Takes too long very bad attitudes when speaking to staff

The service was pathetic. Order was placed for 2 pizzas and I waited over 40 mins. I enquired a few times but the staff didn't have a clue.

Burger - cold and old Wings - tasted old but surprisingly hot Chips - oil definitely needed changing Place was clean and tidy, staff were really nice friendly. However, the food is everything, and you can't serve cold chicken burgers.

I order chiken peri peri burger I take receipt and waiting for my order the front desk female forgot to give me food and I was standing in front of her she was busy to use her mobile phone my burger was ready but she was on phone then the other guy notice why I m waiting here so long he said did you order anything I show him my order number hee give me my burger my burger was ready there and getting cold from last 15 minutes then the girl realized her mistake that she was on work bcz she was busy on phone my burger get cold she dint offer me other burger or dint say sir I ll Microwave this burger or I ll get other burger for you she just ignore her mistake and move on I took my burger without arguing there I left the restaurant and never go there again

Very poor quality food and waited over 2 hours for our order which then turned up with no apology and missing items. Sadly I don’t like to leave bad reviews but they should take this feedback on board and fix up. A little more attention and effort would go a long way

Worst customer service experienced in a fast food place. Waited 35 minutes for a fried chicken wrap. When asked member of staff at counter what was taking so long, his exact reply was " do you want to come in the kitchen and make it yourself" I could not believe the attitude! Never again to this place You deserve Zero Stars!!!

Ordered a don box witch was very good but got a chicken burger chicken was like concrete asked for no mayo bc the person can't eat it we didn't realise it had mayo in it so they ate it now they are very unwell

Asain style pizza and milkshakes are really nice.

What an amazing place , the menu is massive and all the food we tried was amazing . The chicken wraps were tasty and hot and full of meat and veg, the desi pizza was perfecto with spices and various meats and the Donna kebab was fab. With loads of salad. The samosa were lovely and fresh with potato and curry spices entwined mmm The chips were hot and crispy Would recommend Rajas to anyone and i can't wait to try it again. Is very reasonably priced as well for the quality of the food. Edit, went back a couple .months later and tried the peri peri chicken burger and a normal burger , chicken rolls and chicken samosa and without going into it to much it was amazing food again. The peri peri burger was soo flavoursome and the fresh chicken was lovely and chunky and tender with each bite . The samosa went down in one bite with some sauce on tops little delightful bites. The chicken roll are more or less the same. I also got a normal cheese burger and it was standard but the beef tasted nice it was firm. Bun was fluffy. Definitely give it a try .

One of the worst place to order food, I have order Fish Half Pounder instead they send me 3 fish finger for £6, the most expensive fish finger i have ever had. I'll never ever order from Rajas again ill advice others not to order from there too. if you do in case make sure you check your order.

Ordered around 2pm wanting a donner meat and chips. Fresh donner was expected however it turned out to be last week’s microwaved donner. It was dry and old. Had 3 bites and threw it away.

Great Food , I would say best Pizzas in Huddersfield. Always consistent you know what to expect . Not hit and miss like a lot of places Reasonable prices good fast service .

The food is always amazing here my only issue is the portions have got a lot smaller prices have risen and the delivery drivers need to do better at getting food delivered while it's still hot.

Lovely pizza, and the young lady taking the order was really polite.

Have a wide variety of dishes mainly indo- Pakistani. If you are into spicy dishes you definitely gonna love it. Waiting time seems to be a bit high.

Average food and not worth the penny. Staff have an attitude problem. I would advise to stay aware and head down other local takeaways on Bradford Road

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the staff. First of all they took a hour and 30 minutes to deliver and on top they sent the wrong order and then they had the audacity to argue about it. If you can not handle busy times and be respectful then don’t take orders simple as. Failed to meet one’s diets restrictions.

Best pizza I have had around Huddersfield

Ended here by chance was recommended the munch boxes there 4 different to choose from. It's surprisingly very good, big portion, tried the boneless one burger (its changeable) chicken strips, chicken popcorn with fries, and a drink. They also have a small sitting in, overall the service was good, fast food and polite staff.

Just ordered hot food and cold drinks....the food came cold and the drinks were warm.

