Couldn’t give 0 stars!! I didn’t get to stay! Booked a room and they cancelled 5 days before arrival, then when I contacted booking.com they said they could refund me the difference for alternate accomodation if they get confirmation from the owner that it is no longer available. The owner then lied to booking.com and told them it is still available - very unprofessional!! Really annoyed!! Don’t bother booking as they are selfish and could cancel on you last minute all because “they may not be back on time from their trip” disgusting!!

Un fantástico menú que ofrece una excelente variedad de comida a precios muy razonables, una buena variedad de cervezas y sidras y una gran variedad de licores. Fantástico entretenimiento regular y siempre con una muy cálida gente y cordial. 10 / 10.

We booked a family get together here for my aunt's 90th birthday and what a buffet they laid on !!! The staff could not do enough for you . The food was lovely a mixture of cold and hot including lovely hot cod goujons and tempura prawns! There was a lovely atmosphere and would like to thank Clive and his wonderful staff for a lovely afternoon.

We went for an evening meal on a Saturday night. The bar downstairs was busy as there was live music. We were offered the choice of where to eat and plumped for the upstairs restaurant. The owners served us. We had the Pate for starters, a 10oz ribeye steak with a red wine and stilton sauce, Dauphinois potatoes and vegetables. We followed this up by sharing a piece of delicious cheesecake. The service we received was absolutely excellent as was the food. It was all beautifully cooked and presented and very very tasty. The meal wasn't cheap by any means but the price reflected the quality. The restaurant is quite sizeable and very well decorated in a modern but rustic way using a lot of reclaimed materials, if that makes sense. If you find yourself in need of a tasty meal in relaxing surroundings take a trip to Crynant near Neath and give this place a go.

TERRIBLE. Worst fish and chips we have had. Bought 4 large fish and two large chips for family lunch. All went in bin. The fish was mushy, like reconstituted cheap fish fingers, the batter was like eating a doughnut, so thick and heavy. The chips were scrappy, thin and hard with lots of black spots, inferior quality potatoes. Spent over 40.00 and all in bin. We have been here before, and left feedback for these owners, and previous ones, so have experienced the good quality food, and the latest were awful.
