they claimed they were too busy to read allergen information in the comments where it says to leave allergen information and that they would read it. when the order arrived they did not follow the directions left in the comments and so when we called they said they were too busy. they then said after the pizza had been eaten by people that were able to eat it that they would send another pizza, after we stated that we couldn't give the pizza back and that we would not be paying for a new pizza because they had not read instructions. they then hung up and were just over all very rude, we talked to the manager and the staff and they were both extremely rude to me and my family

Absolutely disgraceful, did not read any allergen information in the description and sent the wrong pizza, claiming they were “too busy” to read the information left. They were then extremely rude and unhelpful when asked about this and would not acknowledge their mistake. Do not order.

Tasty food, rich sauce, will definitely order again.

Food was pretty good. The jalfrezi was very spicy! Chicken tikka aloo was tasty as well. Was a shame there weren’t any complimentary popadoms given how much we spent

I used to order and collect the pizza from the shop from High Barnet and didn't had any problems, and one day I was to Hampden square and the polish guy that he presents as manager tries to convince me that the offers doesn't exist for weekends. I left the shop, I call them back and I order from phone to collect from 3 pizzas. I didn't say them of course that I was the guy that I was there few minutes ago. They accept my order, they asked me also if is the first time I order from them. Anyway I went back to shop after 15 minutes to collect the pizzas and at the moment to pay they try charge me with out the discount and explain me again the same trick that weekends doesn't exist the offer's. I left the pizza. I went opposite to Pizza Hut and I bought the same quality of pizzas for £24 and not £32. My point for this complaint in that this shop works against the good reputation of other shops of dominos pizza, I didn't had never those in dominos pizza at High Barnet, I am still a customer.

Unless you are a regular avoid.. They treat you like dirt main person taking the orders is extremely rude no manners and should not be in the job! I was so disgusted I cancelled my order and keft disgusting place

Can’t rate this place highly enough. Great food, amazing recommendations from the staff and all at great prices This has become our go to place for Indian food in Southgate.

Radhuni proved to be a delightful escape for my wife and me on Eid evening. The owners' exceptional service made us feel truly welcome, offering spot-on recommendations that enhanced our dining experience. The Zuri Lamb was a highlight, incredibly tender and flavorful. The relaxed atmosphere was a refreshing change, making us lose track of time. Whether for a cozy date night or a family outing, Radhuni is the perfect spot. Kudos to the chef for a memorable meal!

Great food but slightly cold and half hour late. Will def get again hoping delivery will be better.

Ordered a decadence pepperoni pizza. Arrived raw and toppings slid off the surface. Pizza also stuck to the box. Requested a refund from David and was told the pizza when cooked looks this way. See for yourself … Such a poor service in my view

Best curry in the area! Order the butter chicken and you won't regret it. The only place that adds green chilli's so it's not some sugared concoction. Thank you 🙏

I’m so lucky to have this gem of a curry house on my doorstep,the food is second to none and always fresh and delicious,I had the butter chicken on recommendation and I’ll certainly be having it again,mums lamb melted in the mouth and all dishes were so good no one was prepared to share lol,thank you to Abs and his fantastic staff for always making our visits memorable,keep up the good work Radhuni..definitely be back again soon 😋👌🏽

We have been here a few times with friends and family and will definitely be back again. The food has been absolutely delicious every time with a large choice on the menu. The staff are friendly, helpful and make the visit enjoyable.

I wanted to take my mother out for a curry locally and checked out TripAdvisor and came across the glowing reviews for The Radhuni restaurant and now I know why. My mother uses a walker to get about and the first thing to note was how accommodating they were to help her get in and get comfortable. All the staff were extremely efficient and polite and nothing was too much trouble. A very pleasant conversation with the owner (I think) who took the order and everything was just perfect and arrived in a timely fashion. I ordered the aloo tikka for starter which was quite different as it had mozzarella which is rare to find on an Indian menu and they were delicious. For mains, mother stuck with the favourite chicken korma which she couldn't praise highly enough and the accompanying pilau rice was plentiful. My main was the chicken naga which I requested to be made a little hotter and it was spot on. The sag aloo side dish was full of flavour and, again, plenty of it. We also shared a peshwari naan which was made perfectly, dry on the outside and full of flavour inside so as not to get greasy hands. It was so nice to find a wonderful local Indian restaurant with staff who listen and accommodate their customers. On the night we were there, one of the waiters had a birthday and the rest of the staff brought out a cake for him and all the customers sang Happy Birthday. It was such a lovely atmosphere and waiter was quite emotional. As we were leaving, my mother (who is almost 90) said, "I'm definitely coming back again soon." Says it all really.

Disgusting terrible food I normally always buy from them but this is my second time and the food is not the way it should be if you value you money don’t buy from them and they are rude they don’t do anything about it

we was extremely disappointed, the food was over an hour late so was cold. the lamb curry my daughter ordered was over the top spicy. you couldn't taste any other flavours. so had to throw it in the bin. Will not be ordering from here again!

My favourite Indian restaurant in north London. The food always consistently delivers, the staff are very friendly and very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend getting the chicken tikka on the sizzling plates with a madras sauce on the side. Would also go so far as to say they do the best saag paneer in London!

