Some of the staff were miserable apart from the young lad working upstairs , he was helpful , the food was a bit allover the place , been , tried it , don,t believe the hype , yeah thats it

It's an all you can eat, so quality isn't always going to be the best. Their selection of food is okay, and I liked the way that you can order meats cooked to your own specifications. Honestly if you're a fan of buffet meals, you'll find something to enjoy here.

Friendly staff place was clean and tidy plenty of choices to choose from and great choices on the live cooking station

Far to expensive got over charged even tho says kids are half price and under 11s eat free couldn't be arsed moaning about was just hungry decided to eat as much as we could and left

Went here for the first time tonight. Staff all really friendly, food was fine. If you want 5* posh nosh, then this isnt the place for you. It’s like an all inclusive, all you can eat buffet. Lots of choice to pick from. Great value if you eat a lot. Not as great value if you are an adult who doesn’t eat much though. Would definitely come here again. Lovely people, very chatty and attentive. Kids loved pizza followed by the fresh ice cream filled pancakes with toppings and cream! Thank you!

Nice food recommended to eat the breakfast at about 10 30am and that should last you most of the day

Amazing food. Lovely place. Only 4 star on service as my son was making they effort of saying "thank you very much for my orange juice" as the lad had bought our drinks over, he repeated himself, basically said thank you to him 3 times and was ignored each time

We went with 2 kids 10 years old, But had to pay full price even though we explained they don't eat much, its listed as an all can eat place, but a child who is fussy about what they will eat shouldn't have to pay full price.

Walked in, and there were no tables, so they opened upstairs for us. Service brilliant. Food for an all you can eat at lunch was excellent, highly recommend

My wife and Myself visited Raff 55 on a Sunday morning after a Hellish stay at The Ivy Hotel which provided Breakfast but didn't want any due to the poor Stay at this so called Hotel. We were so glad We did as The service,Food, and Atmosphere at Raff 55 was Tremendously Excellent It definitely cheered us both Up. It was all You can eat for £7.99. But the Food was so delicious and filling, I could only manage 1 plate.😁😁. Coffee was Awesome as well. Great traditional Full English. Get rid of McDonald's Egg 'McNothing's' now.😂😂🤣🤣.

I'd heard many good things about raff 55 , um well we had to pay before we ate , the food looked like it had been sat for ages, All the Indian dishes had a layer of skin ,and not recognizable, everything was over cooked, I just wasn't impressed

We had a decent fry up for the first time at the Raff55 this morning. The atmosphere is nice, the staff are lovely and the fry up was decent, lovely bit of squirrel 😋. Don't get many decent cafés and all you can eat buffets, like the Raff55 these days. It's a lovely restaurant for couples, people with health conditions or impairments, (as of myself because I am midly Autistic. And my husband who has a physical impairment), families and the elderly. We love the name as well. It's unique and is legendary. Go here for a decent fry up or a meal. You won't be disappointed 💯. Blessed Be!! ✨️💜.

Never had a bad experience here been attending this restaurant since it first opened, can't fault the food, service or ambiance of the restaurant The all you can eat cooked breakfast is fantastic only place we go in skegness for breakfast as nowhere else compares for quality and value, I haven't personally attended many lunchtime sessions over the years but have been to many evening dinners and have never been disappointed The Sunday carvery is one of my all time favorites Try this restaurant for yourself 😁

1st off there is a massive chargeable carpark opposite. It looked clean and fresh the food looked nice. It was nice and tasty but either warm or hot depending on what you picked. A good choice of food but not lots. Reasonable size tables I didn't feel cramped up.my food had blacks bits in and the ice cream a black trail of somthing. But realistically it was pleasant tasty and comfortable. Price wasn't too bad.also before I forget they were playing music in the background the had the F word and other ones similar in.didnt realise at first.

We were a large group - 13 - so had to go to the upstairs area for them to accommodate us. Obviously, this meant going up and down the stairs to the food area, but wasn't an issue for us, but might have been - or might be for others - if someone was disabled. The food was excellent and there was a large variety. We've been previously but never on a day when a carvery was available, which made a nice change. Types of food offered were: Chinese, Italian (pizzas/pasta), English. Drink prices were acceptable, if a little expensive.

Loved it. Brilliant customer services. Car park available and free after 1800. Not too sure about those with disabilities if they can get their wheel chair in as it could be busy. Surely, contacting staff before visit should solve that bit. Quite affordable, all you can eat. Yum yum!!

After popping in for breakfast earlier this week, which we were thoroughly impressed with and enjoyed, we decided to come back for the lunch menu. We were NOT disappointed, this place is excellent. A great range of dishes catering to all palates. We ensured to try a taster range of what was offered, we loved it all. A very happy family with full tummies! I would recommend to anyone, without any hesitation at all. I can't wait to come back next year.

Honestly the food was amazing! Saved our holiday food wise, we went here after a personal review from the nisa worker onsite of southview PD as needed an actual cooked meal on holiday, and so worth the 7 minute drive!! The beef was perfectly cooked and for an all you can eat just wow there is something for everyone including super fussy eaters the staff were friendly and approachable very fast to be seated and drinks were served within seconds we went at lunch time so lucky didnt have book a table but I highly highly recommend this hidden gem!! Definitely a must go while your in skeggy

Went today was here a few years ago and was totally different . If someone would have filled my plate up and give it me I would not have known what was on my plate the asain curry's were so bad .. All the curry's were very poor from the Chinese to the asain.... All chicken dishes mostly they all had the same biglumps of chicken all kind of taste the same very poor. Noodles were kind of only thing I liked and they were not the best. My partner felt the same. As we were eating we both said we would not come again not worth the price we paid to eat here.. The final nail was her pancake and ice cream with chocolate sauce.... She said please try this haha. I tried some and honestly it was drinking chocolate powder taste it was not any chocolate sauce or chocolate I have ever had before eating out.. . Apart from it tasted like drinking chocolate the powder haha.. Please reconsider eating here. I was shocked to see a Chinese chef as the Chinese food was very poor taste wise. If I was the owner I'd seriously get some new chefs. My partner said the pizza was nice but that's about it

The dinner ans service from last night and the staff have been so helpful and they are so polite. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone that comes down to Skegness for a week or 2

Just ate here tonight food was absolutely banging compliments to the staff and chefs who cook this food even the hospitality of the front of house staff give you a warm and friendly welcome I'll be coming here again for definite trust me come and try it all you can eat buffet for 16.99 and you can go up as many times as you like for mains and desserts trust me don't take me word for it go try it for yourself.

