Querky Cafe in Newham

Bastante decepcionante. Barista no encendió la máquina. El café tenía un sabor amargo y me costó beberlo. El lugar era oscuro y sombrío. No hay invitados en el Horizonte. Evitar

Nous avons découvert ce café qui ne paye pas de mine un peu par hasard sur la fin de notre séjour dans le quartier et nous y avons pris un petit dej rapide Le cappuccino était bon, les shake nutella à tomber ainsi que le berry shake ! De retour en fin de journée, nous avons décidé de s'y arrêter pour y prendre un goûter : nous avons re commandé des shake nutella puis testé le shake beurre de cacahuète ainsi que les pancakes nutella fraise C'est en postant cet avis que je vois les avis négatifs sur ce café Alors certes ce n'est pas le café du siècle, il fait un peu boui boui, les serveurs ne sont pas forcément loquaces mais, de notre expérience, tout s'est très bien passé Nous avons été servis à table, avec peu d'attente, tout était très bon pour un budget tout à fait raisonnable Lorsque nous avons demandé comment étaient réalisés les shakes, la personne en caisse a répondu avec grand plaisir en donnant quelques détails sur les quantités de chaque ingrédient Nous n'avons pas testé les autres plats notamment les brunch mais ce que nous avons observé dans les assiettes voisines semblaient très appétissants et en quantité importante Une bonne expérience pour nous !

We waited 15 minutes for our coffee after we'd paid...then we had to remind them. Servers with attitude. Not a happy experience.

Amazing service and the food came nice and hot. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. And the food came very quickly

Found egg shell in omelette this afternoon. The staff did make a new one. Very unprofessional staff had to write down our order on paper with a pen myself for the staff. One brother was very nice and apologised. Computer had no connection hence delay for payment had to wait around.

POOR!!! Extremely slow service. I don't know how they decide who they serve first but people who came after me were being served before me, and it wasnt even that busy. I am vegan, ordered a vegan wrap, waited for ever to receive it, it came i bit into it and it was a fried omolete with what looked like a hash brown. I felt sick having bitten into an egg. When I told the guy he said sorry but it was not sincere and his face was expressionless. Not a very nice person or experience I am never going there again. Cant even find a head office address to make a formal complaint.

The service is so slow even when they are quiet. They miss orders and then are rude when asking where is your order. AVOID AT ALL COST IF ON A LUNCH BREAK

Brilliant food and customer service. Nice and quick no long waits brilliant all round. Enough seating and clean as well as easy way to order your food.

Popped in for a quick coffee as my normal venue when in Forest Gate was not yet open. The venue is very small, only a few seats, but it seems most people pop by for takeout anyway. The station (Forest Gate on Elizabeth Line) is directly across the road, and a little further down in Wanstead Park on the London Overground, so great for commuters. There is a sign saying they prefer cash, but they do have facilities for card payments, and there is a free cashpoint at the Co-op less than 2 minutes away. Venue was clean, coffee was a good size, good temperature. Food looked good although I didn't try it. And best of all, they are dog friendly. Will certainly remember next time I am in Forest Gate.
