No signage to get to café. It’s on the first floor with a door at the back of the store hidden away between clothes racks and I had to ask for directions to find it. Even when I found it, there was just a small sign by the lift, directing customers to the cafe. Paid £2.70 for a latte before being told it was from a self serve machine which was pretty filthy. Very low on food or cake offerings (despite an offer for £4 hot drink and cake). Not ideal. Till assistant was pleasant and helpful, but they need to make it clear that the coffee is coming from a self serve machine before you pay! £2.70 is very steep for the quality of coffee on offer, in my opinion.

1 Oxford StWouldn't advise eating here. Watched a manager with bright green hair scratch his head vigorously and then continue to handle the French fries. No hand washing. No cap on like everyone else. Needless to say our fries went in the bin. Couldn't complain to a manager as I only seen him in the white whirt. Very dissatisfied with such poor hygiene standards. This was my go to McDonald's, but will never return here again.

11 Dillwyn StreetThe pizza base was burnt, they used regular cheese instead of vegan, the base sauce was also dried up due to being in the oven for too long and the extra toppings that I paid for were missing. Now I have been blacklisted from ordering from them again because I managed to get a refund through Pay Pal when they refused to provide me with one directly. Just cross the road and buy from dominoes. They are much better.
