Ranas2 in Leeds

I opted for a portion of meat samosas and a portion of kebabs. The samosas were bland and not homemade and I dont even think they had any meat in them ( imo) , the kebabs were about 4mm thick and very chewy, overcooked i suspect and not very tasty at all.the reason I gave 3 stars is because the staff were very polite and the food was average. Will I call in again? Probably not but could possibly give it another try if I'm passing by.

Very disappointed. Initially he said they only accept cash. When we were about to leave he said we will take Card. When I was about to pay he said we charge fee for bank card. My wife paid cash. We ordered potato Parathas. There were no potatoes only onions. It was like day light robbery. I will never go back.

Absolutely amazing punjabi food especially the chole bhatura and their mooli parante, about 15 minutes drive from leeds and local to Bradford. This gem of a place is clean and has wonderful friendly staff. Parking right outside too. Highly recommend.

Rana has an amazing menu of food . My husband and I go there often and get takeout or sometimes sit in and eat . Chana bhatura tastes just like it does in India and his cookery is done with so much love. Flavours on point and good portion as well . Must try his fish karahi as well . His food is made fresh on order because it does take a while to get prepped. He is also always very welcoming and greets you with a smile . Keep it up

Terrible customer service. Previously ordered here a few times because we like the food and will usually order a good hour before we want to eat as we know they can be slow. Last night we ordered around 7.30 and it didn’t arrive till almost 10.30!! Order was missing items and had a fruit sticker on the naan bread. Excuse was they were busy but they should have made this clear when we ordered or should have refused the order if they could not fulfil it. Appalling!

Ordered at half past 4 came at 6.10 got the 10 pound nan kabab half of the stuff was missing no lamb tikka no peppers and onions no chill sauce on it no salad, just warm enough to eat what a joke this place is now rang them twice and he's says it be with u in 5 mins then rung back after 10mins he said it be there in 5 mins just wait,used to be nice

Absolutely fantastic service, these people really deliver the best service from the moment you order to the moment you receive the food, they deliver a fast service to ensure you don't go too long without the food. Plus the delivery guy was very welcoming and very friendly, I would say the food is defiantly 10/10

Ordered at 5.30pm ordered kebabs and lamb chops arrived at 6.30pm not even warm phoned straight back said they’ll make again called back at 7.40pm told them I had to go out at 8pm was told it would be there before then then made another call at 8.24pm will not order again from here had no issue in the past excuse is there busy wasn’t really bothered if am truthful

Well situated takeaway that provides your standard takeaway food. Yet they also have tasty extras from the menu such as calzones curries mixed grilled chicken. Mouthwatering food.

Disgusting service. Placed an order on Rana2's own website at 7pm. Rung at 8.20 to check where our food was to be told they thought it was on its way. When we asked what made him think that his reply was that the order was not in front of him so obviously it was on its way. Well at 9.10pm our food still hasn't arrived and when we rung we were told that they never had our order. Not one single apology from them. Never had such appalling service from anywhere. The value for money, is a perfect balance between quality and quantity.. we love this place. It's not a restaurant, its a takeaway. Bare that in mind. This review was based on 5 or 6 orders.

Ordered food last night and the quality was amazing the food was extremely fresh despite ordering for delivery and the delivery driver was very polite.The pizzas were perfectly cooked with crispy exteriors and the curries reminded me of traditional Indian catering definitely recommend and will be ordering for here again this week!

Really Disappointed with the service . We ordered food yesterday at 10:00 pm and it arrived at 11:40 pm , took around 2 hours . Tried to call to the landline no one was answering . This is so unprofessional . First is that the food arrived late and then it was so cold we have to warm it up , panner wasn’t cooked properly . We ordered masala chips and paid for that but received a small portion of normal fries. I am a customer of Ranas2 from a long time but never ever complained about food or service . But this time, the food we got really disappointed me and my family.They said it’s new management, if it is new management then kindly don’t treat your customers like this . This is not acceptable at all .

Best pizza around locally. Will now be a regular customer and friendly staff with clean kitchen which is rare to see these days. Would definately recommend.

Ordered some pizza's tonight! Fresh pizza base beautifully cooked perfect amount of toppings ! The cheese 🧀 was gorgeous and hot and melting in the mouth this place beats most high end pizza places offering not just pizza's but curry's pamersian kebabs and much more ! I highly recommend 👌 anytime 😊 and I will be going back again and again staff friendly professional nice clean place i wish there was 10* i can give them . Try it you won't be disappointed

You know, they always talk about perfect sequels in media: Toy Story 2, Shrek 2 and Empire Strikes Back, to list a few. In my personal opinion, Rana's 2 belongs on this list; it expands on the original in almost every way without feeling like it retreads old ground at any point. The biggest and most noticeable improvement was the menu. Instead of recreating it from scratch they built upon the highlights of the original while removing the parts that felt like filler; the most apparent one being some of the pizzas on the menu. The menu is a lot more refined compared to the one of Rana's 1. It is my biggest regret that this review will go unnoticed to most. Rana's 2 really seems like it has something to say, something to do, it breaks the common conventions of the service industry and takes not just a step forward, but a leap. I truly believe it deserves to be alongside with the greats, as another entry in the list of perfect sequels.
