What a great cafe in Blackpool I’ve been coming here for many years now and alway s come when in town (sometime s twice in the same day) the staff are great especially carol (good for a laugh 😂) ,Paula and Nicola always pleasant and cheerful 😀 the food Is excellent and such good value where else can you get a toasted teacake and a large pot of tea for only £2.25 ?i live in lytham and you’d pay around £6 and it’s not as good as r & bs in Blackpool can’t fault it at all top class and a big thank you for all the years service

Well I'm going to keep this nice and simple, it's a short walk from the train station, we used the station as a start point we actually stayed near central pier but the walk down was absolutely worth it, the ladies were very friendly and extremely welcoming now onto the breakfast wow just wow absolutely amazing we had the xl (don't be put off by the xl it's just about the right size) and im not going to lie but i haven't had better black pudding anywhere and the breakfast and brew definitely set you up for the day, small note it's closed Sundays so don't stroll over😉, but 100% when we are back in Blackpool we will be back for our breakfasts

The breakfast is absolutely the best THAT I HAVE HAD FROM THE PLACES I HAVE VISITED IN BLACK POOL the mug of tea was also top quality staff seem nice I do a lot of reviews as I own the Face book page called the good food review with over 80,000 followers so I try to find fault but I can’t find any fault with this place But I do find some things on the menu can be a bit confusing And personal preference I think you should get black pudding on the large breakfast A few tweaks on the menu and this would be the perfect place

The large breakfast have gone up by over a whopping 25% from £5.40 to £6.85 inc tea n toast Additional items are now all £1 even a hash brown. Sorry Bev but you need to look at your pricing structure and overall costings, appreciate things have gone up but this is far too high. Compared to other local cafes of similar size your staffing levels are also high.

Visited here for breakfast before we left Blackpool. It's very close to Blackpool North train station. The staff were very friendly. We had an all day breakfast. The food was lovely and plentiful! It was a great price too! Very clean in the cafe and it has disabled & pram/buggy access. I definitely reccomend this cafe!

Long established cafe come here for cooked breakfast always cooked to perfection, I don’t know why a lot of other cafes can’t seem to get there eggs right? Either snotty/raw on top or hard fried eggs. This cafe is spot on every time, I like my fried eggs dippy yolk but splashed/cooked on top :) bacon always cooked just right here too unlike some other cafes where it’s practically raw! Thoroughly recommend this place and very reasonable prices too friendly staff and atmosphere Keep it up guys

Came here for the best breakfast in Blackpool, brilliant staff and the food was superb, we only ate breakfast here but we didn't need anything else all day, and that was the small breakfast, we couldn't have managed the large one! All the staff were friendly, professional and welcoming, especially Carol, she was like a human dynamo, never stopping, the place was spotless, and best of all we didn't have to remortgage the house to eat there, give it a go, you will be delighted.

The one thing my twin brother Stephen and I struggled with on our four day stay in Blackpool was finding a decent breakfast, while walking towards Blackpool Railway Station to catch our train back to Liverpool we chanced upon R & B's Kitchen and what a great find. A lovely cafe ,spotlessly clean, nice decor and furnishings including plenty of seating options spread throughout this cafe both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling Talbot Road, a really good cafe indeed. We were here on a Thursday morning, we track and traced and we grabbed a table, we ordered a full English breakfast with tea and toast ,breakfast arrived in no time at all ,what more can I say, eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes and toast were so good and no skimping on the size ,such a delicious breakfast all washed down by reviving tea ,it set us up for our train ride back to Merseyside, my only gripe was the fact we never found R & B's Kitchen on day one ,it really was the best breakfast we had in Blackpool. We really enjoyed our breakfasts in here before we moved on and for a first time visit to R & B's Kitchen we were totally impressed. R & B's Kitchen is easy to locate along Talbot Road. Opening hours are; ( I think ) Monday to Saturday, 9am till 3pm. Sunday, Closed. A wonderful cafe, most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area or planning to visit Blackpool.

We fell over this cafe by accident. We were passing and I was dying to go to the loo :-) so we only went in to use the loo and for coffee. Then we decided to stay for some lunch and we're glad we did. The menu is trad English, the ingredients are top quality and beautifully cooked and the food arrived quickly. The staff were really friendly and bonus, the prices are very good for Blackpool. It's a bit off the beaten track - in the northern 'town' part rather than the 'seaside' part, but worth looking for. We don't go to Blackpol often, but when we do again R&B's have got themselves some new regular customers.

Asked for a large breakfast without beans and tomato and was offered an extra sausage and bacon as replacement. A tall waitress with black hair tied back was absolutely horrid to me and my family. I won't put her name up her attitude faults her enough. I was horrified at the way she slammed our food down, spat when she spoke and also filled our drinks just above half way. The rest of the staff were terrific but this one ruined my visit if anything. But I. All honesty, she looked like a bully and a nasty person which wouldn't surprise me after the way she spoke to my wife and daughter. This cafe has always impressed me. The appearance of the cafe is clean and well kept. A little dated but this adds to the whole cafe atmosphere. The staff are not as friendly as they could be but this is maybe because they are always busy. The food and drinks are great value for money and the service is prompt. This cafe does not have table service. So you need to find a table, sit down and then look through the menu. Pick what you want and then go to the till and order and pay. This is OK if you are alone but if you have a group order to remember then this can be inconvenient. The food is then brought to your table.

Where do I begin to say how fabulous this place is! I live in Blackpool and have been the head chef of a 40 bedroom hotel on the promenade for 20 years so know a thing or two about food. I hadn't been here since it recently opened with new owners but having called in last week for a breakfast I have been back 3 times. The quality and value is unbelievable. The breakfast consisted of 2 thick and succulent pork sausages, 2 rashers of lean back bacon, 2 perfectly cooked fried eggs, beans, tomato, mushrooms and wonderfully crisp fried bread cooked on the griddle and not dropped into the chip fryer as most places do. Along with this came 2 slices of golden brown crisp toast served in a toast rack on a separate plate so it didn't go soggy and with 2 portions of REAL butter for each slice, and all this for just £4.20!!! I must also mention the tea. I get fed up going into Cafe's and paying over £1 for a pot or mug of lukewarm grey greasy dishwater, with 1 cheap economy teabag costing less than a penny floating around but not here! A pot of tea arrived very quickly along with a pot of hot water, jug of milk and cup and saucer. There were 2 well known pyramid teabags in the pot and with the hot water added gave 4- YES 4! generous cups of good strong quality tea, and the price? Just 95 pence!!! A perfect accompaniment to a perfect breakfast. I am diabetic and had forgotten to take my sweeteners with me but they even provided those too! The food arrived very quickly, all the staff were extremely friendly and they all said thankyou and goodbye as I left, including the young lad who was bussing the tables. If you're coming to Blackpool or are local then this place is not to be missed!

I rang up just about 5 pm to book a table for 7 30 , very pleasant on the fone. I went with a good friend. From when we walked in till we left , the staff were polite , friendly. When we ordered our meals , the appitiser came out with in 10 minutes, and just as we had finished that the starters came out , wen we finished them we had to wait about 15 minutes for our mains as they were freshly cooked . Well worth a revisit sometimes in the future
