The best, in terms of; quality, consistency, flavour, delivery time and service - I've ever experienced at a Chinese takeaway. Will always have my custom and thanks for their hard work and excellent food. Cheers guys!

1st time today that I've used online ordering at rainbow takeaway and once I had selected my food it said that I would have my food by 8.20 pm it was with me just about 10 minutes after I had put my order through excellent service I will definitely use this service again

The chicken and sweetcorn soup,was absolutely disgusting.Honestly it smelt gone off.The prawn toast was raw and uncooked.Apart from that the noodles were good and the beef and mushrooms was amazing.Overall,good just be careful with some items on the menu

Had a new years eve order as collection, on time amazing food. The staff are also very friendly

The driver gave out my number to someone just because he went to the wrong house and then gave my number to that house so I’m not happy about this as it’s confidential information your drivers shouldn’t be giving out.

The food was horrible.. we ordered chicken fried rice, Shanghai chicken and chicken chow mein but everything had pork! And the taste was the same in all. Just saucy.. disgusting food! Never go there!!

Ordered the set menu for 2. The beef with mushrooms was disgusting. Every piece of so called beef was completely covered in a slimy, gelatinous fat and it was inedible. Rang to complain & was told the manager would call back but he didn’t. I’ll never go back.

had a order delivered tonight was late! When arrived looked nice but the chicken used was absolutly disgusting, cheap slimey frozen chicken. My wife loves chicken but left all of it. so disapointing.phoned to complain and got told sorry all chicken fresh and very busy. then put phone down before i had finished conversation.wanted to leave no stars but it wouldnt let me.

Abit hit & miss recently perhaps depends who's cooking.We love our takeaway but had some shockers recently and not usual standard

gone down hill ,getting expensive now ,delivery's gone up ,charging for a plastic bag ,now ,meals gone up big time , not so good, ie less meats ,prawns etc in the dishes and now i used to get free prawn crackers ,i

I have tried a few different take aways in the past 3 years of living in Loughborough and I have found Rainbow in Shepshed to be the best. The food is amazing. I do have My favourites but I like to try different meals off the menu everytime I order something and everything I've tried so far has been YUM! The banana fritters are better than any other! My favourite meal is the House Special Chow Mein.. the King Prawn Skewers are also lovely. I have no complaints. The food is great, the staff are lovely. And I would highly recommend this particular take away. You won't look back! Also, I don't understand why people complain if their order takes a little longer than thought. I have personally noticed how busy they are due to their popularity. And completely understand it. The food is always hot when delivered to my door or if I go in to collect it. Again, no complaints. Perfect service.

Food is normally good but we have waited nearly 2hrs and not even got a 'sorry' just a curt reply from the person on the phone 'just going out the door when I rang yet again. Absolutely pathetic service and customer service.

Been using this Chinese for years never fails to Impress beautiful food and great service!

Amazing food but 4 star purely because it took an hour and a half to get here (but it was the day after the match so can imagine everyone was tired and wanted to order!), the curry sauce was too salty and the chilli chips were soft not crispy (we personally like crispy chips) However the dishes tasted like the freshest Chinese I’ve ever had locally. Delicious, hot and nice customer service :) allowed us to pay less due to the late delivery. Would order again 😊

Exceptional food, the best Chinese takeaway we've ever had. Lovely fresh flavoursome dishes and good value for money too. Have used regularly for a number of years and have never been disappointed. Highly recommended.

Had many orders from Rainbows over the last couple of months, usually have our normal order of chicken chow mein but decided to try the chop suey this evening, it was absolutely amazing, we had to go in and thank them for our food and let them know how good it was! Will definitely be coming back soon!!

Recently moved to shepshed so chose a take away at random and was not disappointed. Delivery was in the time slot estimated, food was still hot when it arrived and everything tasted great and came in big portions. Everyone we spoke to were extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Usually i got to yam sing for my Chinese meals. Due to a long wait for collection i decided to try rainbow , the lady on the phone was very polite and helpful, the service was fast and the food was the best Chinese food ive had in a long time. No faults what so ever. From now on i will be using rainbow . Cant believe ive lived here for 34 years and only just discovered the best chinese in town.

Had a valentine order last night, excellent telephone manners from the person who answered the phone. Very delicious and delivered on time. Delivery driver was very polite and smart. Rainbow Kung Po chicken the best you can buy in and around shepshed. Tried some other places, but rainbow food is always good. Highly recommend and will try again this weekend with my friends.

We only use Rainbows now, delivery is fast, sometimes 10 mins. Prices are good and the food is always hot and good quality. The batter is never too greasy which I've found at others.

Absolutely awful service, we didn’t get one of our orders as it should have been and got abuse from the member of staff we spoke to on the phone hundred percent bad customer service
