Update: received an out-of-the-blue refund about three weeks later (seems to have closed for a few weeks). Appreciate getting my money back, but they need to sort their website out. The food is great, so I'll order from them again, but only using the JustEat app, as that won't accept orders if they're closed. Original review: Seem to have closed down - despite what listing on Google says - but they still allow their website to take your order and your money. We lost over £30 so don't make the same mistake.

The food is incredible - I have never eaten inside so I can't comment on the service and atmosphere in the restaurant itself They desperately need to sort their hours and online prescence out though. The hours on the door are wrong, the hours on JustEat are wrong, the hours on their website are wrong - both JustEat and their website are happy to accept orders when they should be open, but actually aren't and they'll gladly take your money and not refund it unless you chase them over the following days. Makes ordering from them online a huge pain and I recommend calling if you're going to collect or get delivery

Nice ambience and decor, staff very attentive, food good and prices fair.

I've dined in and also had takeaways from this place. And it's by far one of the best places in Keighley to eat. Quickly became my favourite spot. All the staff are very good and the foods always made to a high level. Would recommend to anybody.

Lovely food with good company and a very good atmosphere

Something changed at this place, always had good takeaway, this time no dips, everything come in tin containers, not the same quality or presentation and 3 star food hygiene rating.

Very unassuming Persian restaurant, opposite the Boltmakers, run by a lovely family and offering something slightly different. Excellent value for money and a great cup of tea, if you want alcohol it is take your own, highly recommended.

This is a wonderful place. We tried many of the starters, a mixed grill main and one of the stews. All the meats were so tender. The Aloo lamb stew was my favourite. The naans were fresh and plentiful. I thoroughly enjoyed my hot tea too! Its very very reasonably priced, we took enough food home for us both to have lunch the next day too. I'll be back!!

Just passing through Keighley, but ate in this restaurant. I had Aloo Mosama - Persian lamb and plums stew -served with rice and salad: absolutely delicious, with a good amount of lean, tender lamb. My wife, a vegetarian, had 3 salads from the menu but which were obligingly modified to suit her personal likes and dislikes. Friendly service. Excellent value for money. Shame we are unlikely to be visiting Keighley again. We strongly recommend this restaurant.

If you’re looking for amazing food in Keighley this is the place to go! Staff are amazing and do everything they can to make sure you feel welcome and well attended. Food was delicious, we recommend the minced lamb and chicken rolls! It was excellent value (all of the below for just £20), plus alcohol is BYOB - there’s an Aldi down the road. 5* would deffo recommend to anyone in the area

Best food I’ve had in a while, a real gem to have in keighley!

An under used gem of a restaurant in Keighley. Food is fresh and very well cooked. You can see the naan bread being freshly cooked. It is so light. Best I've ever had. Prices are very reasonable. 4 starters, 4 mains and 2 cans of Coca Cola was £51.40. Not licenced but you can take your own alcohol. I didn't realise my bottle of wine had a cork but they opened it for me and even sealed the top back on when I hadn't managed to drink it all. You cant fault the staff for friendliness or efficiency. Only downside is that the toilets are down steep stairs so not totally disabled friendly.

I have been to this place a few times in the past few weeks, and must say, it's an excellent little place, serving tasty, delicious Persian food. I've got to know the owner Akram quite well, and he is a really good guy offering excellent service and knowledge. Most of the food is great, but I like the kashk badamjan in particular, and the chengah, which is some of the tastiest lamb I have had. Eat in, and you won't be disappointed.

Excellent customer service with friendly staff too. The staff are ready to help and make sure that you are fine and satisfied with your food. Really good place to eat I would recommend it. 👍

Sorry for the late review. Had my birthday not too long ago and as a treat I was picking out where to eat. So as brave as I am said I wanted to try something different. Persian/middle eastern came to mind. Up popped Qurtuba to mind. The food was cooked to the right requirements. Food was enjoyable and different to say an Indian meal. The spices were light on the stomach and refreshingly the customer service from the waiting staff was excellent sadly I cant fully remember her name. Either way I will be definitely be ordering from here again and if not dine in again. Thank you.

