I've ordered takeaway from here before, and it's always been great. My friend and I ate in today and I had the American fudge cake shake, while she had the brownie stack. It was absolutely delicious. The staff were friendly and our server Luke was lovely. Would absolutely recommend going here.

It was practically empty but the guy had a problem with us wanting to sit where we wanted to sit and then took ages to serve us while just standing around doing nothing and then my cornflake tart was stale and rock hard! Was honestly the worst cornflake tart and custard I’ve ever had in my life, wasn’t even worth 50p let alone £7! Never coming back again!

I had a great time for afternoon tea. I ordered banana split sundae with 3 types of gelato, Americano. I love this perfect, delicious and prettiest dessert art cooked by Aniket. He is also very welcoming, polite and clean. This modern and wide interior is ideal for me time.

We xame in for a friends birthday Aniket was amazing and made us feel so welcome and made my frie ds birthday so special can not thank him enough food was outstanding.

Tried to take the kids for ice cream to be told they were serving pre booked tables only and there would be a 30min wait. This was at 12:30pm with only 3 tables occupied.

Crap cheesecake- not enough biscuit and too much salt. Server didn’t serve us instead we were expected to do it ourselves. Extremely overpriced for mediocre quality, sickly, small portions. Would not recommend.

Turned up today in one of the quieter moments. Really surprised it was quiet! Service from Aniket was great, helped us choose our dessert, and the desserts themselves are top notch every time, especially when you add extra chocolate sauce. Highly recommend

Appalling service. Rude staff. Rang the store to ask for a shake price and instead was told that I had to go online to check the price. When I said that I wanted to know the in store price so I could bring my kids in and ensure I had enough to treat them, they continued to tell me that I had to check online. I couldn’t find a menu on the Rassams website so I asked again. They then told me the line was bad and to call back on a different number. I called back on my work phone where they then told me the line was still bad. At this point I knew they were lying. I couldn’t understand why they couldn’t tell me the price so I asked again when they then said it was £100 and hurtfully said, ‘you can’t afford it’. I am honestly really hurt and appalled with the level of service I have received. I then decided to call the Sheffield store who gave me the price straight away.

Appalling service from staff. Kids were not happy with how rude they were. Don’t know who was on shift but definitely not coming back 👎

The place has a really nice atmosphere, good dedi music and a great selection of desserts. What I loved most is the quantity, quality and it's worthy for every penny spent.

Food is amazing but the service is very slow they need to hire more staff ,waiting time for us nearly 45 mins mostly people don't have time to sit here .

We went to celebrate my sister’s birthday and the service was very poor. The waiters was very rude and racist. We bought £3 candle to surprise my sister, he just turn up out of the blue and through the cup with candle with not even giving us a hint and went away no music then after awhile turned the music on, it was disappointed experiences for us and my sister got very upset by the attitude of the waiters.

The best desert place I’ve been to so far, workers very kind, very quick food service, respectful, inside looks spotless, I recommend you guys go you won’t be let down!!!!!

orderd chocolate fudge cake. i got 1 rassam wafer, 1 flake,and 1wafer roll and the slice of cake was the size of my 2 fingers like seriously i was expecting a normal size slice like always. i got a tub of custard but what was i supposed to eat it with?? will not be ordering again

I recently tried the Biscolata and Kinder Bueno Cookie Dough along with Wafflelicious, and they were all amazing! The Biscolata Cookie Dough was rich and biscoffy, while the Kinder Bueno Cookie Dough had the perfect blend of creamy hazelnut and crispiness. Wafflelicious was light, fluffy, and perfectly paired with sweet toppings. These treats are a must-try for any dessert lover!

Food is good, you just don't feel like eating anymore by the time it gets there 1.5 hours is way too long. I live 1.8 miles away!

We got there at 11am today when it opened to be told if we wanted waffles pancakes or crepes we would be waiting OVER 30 minutes as he had only just turned the machines on and they needed to warm up. If your opening time is 11am why would you not ensure you are prepared and ready to go at 11am for paying customers. It took ages for the guy to come over. If they're understaffed the need to get more staff or it won't be around for long. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere.

