Beautiful Italian style latte. Served promptly and without fuss and / or upselling. As a visitor to the city, this was a revelation (or should I say ‘Ravello-ation’).

This place is a little gem, like Dr Who TARDIS, looks small on the outside, large in the inside. They have 2 floors, ground flr and basement, Decor is very nice with a chill vibe, seating is comfortable and staff is super friendly, Coming here, I feel relaxed and can do my work

Nice little café in the Victoria district. The pastries are good even if they are frozen. For what you can find in London it's very decent. The cafes are huge

The place is nice but is quite small, there are also tables downstairs, it is carefully furnished although the stairs are narrow. The staff is courteous. We weren't lucky enough to find who knows what variety of desserts for breakfast, but the cappuccino was truly delicious.

Cute little coffee shop on our walk to buckingham palace, it was so cute inside and had delicious caramel lattes! Definitely worth the stop if you need breakfast or a quick coffee!

This has become my most favourite place for coffee in London. My regular coffee order is perfect everytime and I have become absolutely obsessed with the delicious Pecan Danish.

I visited this cafe while I was waiting for a coach, it’s walking distance from Victoria coach station - 10-15 mins. I had veggie panini and FlatWhite. Their pastry looked amazing too, but I did not crave anything sweet. Lovely space and excellent service.

The young lady who served us was so rude. Placed the two coffees noisily on the table like it was too much bother for her. When we asked which coffee is which she grinned and rudely answered. Never again. She shouldn’t be working in the catering or service sector if she doesn’t have manner. Paid nearly £8 for two cold coffees and awful rude service

Best London Coffee! We were very fortunate to find Ravello Coffee near our hotel. We are coffee fanatics and Ravello honestly makes the best flat white anywhere! Not only are the coffee and pastries amazing, but the service is also the best. My drink order is fussy and they are so kind and helpful, they remember my order and make it beautifully every time. The pastries are delicious and whether sitting outside or in, there is always a good energy to start the day. Bravo Ravello!

A gorgeous spot with very cozy and relaxing atmosphere 🥰 They offer an interesting choice of signature coffees, executed perfectly 👌 Might be a bit too sweet for some, but my sweet tooth really enjoyed their “Salted Caramel Latte.” The choice of pastries was also well balanced and delicious 😋

Son muy amables y aunque los sándwiches los muestran fríos, cuando los ponen a calentar son deliciosos. Si puedes tomar mesa es mejor pero si no, pueden comer y tomar tu café en St Jame’s Park.

Really cute coffee shop, but I was a little uncomfortable with the service. When we walked in we weren't really sure what we wanted to order, and the bald gentleman with the glasses seemed slightly annoyed by this. (We weren't in anyone's way, it wasn't busy, and we truly were doing our best to order as quickly as possible.) On top of that I saw him cough in his hands right before he went to make coffees for other customers. We were a bit concerned by that. After serving us, a friendlier worker appeared and seemed very helpful to incoming customers. I guess it's the luck of the draw who you're going to get at the register! The flat white was lovely, and I would recommend the almond croissant. We also thought the coffee shop itself had a cute atmosphere, but the table we sat at had a lot of crumbs.

This location sells hot coffee. Very good coffee! They also have vegan options! They don’t charge extra for almond milk or soya milk! More tastier than Starbucks! This location does not have Wi-Fi connection! Very friendly staff! And cute staff!❤️

It was my first trip to London when I and my wife discovered this little coffee shop in Victoria Street. Very nice place to rest and to have a cup of coffee or anything else. Very polite staff. Fantastic cakes and biscuits. Go there an enjoy.

A hidden gem tucked in the street! The chai latte and honey cinnamon latte SLAPPED and their bakery options were so lush. A cute breakfast or coffee place that I’d recommend to anyone :)

Surprisingly good coffee albeit situated in the very touristic area. The most decent one around!

I ordered a chai latte which had too much milk . I asked for it to be replaced and was met with disdain and told to let the tea bag brew even though this wasn't the issue. The staff then decided to have a discussion about it while I sat very near to the counter. The chai latte wasn't tasty and I will not return.

Horrible espresso, very bitter and tastes like tobacco, undrinkable. Looks like they use a very dark roast like Starbucks, avoid if you're a fan of good coffee!

I have been a regular client for at least 2 years. Andrea makes the most amazing latte always perfect ... but today the quite shocking surprise ... they increased the price of £0.15 overnight...a greedy move...and to make the matter more laughable I was given a card saying" present this card when you make a purchase and only pay a local price "... what is the local price? No explanation given though... very disappointing .... the place has also no toilet and Wifi .. ...Victoria Street has a lot of other coffee shops to have a good latte ..

Very, very expensive. The cakes are not homemade as they come in plastic packaging. On the same note, they use disposable plates and cutlery! Not even spoon for your hot drink.. Very bad if you are conscious of plastic waste! The waiter was also very rude.

Slow but friendly service to start, followed by a strange unwillingness to hand me my coffee, forcing me to manoeuvre around the people waiting and those sat to get to it. Cafe was overly hot.

Visited the place with 15 min to close on a Sunday evening looking for a jolt of caffeine. The service was still great, the coffee, a double shot of espresso, bitter with hints of berries which was completed greatly by the sweets offerings which were still relatively fresh considering it was towards the closing time.

Das Cafe ist gemütlich und der Kaffee und Kuchen waren sehr lecker. Was aber gar nicht geht ist die unfassbare Plastikverschwendung. Der Kuchen, der vor Ort gegessen wurde, war in einer dicken Plastikfolie eingewickelt, er wurde auf Papptellern serviert und als Krönung gab es dann noch Plastikbesteck dazu, auch für den Kaffee gab es nur Plastiklöffel. Gerade für ein Cafe das vom Konzept her einen auf high quality und organic macht ist das einfach nur ein Witz und in der heutigen Zeit ein absolutes no-go!

Genuinely great coffee, they make the best flat whites in Westminster :) Friendly staff and a nice selection of cookies, cakes and other goodies.

Service was excellent. A lovely green tea, not too bitter with a pan au chocolate that was lush. Not dry, super tasty and one of pastries that is messed up more than others by most places in general in my humble opinion, so I was pleasantly surprised.
