Sorry not able to rate this chip shop if I do it’s a ZERO rate. Yesterday me and my friend each wanted a fish chips and a sausage there was only one man at the counter who was taking orders, getting payments and serving. There were other customers infront of us on the queue and when it came our time to order it seemed the man could not understand our order and I had to repeat twice and for the 3rd time I now pointed the order on the board that was hang on the wall to make things easier for us and for him. Before I even finished pointing the man told us in a loud voice in front of other customers to get out of his shop he needs to serve other customers 😭 we were so embarrassed and at the looks of other customers on the que they were also embarrassed to the point of one group of girls behind us said they can’t be served by search as person they walked away we also walked out. Me and my friend walked out but after stepping out I thought I should tell that man what he did was wrong so I did it but the man did not want me to speak to him he kept on telling me to walk out also telling me he will call the police for me I insisted I was walking away but told him what he did was wrong and if our English was not good enough it is not everyone’s first language I also told him i believe that this happened because we were from a different race as he could have done better but because we were black 😢 We were on a bus tour from Edinburgh this man spoiled our day!! My friend had travelled all the way from Qutar I show her how beautiful Scotland is at the end of it all we did not get any fish chips or sausage but chased out like dogs infront of other customers this man should learn customer relations never again can I go there or refer anyone I am still traumatised by this man actions

I ordered fish & chips. Very good, fresh and crispy fish. One gentleman serves and prepares the food at the same time, so you have to wait a few minutes. In my opinion it's worth it.

You can make your own pizza. We ordered 3 pizzas with different toppings. It was served fresh and the Tomato sauce was yummy. Would not recommend the onion rings.

I like it. The burger is as big as a palm.

I went to this place with my family today. I asked for a kig rip and chips, scampi and chips, a smokes sausage and chips with cheese. As soon as I walked in with my daughter, they just stared at us, not even offering us any assistance. We fairly clearly ordered out food and waited. After 15 minutes, we got our order back. We got what we asked for except for the smoked sausage and cheese and chips. They gave us curried chips and a normal sausage. We paid for both of them at their price, but they got given the wrong items. I didn't feel comfortable enough to go back, so I ended up putting up with our incorrect order. The curry was watery and the chips were horrific. Worst fish and chips place I've ever been to. I would not go if I were you.

Getting a chicken burger was the worst decision after the pizza was not available on Saturdays. Plain bread and a chicken pattie… definitely not what I expected after seeing the images outside on the wall…

Stopped in here for dinner after a long day travelling back from Skye. The pizza and chips, cheese and curry sauce were top quality. Went and sat out by a canal to eat it as we couldn't quite fit it all in the motorbike.

Nice guy who I assume is the owner. Had fish and chips was very nice the service was fast and there is parking along the road. We were in a lwb sprinter and parked easily

Some stuff overcooked, some had soggy batter. Chips weren't great either, all in all pretty poor and a bit overpriced for what you got

You get what you paid for. This place is good for quick bite if you have limited time for your lunch break. Service is good, staff is polite. We ordered two cheeseburgers and one smoked sausage with fries. Fries were a bit salty and we were not given any ketchup. Sausage was smaller, than I expected, no any green salad. Cheeseburgers were ok for me, but kids liked them. This is only take away place. They have different soft drinks as well as other items in their menu. The kebab grill was off at the time of our visit.
