I've been ordering their pizzas for a while, and gotta say, for a reasonably low price, the pizzas SLAP!! They taste great, have a nice bite, and also taste good cold the next day. If you like pizzas with a bit of heat, you'll enjoy these. And honestly, they're really good value for money considering the prices are at least 50% lesser than places like Domino's, Papa Johns, etc.. I've tried the tandoori chicken, chicken tikka, cheesy garlic, and pepperoni; tandoori chicken is my favorite. If you live in Hounslow, it's a convenient spot to order nice-tasting pizzas. Highly recommended.

food is always amazing and staff are very friendly. food comes out quickly and fresh would come here again.

Poor Pizza, hardly any toppings, asked to remove chillies and anything hot on there, and replace with others, instead got nothing added. The other dishes were full of capiscums, even in dishes you would never expect them to be in.

I paid for a full bottle of coke and got a smaller bottle

I order online with delivery driver they refuse to deliver my food after charging 32 pounds . It is fraud restaurant dont orde online wtih them.

I had ordered 2 rasmalai but I received only 1 . m gonna receive my refund?

Best punjabi chicken and lamb curry

Rasmalai wasn’t fresh and was sent in a used box also wasn’t packed properly it spilled while coming.

parathas were uncooked . less potatoes in the Aloo parathas .

The aloo da paratha was burnt and un cooked

The employees were very kind to the customers and there were many options on the menu with detailed descriptions on what they were. 10/10 WOULD RECCOMEND 👍👍👍

I order the food today its around £150 above some starters, pizzas, curries and we enjoy the food. The staff is really friendly and they give respect to all customers. Our whole family enjoy the food. Thanks for delicious food.

Every weekend , my husband always ordered food from you guys . There is no doubt your Punjabi food is very good and we really appreciate your hardwork . But today I’m really very disappointed. I ordered a pizza for my children and base of pizza was totally burn and my children didn’t eat even single bite they were like no mum it’s bitter . I tried to call you but nobody respond it .

Had a few takeaways from here. They have been good and fine no issues at all. Always quick to make the food and I live nearby so I walk down and pick it up. Pizzas are good and the chicken wings too

Just want to say Simran the owner is really friendly and listens to customers, we were delighted to have a genuine punjabi indian take away at last. Lots of people for personal or religious reasons do not wish to have halal food,just as lots do only want halal. This take away is not halal, anyway we ordered quite a bit of food,which came piping hot excellent first time SIMRAN needs to ensure her staff follow same menu and receipe ,it seems who ever is cooking do what they want. So so disappointed last few times I purchased samosas got home and samosa tasted weird ,samosa always Been potato peas,or minced lamb. These were filled with the oily sliced peppers and onions they use to serve with chicken tikka. I mean why why do that,I just threw rest in bin. The aloo pronta I got was hardly any potato just ground ginger Raw dough on edges. Things like this puts people off so don't go back Which I want to do,but Been reluctant to. Their pizzas are the best,perfect Staff are friendly but please please management check your food is edible and give customers what they paid for and expect.

I not here to tell you food taste or quality just wanna tell take ur critic customer seriously and ans them politely if u wanna stay in business for long tarm if doing time pass let it go and ignore my review...u will keep running but ur growth will very slow

Please close it down before someone will suffer. I ordered a kitchen wrap. Wile preparing the wrap one off the staff cut his finger with the knife. After that other stuff member continues preparing and chopping the meet for the wrap with the same knife and the same chopping board without cleaning any . After I told her what she just done she offer to make o other one. Totally disgusting. Shame

Started the tiffin service from Monday but no delivery as driver had left unexpectedly. Tiffin arrived on Tuesday but food was stale. Now come Wednesday no delivery, not answering my calls so got my husband to call and was asked to confirm the delivery address twice and then was told.... driver left unexpectedly so we cant deliver this was at 8.45pm. I'm a diabetic but why would punjabi kitchens care. there is no communication as a customer if they can't deliver you should contact and say You message and no reply but call from another number and they answer, and then give conflicting information. The comments on tiktok are switched off ... I wonder why 🤔 DO NOT ORDER THE TIFFIN SERVICE So to the response below from the owner I've been asking the cost and how to pay was told £160 and cash was fine then told "no mam we don't do try" asked for an explanation and ignored!! Happy to share communication messages with the world! As for calling and not answering and being a beg I work for the local authority and start work at 4am. Is 22.30 an acceptable time to call?? I earn a wage and would rather pay £10 a tiffin for fresh food then your £5+ for stale leftovers. As for the numbers tried them all either dont connect or not answered This is customer service complain ir leave a honest review you a beg

Ordered 4 naans, the cashier was very quick to take my payment, however was very slow on preparing the 4 naan bread, which took 37 minutes! At no stage did the staff acknowledge the delay, nor did they mention this at the time of ordering. They just ignored me until the naan was ready, after the collection they mentioned they had given me 1 extra naan bread for the delay, so I was happy to accept this as an apology. However, when I got home there was no extra naan provided as promised and I'd only received the 4 naan for which I had originally paid. Why offer a goodwill gesture, if you aren't going to follow through? Very poor service.

My previous order was declined for reasons unmown, maybe an item was unavailable? This time delivered quickly as ordered. Price a little more than some places but worth every penny. Lamb Rogan Josh, Pilau rice with a butter nan delicious. Will definitely order again!

Not the value of money served all frozen food

The garlic naan, Punjabi aloo dish and samosas were perfect. However, the Punjabi paneer dish was really horrible and I had to bin it. It tasted burnt and I could tell that the paneer was just made from packaged paneer i.e. it wasn't freshly prepared. It was hard and rubbery. I'm sorry to say this but it was the worst paneer dish I have ever tried in my whole life.

First time I tried their food from the Central Avenue restaurant. It was fantastically tasty. It’s going to be my local take away from now on. Well done guys and thank you. Regards Raj
