Unfortunately the good food doesn't make up for the poor service. Waiting over an hour in the restaurant for your order (despite it being scoops of ice cream). Even after 70 minutes the order was wrong Would be forgiven if it was a Friday evening or busy weekend not a sleepy Thursday after 8. To cap it off payment is taking before your food arrives (40 mins in our case) seems to be a means to keep you captive, acknowledging that otherwise you would likely walk out due to the wait. The only saving grace is Pudding factory is not too far which despite being very busy will provide a good service

We visited today and the servise was terrible . We ordered just five scoops of ice cream for sharing for 2 adults and 2 kids. The service was really slow! They brought an ice cream in one cup without any extra cups/plates to serve each of us. When we requested to get four cups to share ice cream they looked weirdly and brought the cups late. The place is really nice but the servise needs to be improved

I had booked this for my birthday but we decided to go for a visit the day before, so glad we did. Hubby and I ordered two crepes. They took a while to come bearing in mind only two other tables occupied, but that didn't matter. Nice young lady served us and showed us what to do. Anyway, I'm afraid I couldn't eat mine, it was a horrible grey colour and rubbery texture. I ate the 1 strawberry and half a banana and little tub of ice cream that came with it but not the crepe. Sorry, but cancelled the table for my birthday. Won't be coming again and it's certainly not cheap.

The customer service is about as cold as the ice cream.

Fantastic desert place. The best I have had in Nottingham. The decor was great and the service was tremendous. We met with Aniket who gave us the best customer service and made sure the team prepared our food to perfection. I will definitely be coming back again and recommending this place to some of my friends. Also take up Aniket's offer for the Monster waffle challenge.

I came with my friends and we enjoyed the desserts and the service was excellent. Aniket is one of the best staff I have ever met. He goes over and beyond to make sure you have an “out of the world” experience. Also, I love the aesthetics, 100% recommend this place ♥️

We’ve being amazingly welcomed by Aniket the manager. It’s a lovely place for delicious desserts and cozy hang out with friends. Rassams creamery is so far the best dessert place in Nottingham❤️ and Aniket is the best.

The family and I popped in on Friday evening. The place is lovely and clean and very bright. We all had drinks and a dessert. The desserts are wonderful and very tasty. Even though we only had 1 each I would recommend the whole menu to everyone! We will most certainly come back.

After months of saying that we will try Rassams, we did and it went down well. The music was a little loud, however definitely the best desserts we've had in Nottingham. The soft serve ice cream is 10/10. The portions are good, enough to share, and the quality great. Something for everyone.

The food was good, but our experience was diminished when an employee began cleaning the floor right next to us with a strong-smelling cleaner. The scent triggered my allergies, making it difficult for me to enjoy the rest of my day

The hospitality shown by Aniket the Store Manager was lovely. He made us feel so welcome and very valued as a customer. A great guy who is an asset to Rassams. This scenery in Beeston rassams creamery is beautiful firstly. And the manager Aniket is funny and welcoming, he was engaging with us and making sure we enjoyed our meal, the staff are also nice, I will definetely be back, I have to complete that monster waffle challenge that aniket was routing for in my favour. Great place.

We were "potential' customers. Walked in for the first time. There were 2 tables in and 2 people waiting for a take out. And at least 7 staff. We stood at the ice cream counter for at least 15 minutes. Staff ignored us, walked past us. One stood staring at us occasionally whilst she was on her phone. Not one member of staff acknowledged us asked to help, nothing. The place was practically empty. After 15 minutes we walked out. Never to return

Here from the States and dinned in at Rassans Creamery. Aniket provided lovely service and has a wonderful selection of gelato. Cool seating, fun music, and provides a very clean. Highly recommend to stop in for something sweet!

Place was so clean, I could sleep on the floor. Aniket does extremely well upkeeping this place and taking care of his customers. Has a big selection of Gelato and soft serve and more, I just couldn't remember everything. If you happen to see this place in Beeston, you should walk in!

I recently visited Rassams and had an extremely disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly rude and unwelcoming. It felt as though I was an inconvenience to them rather than a valued customer. Their lack of basic manners and poor customer service was truly appalling. Overall, my visit to Rassams was a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant dessert experience. Save your money and go somewhere where both the service and food are worth it.

Food is very nice, quite expensive though and they didnt bring out tap water after asking 3 times. The pudding pantry is nearby and that has better service, more of a cafe vibe.

Food was very delicious and exactly as advertised. Appreciated the customer service from the staff as they helped me out when I left a chocolate mess. Very nice desert and very good prices definitely remember that student card. If you are parking, there’s parking outside the front but you need to download an app takes a couple of minutes it’s called Connect parking.

Excellent ice cream sundae! Looked exactly like the picture and delicious as well! Comfy, large space, and our server, Sara, was brilliant. Highly recommend, especially if you have a sweet tooth!

On vacation from USA and looking for dessert, stopped in at Rassams. Excellent selection of desserts. It was difficult to choose as so many desserts appealed to me. I went for the flake milkshake. It was delicious, two thumbs up. I highly recommend for great dessert and friendly service.

Took the grandkids here on Saturday. It was my first time and was really nice and clean. The cookie dough the kids had was enormous and we had to take it home for later, but they really enjoyed it. The price was quite reasonable as well. Will definitely come back again.

For desserts this place is brilliant. They go the extra mile with refined touches which is brilliant. The decor is very premium and 5-star! The two big issues were personal to me only: Firstly, they make terrible coffee. It was clear to me that the barista has no idea how to froth milk for a latte, flat white or cappuccino. These are supposed to be different coffees but it was truly disappointing. Secondly, halal food but very not so halal ambience when you listen to the lyrics in the music.

What a find. Friendly, polite, and welcoming staff. When dining, it’s great atmosphere. Fast on delivery. More so, I really want to appreciate a staff Aniket. He is an amazing staff, always smiling and extremely helpful. If there’s a delay, he will make you are comfortable, speed up the process and make the customer wait less. I will recommend and will always return here. Well done guys.

From start to finish, this culinary adventure had me in awe and left me with a belly full of waffle bliss. The waffle itself was perfection—crispy on the outside and wonderfully fluffy on the inside. Each bite revealed a delightful blend of flavors, enhanced by the heavenly combination of sweet and savory toppings. The staff was friendly, attentive,They created a welcoming atmosphere, making the experience all the more enjoyable.

We had came into the store with my family and had ordered £30 worth of things which was very filling and nice. Little did we know that we would have to wait for 45 minutes for just some cookie dough and milkshakes. Our family got so bored that we ended up making paper airplanes out of the receipt. I honestly think they need more staff as there was only 1 guy on the floor and some we could see in the back.

Visited Rassams today with couple of friends and the food was dreadful and overpriced. Ordered the sharing box and the employee said it was enough for 5-6 people but the portions were so small that we had to go get a burger after to fill us up. The food was also stale and hard. Only thing good was the oreos which probably came out the packet. £30? For sharing box is a joke!

Went to Rassams on Saturday the 13th of April, My friend ordered a gluten free milkshake, however they did not actually know if it was gluten free, joke, they took of the cream and she was left with half a glass of 'milkshake' and this cost her 6 POUNDS . The waiter was so rude, chucked the spoons on the table and said do what you want you want them. By the time everyone had finished, one of our friends didnt recieve hers, she was forgotten, the only apology we got was a can of pathetic diet coke. Slow and rude xxxx
