Disappointed after just half the order delivered. The rest took 30 minutes to arrive. Phone service was rude and unhelpful. From other 1 star reviews i can tell that there’s no care for customer service.

Great atmosphere and the staff is lovely! Food is fresh and really really good! Would definitely recommend!

They changed the format of the good cake, it no longer has that creaminess that I bought, they gave me a chocolate cake that was all dry 👎🏻

Food was nothing special and delivery was an hour late

We’ve been loyal customers since opening & last night was utterly disappointing, waited over 90 minutes for delivery. I called to check the status of delivery the person said it was out for delivery, no apology etc & put the phone down on me. Around 30 mins later it finally arrived - Sundae was like milk, ‘warm’ cookie dough was cold and cheesecake smashed to bits. Loyalty clearly means nothing. I them messaged the establishment to highlight my disappointment to be laughed at….

Been a customer of this place for some time and never had an issue, tonight we waited for over 90 minutes for our delivery to arrive, it never arrived so my wife rang the store to be told it has left the store and is out for delivery, another 20 minutes past before the driver delivered the order, ice cream sundae was milker than a milkshake and I had to drink it rather than eat it. No issues with the rest of the order, advice would be don't wait for delivery if you want a 5 star product. I could have phoned the store back up to co plain but what would that have done?

I think the people frol this store are very lovely and have great communication also customer skills. I have had a few ordere mistaken or when had issues they have resolved it fast also come and brought it to me with extras. I honestly think the ataff are doing such a great job! Also deserts are for sure amazing ! Decent pricing to ill deffo recommend!!. The owner / management need to really praise the staff honestly doing a great job

Delicious deserts and milkshakes. Unfortunately every time I've ordered from here they have forgotten the drinks I have ordered however the staff were amazing about it. Always recommend this place

definitely will be ordering again!! Ordered half a waffle and 2 shakes. - less than £20 Delivery took 1.5 hours however received a whole waffle (not sure if this was intentional - but thank you regardless) absolutely delicious - milkshakes especially.

Really nice place in Manchester, food was great but next to no parking if you bring a car

I have never been disppointed so far, however tonight the churros were very tough ,like being reheated and not fresh. I have never experienced this before from you .The service however is 5 stars

Went in to order staff really miserable. At least it put me off going in again. One of the staff sneezed in his arm, hope it didn’t land on the food!

It was all cold when I got the food

Delivery was on time everything was piping hot chicken and cheese panini was lovely, apple crumble was amazing. Highly recommend to give them a try.

Amazing! If you like Blackpool Donuts & Oreos. Then try the Fried Oreos. They do them in Snickers too. Absolutely delicious!

Honestly can not fault there food or customer service we always order from here it's always go to dessert shop , spot on everytime , always go that extra mile too 😀 bonus there food is 100% yummy 😋

this dessert shop is the best around our area, I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It is reasonably priced and the guys running the place are for their customers. There was a mix up with our orders the other night but the owners chucked us an our order we should have got for free. Definitely are go to dessert place!

Not only did the desserts taste delicious the presentation of each item was yum 😋. I ordered milkshakes, cookie dough and waffles and I can honestly say it was the best dessert place I’ve ordered from. The delivery time was on spot. Very pleased. Will order again.

We went last night and the guys were so helpful. I got the nachos and asked the guy to put chicken on it and it was soooooo good, the nacho cheese was spot on.and my kids had the waffles which were cheap but amazing. The milkshakes were amazing too. And they do battered mars bars which were so good. Definitely my new go to place for a treat day. Lots to choose from and great prices

Shakes and dessert were 10/10. Was really happy with the service too, the gentleman who served me was very friendly. Didn’t take a photo as I was too quick to dive in but highly recommend!