Arrived a little cooler than I'd like, but very tasty

We eat at Radhuni regularly and Abi, Mack, Mohammed and the team are brilliant. The food is fantastic. They have your usual “Indian” restaurant stuff, but a wander around the menu takes you to some beautiful meals. So much so, that when I wanted my 60th birthday party catered for Radhuni was the obvious choice. Ordering a takeaway for 30+ people could have been daunting, but not here. The food was amazing, delivered on time, and hot. Everyone was very complementary. I cannot recommend Radhuni highly enough.

I have just switched from being a Pizza Hut customer after so many years, to a new Dominos Customer & was greeted on the phone today by their lovely staff member called David, who was very pleasant & helpful on the phone, whilst I was ordering our pizza, he handled our order beautifully & gave my mum who is registered blind the best deal possible, to which we can’t bless this lovely Dominos staff member enough!!!! David’s customer service was outstanding today-16/11/23 & Domino’s seriously needs to promote David to the highest position in the company with the highest salary possible, would love to See my words turn into action real soon! Thank You for your kind hospitality David, will definately be ordering again at Domino’s real soon as the quality of the food is to die for..

Love Rudhuni. Been visiting for a number of years and it's become a Go To restaurant, the only Indian my other half will go to. The team are great, greet us like family and accommodate our various tastes with patience 😀 we can pop in for a coffee or full blown meal, and service and welcome is always the best. The arrange brilliant event nights with music 🎶 which are well attended George Michael, Freddie Mercury and Cher excellent and Elvis will be in the house next week, can't wait.

My daughter has recently been diagnosed with an intolerance of gluten. David showed me patience and care. I wanted beef on a pizza but David has great knowledge of the products and told me that there is gluten in it. David is very professional and I have noticed that he cares about each and every customer, not just me. I have been a customer here for years and it is because of David why I will continue to come here.

First time ordering. All the food was delicious, however,it was just above room temperature. I can forgive because it's Bonfire Night and they must have been very busy. I will order again. I had to give 4 stars for quality purely for the temperature. Hopefully , next time the food will be hot.

Did not disappoint! Can't say that about other places lately to be honest. This was a proper, traditional curry.

Great food again. The curries were slightly spicier than we were expecting from previous experience, but the flavours were great. The only bad thing was the veggie samosas contained sweetcorn, and I have a very bad reaction to this - it would be helpful if there was more description of the ingredients on the menu.

Lazy incompetent driver, sat down inside his car instead of getting off his a** from the car to walk to the building and ring the gate so I could open it then went back without delivering my food! Lied that he hang the bell downstairs but I have cameras and obviously he didn’t because I was promptly waiting for the bloody food. He told he hang me which is another lie as I had the phone on my hands! Lazy person. Small store and unprofessional and inefficient so I couldn’t expect much. Won’t buy there again. Incompetence as it’s best.

Very good Dominos brunch in Southgate. I am regular customer and always happy with the service and the taste of the food. Usually, I am ordering pizza, chocolate chip cookies or dough balls and always satisfied with the taste of it. Stuff in this brunch is polite and very friendly. Pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend this place.

I'm not often impressed with the standard of Indian food served in the UK, but both the Butter Chicken and the Prawn Shashlik we ordered from Radhuni had depth of flavour and the right level of spice. The portions were quite generous too.

when i call for delivery they say they say they dont deliver .. i order on justeats which costs me more as no deals and lore and behold they deliver .. no idea why they dont take orders and say they cant deliver when they can . It looses them money and costs us more

Usual excellent service and food.

I rang in an order at about 7 pm on a wednesday. The bloke on the phone barely spoke English so what should have been a 3 min phonecall turned into about 10 minutes of trying to explain my order and make sure he had the correct phone number. Its now sat afternoon and ive lost over two days to some of the worst food poisioning ive had in years. I would avoid this branch like the plague because thats clearly what is brewing in that hovvel of a kitchen.

Appalling service. Placed an order worth £18.87 on 4th July at 6.50pm and three hours later there was no sign of my food. Store wasn’t answering the phone so I couldn’t cancel. Finally got through at 10.35pm and they hadn’t even started making my pizza and said they’d been “busy”. I told them not to bother and that I wanted a refund which I was assured I would get. I got £1.99 back… and four months later I am still waiting on the rest of my money. Will never order Dominos again.

Ordered 2 pizzas which turned up 3 hours after the order was placed. Continually tried to call the branch but they didn’t answer the phone. Called head office and was fobbed off with platitudes and told someone would be in touch with me. Guess what, I’m still waiting for an apology/my money back. Very poor service. A fish really does rot from its head.

Waiting for 3:30 hours and no response. My kids went to bed crying as they were waiting for the food and the pizza never arrived. At 10:20pm, when we were all in bed, the intercom rang and when I asked if he really thought I would received the pizza after over 3 hours waiting, the driver said: we are just busy. I refused to receive the pizza and I want my refund. I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER. Never again!

Our order says delivered but not been received - and their phone number doesn't work?! You can easily verify this and test it yourself. Avoid this branch at all costs.

Garlic mushrooms.. 4 mushrooms for 4.95 is a disgrace. The biriyani.. both chicken and lamb was so dry it was inedible and definitely not fresh. I will never order from here again.. extremely disappointed and quite disgusted.
