The food is nice but the lady who works behind the counter with the brown hair is very rude Me and 2 friends walked in and she was visibly annoyed we had come in for some reason we don't know. She looked at us in discust, checked the clock and rolled her eyes Not to mention the cafe was fully open and was not near closing time It was that obvious we felt uncomfortable and left without ordering

Good value for money and plenty of choice. All freshly made and very tasty. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Been going to this gem of a cafe for a long while now the best bacon and mushrooms buns in the world! 👍the range of lovely breakfasts are superb the Stationmaster breakfast takes a bit of eating 👍 food is beautifully served. Tried the Mistress option breakfast which was lovely. They also do a great menu of mid day meals and snacks this place is great value. My favourite breakfast treat place ever . 👍🙂😀great range of cakes and pies as well 👍

Food was decent but the cappuccino and lattes are power from a tub rather than freshly made, which means they're horrendous.

It is located at the train station in Hartlepool and it’s a place where you can quickly have a meal or cup of tea or coffee while waiting for a train to arrive. I love the cozy environment of the cafe and the cool music that plays in the background giving a soothing feeling to the diners inside the cafe. With the new constructions being made at the train station which means more trains will ply the area, then I am sure more people will patronize them

Food was good, service from staff was pleasant and polite, atmosphere is as exciting as railway stations are, each to their own. My only observation is that I feel it is either the managements way or no way in the cafe, generally cafes would provide the customer what they want, no exchanging of items on breakfasts, why not? It seems a reasonable request for a customer that may ask to change an item for one reason or another, it's normally accepted and reasonable to do so

Excellent prices, great food and wonderful fast service. Fantastic way to start the day if you are heading out anywhere on the train. Breakfast bun was great and a very fair price. First time here today, won't be the last.

I went here for breakfast on sat morning at 8am with my brother breakfast was nice but I thought a little expensive at 18 pounds 60 with a cup off tea , maybes just me I don't know. Surroundingswere what you would expect from a cafe but it was cold in there with front door left open and door from railway station open

Might be cheap prices, over done hard mushrooms, all 6 slices, the sausages hav to be the cheapest of cheap, deep fried, as for the latte 2.30 for a scoop out of a tin, not worth it...

Being a quiet cafe in a small station, there isn't a lot of choice on the menu, especially in terms of hot drinks - but what they do have to offer is delicious, and a lot cheaper than I expected. If your train is delayed or you're a little early to the station, pop in and grab yourself a snack or hot meal. Staff are very welcoming and friendly too, which is always a bonus!

Lovely little cafe with cheap decent food and drinks and a friendly service. Being in a station they could charge loads but they keep the prices low. Great place to stop and have breakfast before a train. It was cash only when we went. Not sure if that's always the case though.

What a enlightening experience, a delicious breakfast with 0 issues is a rarity. Staff we super friendly and helpful, my new spot when I'm this way, all good quality ingredients cooked perfectly. Top marks guys.

This is what a local cafe is all about. Great people in here and super food. This year will be a struggle though without our continuing support. It has the added bonus of a great micro pub next to it too. Twice the fun. Give them both a go.

One of the best breakfasts in town. Can get quite busy as it doesn't have a huge amount of room and you need to pay for parking but the breakfast is well worth it at a very competitive price. I doubt anyone eating here would regret it.

A very cozy cafe inside hartlepool Station. Usually I wouldn't expect much more than overpriced food from these places but here it's not the case. The food and hot drinks are very nice and reasonably priced and the staff are always friendly and helpful. There isn't a great deal of tables so space can be limited but its set out in a way that feels very homely and not sterile/bland like a lot of modern coffee shops.

Been today for breakfast, staff were amazing food was just the best defo making this place a weekly visit at least! Two quality breakfasts and two hot drinks 11 pound!! Can't go wrong!
