Cancelled our order after over an hours wait, left it so too late to order from elsewhere but still taking orders on their website

Will never order food from this place again, rang to see how long our food would be and had been delivered to the wrong address! No phone call to say either! Even hang up on us, disgusting service!!!

Absolutely terrible service. Whoever answered the phone when trying to find out where our delivery was, was extremely rude, didn’t offer to help in anyway and hung up. Never had the food that we paid for.

Absolutely diabolical company. Delayed order, wouldn't give a time and then met with a load of verbal abuse and had the phone put down on me. Stay clear. Should have gone with previous reviews but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt as I used them a few years back. Wont be using again and hopefully others won't.

You ignorant woman. You take my money off Just Eat and then decline to deliver. When I phoned to query you were rude, swore and told me you didn't care and to take it up with Just Eat and then hung up the phone. Luckily the conversation was recorded and will be shared. The sooner you close the better.

Warm welcome eh!. Clearly that's what the used to adhere to a very long time ago in a tandori far far away. The guy at the counter didn't use many words even though I greeted him politely. The lamb dishes I ordered were very tough and were not tender as curried lamb is usually is. Very oily overall felt like I could have used the excess oil for a massage or a oil change. Can't complain about the price but the food and service we got leaves alot to be desired.

Ordered food at 7:09pm, food turned up at 9:01pm after being told it would be 40mins, when I called at 8:30 to ask how long delivery would be the young girl on the phone hung up on me. Food was watery and tasteless. Will 100% not use again

Waited over 2 hours for a takeaway before before i rang and they said we are too busy in the restaurant and made out it was my fault the food didnt come. They was quick enough to take my money on just eat. This was 6 months ago. Just want to point out that when i called i was hung up on. I called back and said do not hang up on me where ate your manners? Rude person i figured ot was just a bad day. We decided to give them another chance we are all human after all. tonight ordered on just eat, monday night and they took my money then refused the order. Bo more chances for this shoddy establishment. Pathetic seems like they cant cope. Dont waste your time.

Great takeaway, food is fantastic. Best Indian cuisine I've ever tasted. Cheapest I've found too! Find it hard to believe the negative reviews 😊

Unfortunately I’m unable to give this horrendous restaurant -10 stars. Ordered from these tonight through just eat where our order was cancelled. I’m a pregnant lady and got a craving so ordering late, obviously them cancelling this is fine if they were closing etc. So I rang the restaurant to ask why it was cancelled so I know for future references to order or not again (too far etc) but the RUDE man who answered the phone said they are not able to disclose that information which in itself is absolutely diabolical, I continued to ask why and to make sure my money would be returned to my account but no more back chat from this what I would call (gentleman) but he clearly isn’t, to then be hung up on. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT.

Absolutely shocking experience from this restaurant. I ordered online and the restaurant cancelled the order because... they are too busy. Asked can they deliver in an hour or two and they point blank said no! Then the guy on the phone just said “I’m too busy to talk now, bye!” Never ordering from this pathetic restaurant again.

Awful food. The tandoori mixed grill was dry as a bone. The lamb was inedible and the kofta was dried out. The korma had no taste and the mango chutney was luminous and tasted of vinegar. Got charged for delivery even though we were within the 2 mile radius and our order was £30. The most dreadful food I've had in a long time
