Supposed to be open until 22:30 on Sunday, but closed when I went there at 21:55. What is the point of having a closing time and then not keeping to it?

Just had a takeaway, chicken tikka masala and all I can say is... AWFUL!!! chicken in tomato soup, no flavour & certainly no ingredients. Never again.

Seems to have let standards slip lately, have used 3 previous times and was very happy. However we were all dissapointed with the "New Chefs" offerings! Chicken Tika Korma just sweet and wattery not as creamy as before, and very low on chicken peices. Chicken Dansak had a film of oil 1/2 cm deep and again hunting for the chicken. Please get the old chef back!

Ordered via JustEat, food was ready before they said it would be and collected. Was warm and tasty, great service and would definitely go back.

The food is delicious and well made, my only complaint is the tiny amount of meat they put in the curry. I get chicken korma, a similar dish for my gf, it was basically 2 tubs of sauce. Delicious sauce yes. But its a chicken korma. Not a korma sauce. Add more meat if you want return custom. Simple. 👍

GREAT.FOOD!!!! You can tell how good a restaurant is by how well they make their biryani. There is a specific way to make it. The chicken biryani at this restaurant was amazing and so delicious. The sheekh kebab was also good. I tried one of each nan, and each one was just as delicious as the next! Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for good Indian food. I definitely recommend this place and I'll definitely be eating from here frequently!!

Had lovely curries & sides from here last night, l asked when ordering to not use too much salt in cooking & it was spot on & delivery time was punctual too !

Had chicken panther it tasted like tomato soup with spices in it, onion barges were flat and taste less won’t be going back

The lamb Jaipur was tasty, my wife didn't rate the lamb sagwala. The lamb was tough for both dishes. As we could get 20% off we thought we'd give this curry house a try but we won't be going back there.

I live only a few minutes away, great food, great service, very polite.

If I could give 0 would be 0. Absolutely digusting!!! Never ever again. Cold, everything was just wayyyyyy to sweet, not fresh and tikka masala didnt ever taste like tikka masala! Made me feel sick whilst eating. Chicken was that horrible my cat wouldnt even eat it usually stealing the chicken out of curries off my plate. Masala takeaway in Shrewsbury is more expensive but we will defo go back to the usual place. All food from radbrook spice thrown away!! Dont know how this place can expect so much money for digusting food!!

Thought I would try this place, but worst mistake, food is tasteless and old , best go back to the Mahim in Bayston hill the best Indian in Shrewsbury

King prawn was little lumps of tasteless ( something?) sauce was bland. The dish was thrown away. How dare eateries sell such inferior food.

Very very nice balti, mushroom rice, shek kebab and keema nan. Great service. Absolutely fantastic meal.

Omg!! Never order the chicken tikka massla from here, its so bland and tasted watery. Its the worst I've ever had. Just because people don't like hot spicy food it doesn't mean they like tastless food. Even the chicken jist tasted bland too. The onion bhajis were massive which resulted in them being cremated on the outside and they were dry on the inside. Totally inedible.It was quite frankly absolutely disgusting and it had to throw it in all the bin after eating one piece. Absolute waste of money . Will never buy from there again 🤢🤢🤮🤮

Radbrook Spice has automatically signed me up to a spam messaging service they employ for marketing. I've asked Radbrook Spice to remove me from the spam register, which they have refused to do. The opt out text number appears to be a premium number so I do not know how much that might cost me. I now have to tolerate their marketing messages ping around school pick-up time, which is not a time I need any further distraction. If you like your privacy and hate spam..steer clear. *Update* In fact since writing this review I have learnt of other local people getting spammed by Radbrook Spice and getting nowhere when speaking directly to the owners.

Food was taken out of the fridge , pinged in the microwave . Chicken like old meat , vile meal. Don't go late at night !!

Never came across tougher more rubbery chicken anywhere before , fork wouldn’t even go through it , my partners lamb was the same . All the meat was totally inedible. Awful tbh

This is my normal go to Indian takeaway.....everytime it's good, really really good.... popped in tonight for dinner, let's hope it's a one off bad night, but the food was watery, tasteless.....the bhuna normally thick and unctious....terrible....maybe their normal chefs having the day off.....let's see how it is the next time round..always willing to forgive

Rang after two hours of ordering food asking where it was , they said it went there end and I have to ring just eat , he just laughed when I said what do I do when they deliver cold food , what a joke

Quick delivery however food was bland beyond belief and the naan bread was soggy and undercooked. Very disappointed.

I ordered a meal directly from the website. It turns up promptly but was incorrect and was not what I ordered. I decided to call-in and was told that what I had delivered was what I ordered even though I still had the order up on my screen on my phone. Was made to feel that I was in the wrong to order the meal incorrectly And made no effort or attempt to deliver what I ordered. I Will not be ordering from this takeaway again unless I want something I haven’t ordered!!

I have struggled to find and Indian takeaway that I have been happy with since my usual changed ownership. I am happy to say my search is now over and it's right on my doorstep. I have just had my first order and I have to say it was lovely. The chicken was so tender. I only dropped a star because I'm not sure what was in the mint yoghurt but it made the back of my throat burn not what I expected. I will definitely be back though. Good to see a new local business so busy.

Ordered Rogan Gosh - could have been really nice but too salty, could not taste flavours of anything else because of this ! Delivery and order good plus added bonus of onion bajis which we had'nt ordered but were really tasty - thank you ! Will try again but please cut down on the salt content !

Food was amazing! One of the best if not the best Indian in Shrewbury . Delivery said 40 mins was delivered in 25 on a Friday night! When ordering you can see they are getting used to their systems but for a new business you can expect that. No complaints will use again and again

Not a good experience. Was happy to see a new local Indian Takeaway & was really looking forward to trying it. Ordered online, it said it would be delivered in 50 minutes - on the website it showed the food was out for delivery after half an hour - great I thought. After over 2 hours & no answer on their phone I drove down to Radbrook Spice to be told it would be 5 minutes & I could take it with me! 10 minutes later & being asked numerous times my name, address & order, I was informed the delivery driver had left to deliver my food. I dashed home to my hungry children to wait another 20 minutes. The food was look warm & the biryani dry with no fresh vegetables in the sauce & only chicken although the menu stated the special came with chicken, prawns & lamb. Won’t be returning, so disappointed

We ordered a delivery last night at 6.45 they said one hour that was fine. After a hour and a half I phoned to chase the order up he said he had lost the order he then found it but said they hadn't started cooking it and it would be another hour to be delivered. We chose to cancel as he went on to say they were short of delivery drivers. We will stick with our usual Indian.

Radbrool spice is a great place with a wide variety on their menu and great hygiene, I recommend. We'll done adi's dadi