Overall a very poor experience, went at approximately 8pm on Saturday evening and it was not very busy, the staff were all miserable, was really disappointed with the food as it was only warm and not the greatest selection, if you have seen the create your own burger advertisement then you will be extremely disappointed as you get nothing that looks like it. A positive was the pizza which was quite good. The desert choice was minimal. It was like going on a all inclusive holiday to a 1* resort out of season

Food was absoulutly disgusting over priced meat over cooked roaties burnt yorkshire puds burnt and rock hard chipped my tooth on them so dental bill now avoid at all cost just awful desert was just as bad jelly was watery cake was tasteless save your money

Was far better than I was expecting. We were greeted by friendly staff on arrival and all the staff were helpful and friendly. The food was all kept topped up regularly and was of an excellent quality with plenty of choice. Very good value indeed highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

The food tastes way more mid than it used to, and they removed some of the nicest parts of the buffet. Feels very cheap now, rather than an actual place to eat. Puddings are downright awful, but other food tends to be ok.

Absolutely shocking food was awful. Chinese curry tasted like Indian curry in the Chinese section. Prawn toast with no prawn. Carrots was almost raw. Overall food was tasteless. We complained and there was no manager on site. And no one incharge. After asking for assistance after 10 minutes. Spoke to a lady and they said no one is incharge manager was off because he's not had a day off. So we asked for the manager to be called which he was. 10 minutes later he turned up with a attitude with his friends. Which was intimidating and very unprofessional. Felt like we was getting bullied. After explaining what the problem was. His reply was have you ate the food. Ower reply was yes. Of course that how we know the food wasn't good we want some kind of refund. And the manager was abrupt. Such a horrible experience and again felt intimidated. This is why they take payment first and if you have a complain the bullies come and intimidate you

Lots of choice to eat however we were upstairs with one waitress taking the orders for drinks and pre payment of food. Instead of serving one at a time she took everyones payment then tried getting the drinks out. We had almost eaten our food before we received our drinks which we found very poor. Also not ideal to have to carry plates of food upstairs. Would try again but defo wait for a table downstairs.

Had to go upstairs, not the best having to go back down for food. Nearly finished meal before drinks were brought to table. Some of the food very salty and some of it very bland. Kids allowed to run riot around place. Not the best experience

Nice and friendly staff. Can get busy, but goes up and and down. Food quality was fine and they have cook stations were chefs can prepare food. Desert was the highlight with the pancake ice-cream and Eton mess

The breakfast was the worst. Boiled bacon, cheapest frozen sausages going and the black pudding was raw. The hole breakfast tasted soo greasy. Left 90% on plate and would not be going again. Disgusting!!!

Went here for lunch and despite there being a fair amount to choose from, it just didn't meet my expectations. The food was quite bland and the veggies for the roast dinner were practically all stalk. The roast potatoes were cold yet another disappointment. I guess it's good value for money but after reading all the reviews it just didn't do it for me.

Came here on a whim as they advertised all you can eat buffet breakfast, before we dined i checked it out a bit online first and one thing peaked my attention with it being a live buffet station it had a note saying our chefs will cook anything the way you like it, however my daughter is rather fussy when it comes to her eggs, she only likes the egg white with her bacon butty, the chef however didn't understand what we meant when we asked for an egg that just consists of the white, she settled for scrambled egg in the end but didn't eat it all, my partner decided for her second helping to be scrabled egg on toast but for some reason unbeknownst to us, they put cheese in it, unfortunately my partner for some crazy reason i can't put my finger on hates cheese with a passion, the buffet food was actually really good, it was all at a good temperature and there was plenty of it to go around, in all if i was in the area again i would definitly venture back there, maybe even for their lunch or dinner menu which we didn't have the time nor the monatary resources to indulge, side note if you like your bacon smoked then its probably a good idea to give thiers a miss as i forgot how boring unsmoked bacon is.

We came her for an all you can eat breakfast, the staff who greeted us were very friendly and explained everything we had to do. The food is really nice and great value for money for all you can eat, the only problem with the breakfasts is that the eggs are served with raw egg whites on the top (sunny side up) many people like me will make them queasy and put them off their food, along with this I feel the drinks for what they are, are also quite expensive. Overall this place is a really nice restaurant to eat in and great value for money.

Absolutely amazing food, the breakfast is worth having, the staff are very friendly and welcoming and they cook your poached eggs, scrambled eggs and omelette fresh for you and you don't have to wait ages for it to be cooked. Me and my partner have come to skeg for the weekend and we've been to raff 55 every morning for breakfast. Amazing food for a great value for money, not expensive

Wemt there on the 18th of may 2024 for a all you can eat mirowave egg fried rice and soggy chips 42 pound it cost for 2 of us my partner had a roast dinner she ate it to find out later on she has food poising wudnt recomend at all and deserts was even worse marshmellow and choclate to find out it was cheap hot choclate warmed up id give this a minis 10 if i could