Cookie dough was good milkshake was ok and ice cream was ok but delivery and arrive was shocking, suppose to be here no later than 8:05pm still hasn’t arrived at 830pm no one called or emailed or text to let us know there was a delay not good at all, I would have ordered here again as the cookie dough was good but service completely let it down so not be ordering from here again

Absolutely amazing, tasty, well presented in sturdy packaging not affecting the quality they are aspiring to achieve. Didn't have to wait a long time at all for delivery either. Definitely going to be a new family favourite! 😍

This place is amazing. If you want a sweet treat, then this is the place to go. They have a huge range, it's all fresh, vibrant, and very tasty, with some items being made while you wait. You should see what they have. Personally, my eyes were bigger than my belly, LOL. Check out my photos for a better idea. The service here is superb, Wahab made you feel welcome with a friendly smile and a warm welcome. He was helpful, courteous, and considerate, making the whole experience top notch. We tried all sorts of things for my daughters birthday, every single item was excellent. They looked good, tasted great, and made us decide to come back for our other daughters birthday. We highly recommend them. We did look around at a few other places, but in the end, we tried this one because of the way things looked in the photos, and boy, did we make the right choice. They keep the place spotless, the floor is marble, and it looks like it's out of a palace. The chairs and seating were very comfortable, and they had charging points and plugs at each table. You can eat in or take out. Price wise, I felt they were fair, the helpings are very generous and like I said, very enjoyable. Try it, I very doubt you'll regret it.

staff were incredibly friendly, I had heard of Rassams but never been but as luck would have it we were in the area craving a milkshake so popped by and got the kinder Bueno and galaxy crumble, both delicious and hit the spot! definitely planning a sweet date night! Only issue we had was finding parking but if we weren't already in the car we could Google it and look ahead.

First time at Rassams creamery, a peaceful pleasant and clean environment, I received the best service ever from Aniket with the food that is delIcious (5 stars). Guys I recommend you to go there a juge by yourself trust me you won’t regret.

Unfortunately the good food doesn't make up for the poor service. Waiting over an hour in the restaurant for your order (despite it being scoops of ice cream). Even after 70 minutes the order was wrong Would be forgiven if it was a Friday evening or busy weekend not a sleepy Thursday after 8. To cap it off payment is taking before your food arrives (40 mins in our case) seems to be a means to keep you captive, acknowledging that otherwise you would likely walk out due to the wait. The only saving grace is Pudding factory is not too far which despite being very busy will provide a good service

We visited today and the servise was terrible . We ordered just five scoops of ice cream for sharing for 2 adults and 2 kids. The service was really slow! They brought an ice cream in one cup without any extra cups/plates to serve each of us. When we requested to get four cups to share ice cream they looked weirdly and brought the cups late. The place is really nice but the servise needs to be improved

I had booked this for my birthday but we decided to go for a visit the day before, so glad we did. Hubby and I ordered two crepes. They took a while to come bearing in mind only two other tables occupied, but that didn't matter. Nice young lady served us and showed us what to do. Anyway, I'm afraid I couldn't eat mine, it was a horrible grey colour and rubbery texture. I ate the 1 strawberry and half a banana and little tub of ice cream that came with it but not the crepe. Sorry, but cancelled the table for my birthday. Won't be coming again and it's certainly not cheap.

Fantastic desert place. The best I have had in Nottingham. The decor was great and the service was tremendous. We met with Aniket who gave us the best customer service and made sure the team prepared our food to perfection. I will definitely be coming back again and recommending this place to some of my friends. Also take up Aniket's offer for the Monster waffle challenge.

The family and I popped in on Friday evening. The place is lovely and clean and very bright. We all had drinks and a dessert. The desserts are wonderful and very tasty. Even though we only had 1 each I would recommend the whole menu to everyone! We will most certainly come back.

After months of saying that we will try Rassams, we did and it went down well. The music was a little loud, however definitely the best desserts we've had in Nottingham. The soft serve ice cream is 10/10. The portions are good, enough to share, and the quality great. Something for everyone.

The food was good, but our experience was diminished when an employee began cleaning the floor right next to us with a strong-smelling cleaner. The scent triggered my allergies, making it difficult for me to enjoy the rest of my day

And the manager Aniket is funny and welcoming, he was engaging with us and making sure we enjoyed our meal, the staff are also nice, I will definetely be back, I have to complete that monster waffle challenge that aniket was routing for in my favour.