Ordered from Rajas last night. Food was delivered two hours after we ordered. When we spoke to the lady on the phone to say we had young kids who had school in the morning and were hungry, she seemed indifferent and did not apologise. No customer service skills whatsoever and should not be on the phone. She told us the last pizza was nearly ready and that was about it. Food was okay, neither good or bad. Customer service: appalling.

Call here for lunch a few times a week probably. Good value for money. Quite filling if you get the meal option. Wraps, burgers absolutely spot on. Never had a bad one.

My experience is very bad . Order the food wait the food more than 30 yo 40 mins but when Complain about the waiting too much the guy who pack the food very rude and ill mannered so just simply says uou are very rude you need to learn the basic of customer service. But when I check the reviews today I see a lit if reviews about their Rude behaviour know I am not surprised what Happens with me today. Very rude staff with I simply ask my refund and leave their food there and come back

Ordered two burger meals yesterday and they sent an extra chicken wrap with it and also charged that when we ordered only two. And day before yesterday we ordered a 12" pizza half and half and it was okay and today was going to order same and the guy on phone said we gonna charge pound for meat and 50p for veg. No sauces with pizza or nothing. Asked them to put mayo on chips and they said no u have to buy extra.

Nice food unfortunately my puppy got out and was excited at the delivery man.who didn’t like the dog and was shouting at my grandkids to take it away ( I understand they may not like dogs) but no Need to shout like that that’s what my grandkids told me couldn’t understand what he was saying! Puppy is only 3 months old and only playful.

We went to rajas today . We ordered PREMIUM BURGER on staffs recommendation as we were looking for best burgers . We ordered Gourma burger which was supposed to be beef grilled burger but instead of it they provided us frozen jelly beef patties in it . Burger was rotten and severe sort of bad smell was coming from it. We reported it to Manager but they were so unprofessional and rude. Highly disappointed. I have tried their chicken fillet burger before which was not good as well but today’s food was totally useless as we have binned all food in front of staff.

Zinger burger is fantastic every single time, chicken is tasty but looks like it’s been on a diet. Pizza from here i’d avoid only because the toppings you get are some of the stingiest I’ve seen on a pizza and I’ve got it on more than one occasion. Would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn’t for the pizza.

Today I buy a popcorn chicken meal.. Popcorn was like chunks of chicken, not pops.. My son did not like it..

Me and my sister ordered an asian style meat feast pizza retailing at £9.25 via uber eats. On opening the pizza we both took a slice and realised that there was no keema whatsoever within the pizza and other ingredients were missing. We called rajas and spoke with some male who said that we had to return the pizza and show him proof that it had no keema despite me saying il send a picture and that we had a young child and no access to a car. Instead the guy was rude and unprofessional and insisted that we had to return the pizza and that he could not arrange any refund or another delivery of the pizza if we couldnt make our way there. I could not believe his shockingly bad attitude and the fact that he had no remorse for providing such a bad quality pizza. Instead he was demanding for the pizza to be returned despite me explaining we ordered via uber eats. He then suggested we get a refund from uber eats which is not possible once the order has been delivered. He said he couldnt do anything and I hung up. Was my first time ordering from this horrible takeaway and will be the last time after having such awful customer service and receiving an equally awful pizza.

Very disappointed been ordering from rajas since lockdown however seems something changed either with the chef or cleaners. Mutiple items ordered all chips were half cooked and just warm, the American burger had raw onion not fried and the burger tasted nothing like cheese burger like been crossed contaminated with other products of a spicy burger had different flavour, the chicken strips were hard and the tower burger the hash brown was soggy and warm and half cooked. The only item that was okay was the donner meat but still this was only warm nothing was hot. Due to the uncooked portions and majority of the meals that was cross contaminated it seems caused me and my family to be very unwell throughout the night and this morning. I submitted pictures with website and obviously threw food outside as bins collection Monday morning so don't have additional pictures to add to this review. Again I have been a regular customer for the last few years which you can check online, so i feel very upset overall especially when website says take it up personally with shop for compensation.

Where has your desert been? Potentially on my desk! Ordered lunch and a cornflake tart. The order arrived and they had sent a Jam and coconut sponge by mistake, we called to tell them and they came back with the correct dessert...fab... but they took the other one back?! We had opened the tub already! So, you might get a second-hand dessert. Basic food Hygiene gone bad.
