust, flavoured with slight char in places, the smooth silky pasta ya & cool creamy buratta chesse, peppery rocket, mmm, a little party in the mouth. A veggie order of Ortolano with a white sauce, courgette slices, Mushrooms & peppers. I added on Aubergine at an addition of £1.50. This was my first time having a whit sauce on pizza & although nice, for personal taste, I’d have preferred pasta ya and the white sauce as a dip. Enjoyed the veggies being in chunks and slices for added texture. Not a single bit crust was left! As a precaution I ordered the rosemary garlic Mayo for leftover crusts-no need. It’s ok flavour but expensive for a few spoonfuls that aren’t required as the dough is so nice and a star on its own. Requested the original chesse on the above to be changed due to health reasons which was adhered to. Between the two pizza’s 3/4 were left & reheated in the oven very well. Do not ruin left overs by nuking them! Anything above basic Margareta range from £11-£13. A Mozzarella sandwich had a great cheese pull and good layer of crunchy bread rubs without being greasy but is BIG for one person! Could do with a little more tomato dip. I can’t say pizza will feature more frequently in my life but I would have no objections to a slice from here and highly recommend checking it out. Large range of beers and wine. Can easily see another branch opening up. GF & Vegan options available.

Firstly I suggest you ignore the poor review below by Bronxglenn below - it just doesn't ring true at all, certainly based on our experience. Secondly, I love the Neapolitan type of pizza, ie the soft doughy kind whereas my wife doesn't she prefers the crispy kind of pizza, the Roman style. Anyway I booked beforehand and the only spaces left were on the stools, seated at the window but that was OK. What impressed me was the menu actually had pizzas without cheese, as you'd find in Naples. My wife & I both had the Napoletana pizza and they were delicious. The espresso to finish off was a perfect espresso, with real crema. Service was friendly. Place was very busy, with deliveries being collected every few minutes. A perfect pizzeria.

Always brought up when people talk about the best pizza parlours in town. Very generous with toppings. Matto is still my favourite place for pizza, but nice to see healthy competition and options for diners.

Best pizza I've had since my last trip to Italy. In fact , this may have even been better. The only bad thing is that we were staying in Edinburgh but I love in England so I can't get a pizza here very often. I'll certainly be having another next time we're up there. The first time I came here the nduja pizza was lovely, however did not enjoy my second visit as the pizza I chose was not very nice and I felt like staff were talking about me as I was sat on my own which made me feel uncomfortable

We went to Razzo today for lunch as a family with our 2 teenage sons. We all loved the food, pizzas were just fantastic!! Freshly prepared and just so delicious. I felt like I was on my holidays sitting there, sun was shining down and it felt so authentic that I could imagine being in Italy in a cold day in Scotland. We had olives and a tomato and onion salad with our pizzas, they were so tasty with nice juicy tomatoes and a dressing. The drinks were great too, really enjoyed the different flavours of stuff available. Staff were helpful and lovely, it felt like a cool wee place that was welcoming. It was clean and organised. When I went down to the loo, it was spotless and tidy. We had a really nice trip and it was reasonable too - £60 for a delicious lunch with drinks for the 4 of us.

These people talk a great Pizza. In reality they are crap. If this shop was in Naples it wouldn’t last a week. They probably got kicked out of Naples. Big hygiene problem in the shop and with the staff. 2024 and bowfing BO??!! The smell is a knock out. Ultra cheap low quality ingredients. Dough that has not been prepared or rested properly. Generally bad attitude like they are doing you a favour. In reality it’s a disgrace. I sent off a complaint to the Department of Environmental Health. I hope they close this cess pit down. Sadly, in my case, Vesuvius has erupted.

Takeaway. Made a double order in error. The restaurant assured me they would help to arrange a refund for the duplicate. They didn’t and they stopped replying to my emails. Really poor service. I had been a customer for three years and had recommended the place to other people. I haven’t ordered from them since this happened.

Absolutely blinding pizza from this little place! Wife had the Diavola (pepperoni pizza for you uncultured swine) and I had a DIY Marinara with olives chilli and sausage (damn you lactose intolerance!) A good pizza is tasty. A great pizza is so tasty even the crust tastes good without dipping sauce. Needless to say no dipping sauce necessary here. The restaurant is very small, only a handful of tables, but I'd highly recommend coming in over ordering takeaway so you can get your pizza fix as fresh from the oven as possible.

Best pizza in Edinburgh. Every time I eat a pizza from Razzo it feels like being back home. Ordered takeaway and delivery but I've never eaten in. The only problem is that the delivery is often not piping hot and for a pizza can be a problem.
