We usually go on Sundays , But have now stopped because we always get very bad measures on my regular Latte , the picture shows a drink that my wife already asked to be Topped up and still very low when u consider price. 1 girl is always the one doesn't seem to care, This has go e on for weeks, All other staff ok But this one girl spoils them all.

Got in here yesterday to the redhead women cleaning. Was unsure where to sit due to this. Sections were closed off, I have autism, so this makes me feel uncomfortable! Especially when she stares.

Very good experience with a great manager, Thomas. I had already noticed he was very nice to the customers. When it was my turn helped me with getting the app and also using it. I returned the next day.

Need to clean the outside tables much more often.

I was, so pleased to see Guisborough Costa reopened : it's my go to place for a decent coffee, with friends and family. The "Eat out to help out" initiative is a bonus!

The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Always have a good stock of Costa goodies. Always seems to be busy but they all work as a team and manage efficiently.

Costa may cost a bit more but its worth it! The staff are always really happy and friendly too. It makes me want to work for costa!

Hartlepool shopping centre, Costa rubbish service he just looks around outside whilst serving you very rude.. no service skills what so ever.

I use this particular Costa on a daily basis and find it great. Staff are lovely at all time and I always have a nice experience.

This is for middleton Grange shopping centre Costa My daughter asked for 2 skinny latte coffees ,cake and toadtie ..he was asked " can you notbjust have normal milk as it'll mean me going down stairs for milk . The staff were all quite young . I couldnt see a manager . the iniform of one of the staff looked as it could do with a good wash . I am a regular at Peterlee for both in and take away as i have offices near but i dont think i would go to the middlestone grange Costa again ...awful service . They should gove the job to someone who wants it or take a look at how peterlee is run