630pm food via food hub 45 mins was accepted by the restaurant. 745pm decided to call as it had been twice the alloted time. Got told the delivery driver was on his way by a rather impolite 'lady' on the phone. 8pm called again to ask status at first she said 5 mins then said can't get hold of delivery driver then just gave me a barrage of abuse, I then had enough and said I'll come collect the food or have a refund as id paid online. She said rather abruptly 'come get your money' and hung up. So I drove 15 mins to the shop and she then lied and said I didn't say that and I can't have my money and the food has gone with a driver? She said she called to tell me but I had no missed call. I then drove home and no food at home. When I called the restaurant they said the delivery driver left 10 mins ago but I was in the shop 15 mins prior. 9pm still no food I decided to drive back to the shop and demanded food or a refund and was finally given my money back and I then went onto another restaurant to eat. In summary ordered at 630 no food by 9 two visits the restaurant 30 mins of driving and fuel. Rude. Abrupt behaviour. Terrible. Worst experience I have ever had at an establishment.

Always amazing with the best service from nice people.

We gave this a try around a year ago and have returned several times since. It never fails to impress us with the high quality of the food and the very friendly staff. This Persian restaurant is a healthier alternative to the many Curry houses in the area offering a different cuisine made with fresh ingredients and flavoursome spices. We would recommend to anyone wanting something a little different and looking for quality fresh ingredients. 10/10

It was recommended by friends who raved about the lamb. As a family of vegetarians we also had a fantastic meal. Only one veggie main course but we also had a platter of various starters- totally delicious.

Amazing food, such a refreshing change to the usual takeaway food offered, that impressed ordered again this evening.

In a town where there's a ton of good Indian Restaurants, a load of decent Italian Restaurants, and millions of takeaways it's not easy to stand out. Qurtuba does. I've had Kebabs, I've had stews it's all been absolutely exquisite. Their Saffron Rice is the best rice I've ever eaten, seems a bit weird for someone to wax lyrical about a simple side dish but it's just that good. Don't be put off by what appear to be prices a little on the high side because you're getting great food made from quality ingredients. A real gem of a place that Keighley is lucky to have, hopefully it gets enough custom to stay around.

Very impressed. Visited on a Thursday evening so three courses for £10. Not sure anywhere can beat that for value when the food is so good. Standard Persian menu, but everything of very high quality. The meat skewers are beautifully marinated. Lovely refreshing mint tea to finish. Could see the chef’s reflection in the glass of the chiller cabinet - he clearly loves what he does. Great relaxed environment, service very quick indeed. Will definitely be back.

amazing. we had stopped getting take away as the quality of most places is so poor. this however was fabulous. amazing flavours, tender meat and fresh ingredients. will definatley order again! going to investigate the restraunt next!. my husband was glad i pushed for this take away and not the usual fish and chips!!

Had a takeaway the other night. Not cheap and portion not your huge usual over facing slop but my god it was good. Beautiful kebabs of chicken and lamb well seasoned and chargrilled. Fab rice and great fresh sauces and salads. About time we got a tasty takeaway that's Persian in town ... 100% recommend!!!

Not only that the owner who also happens to be the chef delivered it himself! People that work this hard deserve all the help they can get! We have definitely found our new takeaway spot!

My wife and I were super excited to have a Persian restaurant here in Keighley. But our experience was sadly a let-down overall. The owner/chef was charming but the waiter was uncommunicative and knew nothing about the menu. We had 4 starters. The baked aubergine and the yoghurt with shallots were lacking in flavor; the halloumi had been over-grilled to dry slabs and worst of all, the sujuk was, I swear, a fried chip-shop sausage cut in half – all bread, and not even close to the middle-eastern spiced sausage we know and love. My lamb shank main was delicious. My wife’s chicken and rice was dry and lacking the advertised pistachios. Excellent hot buttered naan bread. We asked about the ‘range of desserts’ on the menu and were told there were none. I really hope the food picks up and we can revisit with confidence.

I really wanted to experience Persian cuisine so I went to Qurtaba with the family. The food was superb and it's definitely a great addition to Keighley. We will be returning soon.

We ordered on the opening night and only received half of our starters, the staff were fantastic, couldn’t have been more apologetic and they were quickly delivered, the meal itself was delicious and we will most definitely be ordering again, yes it’s a little more expensive than most of the takeaways in town but if you want quality food it’s well worth the extra cost.

The two star review is fake, the sevice was second to none, portion sizes were also generous. The food was outstanding and prices reasonable for something different.

Service was slow, Food was ok, prices are sky high and portion size are tiny for the amount you pay.
