Ordering was fine but a discount code given to me from Just Eat was declined for being out of date. It clearly stated, valid until 14th November.

Had a big family party in Puckeridge, spoke to very helpful staff who talked me through rough number of pizzas I needed for 38 people, and advised to order on phone the day before. Order was delivered on time, and everyone enjoyed the pizzas (sadly no leftovers for us the next day!). Thanks for your help, made our party very easy to cater!

Well at least it was food. Unfortunately there wasn't much "quality" to this pizza. This is what I would typically refer to as "cheap London kebab shop pizza". None of the ingredients seemed fresh or of a particularly high quality. If you're looking for authentic Italian style pizza made with high quality ingredients, I would instead try Fratelli in Ware or Il Vino in Hertford.

My go to takeaway pizza place in ware. Very nice deep dish pizzas. Easily better than the mainstream chains in the area and the price is good too.

Had takeaway from here several times. Staff were very helpful with dietary restrictions. Pizza always delicious and good value.

We ordered from Quality Pizza a second weekend in a row as we were so impressed with the pizzas we received the first time that we wanted to have them again. Unfortunately the pizza the second time around was abysmal despite us ordering the exact same thing. The pizzas were incredibly low standard, like no effort had been put into it at all. There were barely any toppings or sauce on my vegetarian pizza and it was honestly the worst I have ever had. My partner’s BBQ chicken pizza was undercooked, soggy and like it was thrown together in a rush. They were also both cold. I understand that a Friday night can be busy however we spent £32 on these 2 pizzas so we definitely expect a little more effort put into it.

I ordered from here for the first time three weeks ago and was so impressed with the quality and service that it’s been my go to ever since. The pizza is delicious and the service is top. The man who delivers is always cheerful and chatty and seems so appreciative during this difficult time. If you can support a more local business instead of the normal corporate options, i would definitely encourage you use this one!

Pizza is always of a decent quality, and orders are always correct. I will continue to use these guys whenever I need pizza!

This is by far the best takeaway pizza in Ware- the staff & drivers are prompt & courteous and their pizza bases are always crisp and delicious. You can tell the difference between mass produced dough from dominoes or papa John’s instantly. Been using them for 20 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else for takeout pizza

Was a tad overcooked, dry, not very hot (spice wise) but I managed to eat it all nevertheless

The chicken nuggets we’re so wet I could squeeze water out of them almost threw up after a couple bites. The batter was falling off of the nuggets due to them being so soggy. The pizza was nice, just wish the cheese melted a bit better. The dough was really tough and greasy. Not very happy!

I put one star for the service because I placed an order yesterday evening on my way home and it was delivered to my wife while I was a few minutes away. When I placed the order there was no delivery charge but my wife told me she had to pay £2.50 in cash to the delivery driver because he claimed the delivery was outside their delivery range. I don't understand why this order was accepted with no delivery charge. I am also not impressed by the fact that this is supposed to be contactless delivery.

Pizza qualify was poor - veggie was tasteless and the spinich/garlic was pure garlic. not pleasant.

Shop asked delivery driver to charge us £2.50 for delivery in cash, upon delivery, which wasn’t specified originally online. Phoned the shop to ask if this was correct (as thought driver was trying to get extra tip cash), and shop said yes they were asking cash as JustEat advert wasn’t working. I Said that on this occasion I would not pay it as it wasn’t specified online and shop just said to me ‘well don’t order from here again then and if you do, you order will be refused’. Tried explaining that in future I would pay for it if it was advertised on JustEat, and that I was trying to make them aware that it seemed like they had a dodgey driver, but shop didn’t want to hear it, they were just rude, said ‘fine’, and hung up. It’s a shame the food was good as I won’t be ordering from here again due to the fact that they clearly don’t value their customers...

Ordered via just eat and they delivered 15 mins earlier than expected. Was glad as we were starving! The pizzas were piping hot as if it just came out of the oven. Ingredients were fresh and crust wasn’t chewy as some pizza chains are. Great special deal for 2 medium pizzas. The delivery woman was nice and told us to enjoy our meal. First time ordering from here and will definitely order again.

Hoorah! Quality pizza is open again! Just had our first one in ages and it was as incredible as ever. This REALLY is the best pizza in the area. Great pizza bases (thin is our favourite) generous toppings, so tasty! And the best service. Why go to an average overpriced chain, when you can come here!? So happy you are open again.

Its basically just the best pizza and there's not much else to say. I would say that the bases are the best it's like pizza oven meets fryer.

Food was late. Pizza was burned and absolutely vile. They forgot the garlic bread and when phoned to inform them, they told me they wouldn’t send it out as they were busy and would give me money off my next order. Like I would order again??? Lol. Ridiculous. Shambles

The pizza's were smaller than we had expected for a medium sized pizza and were a little tough to eat. The quality was not so good; given we had to wait almost an hour to receive them and it wasn't busy in the shop when we went by an hour earlier

Our food arrived half an hour late. We had to shovel our pizza down in five minutes in order to get our train. They also forgot to bring my drink, but I realised after they'd gone so have lost the money. The pizza was ok. Nothing to write home about.

Went to the website, chose what I wanted, put in my Ware postcode and they don't deliver to my area..... I could walk there in 10 mins. Just had a bath I'll order from Papa's instead. haha I guess they only deliver to their neighbours?
