Plastic menu's, plastic table cloths, the restaurant feels and looks like a school canteen no atmosphere at all. The service was unbelievable slow, the staff have no idea what's going on, the food was OK though, when you eventually got it. A lot of training required for the staff, if you wanted a drink they sent you to the bar, can not order at the table after the first drink.

Won’t be returning. We had no tablecloth or cutlery on our table. The waitress came to take our drinks order then forgot to bring the drinks. When it came to ordering of the very limited menu we were asked by the waitress how was each meal was spelled. We waited an hour for our food even there there had only been 12 people in the restaurant. The plate was dirty and we had to get our own cutlery. My food really wasn’t nice and my husband described his as just ok. The nann bread though was good in fairness. Guys, get waiting staff that know what they are doing and at least come across in a bit more professional manger. You won’t be successful if you stay the way you are. Really bad first impression.

Agonised over whether to go or not considering the shakey reviews. Decided to go in the end. There were about 10 starters and about 2 mains on offer. All of the ones I tried were tasty and fresh. They may not have been finest cuisine but I’ve had far worse takeaways from other places. My partner is vegetarian and the lady behind the counter was very open to us having a look at their selection before sitting down to commit. Good bits: Food was nice. Not the best but far from the worst. There was a decent selection including some more anglicised options (chips) etc for those who want to indulge. Staff behind the bar were friendly, the place was clean and there as no queue The bad bits: The lady tasked with filling up the buffet trays had the manners you associate with American Black Friday shoppers. The deserts were extremely disappointing in terms of taste and range And fundamentally the price. It’s £21 per head on a Friday evening, glass of coke was £3.30. Clearly some heavy profiteering If you go in with your eyes open about the prices vs range, you won’t leave hungry

Excellent food had fish chips and mushy peas all very nice too much for me to finish too. Two cups of decent tea as well all for £12. I’m not local but just popped in as it was lunchtime glad I did , place seemed busy but staff were all friendly and on top of things. I’ve noticed that the Tripadvisor description notes this place as closed? I’ve tried adding a new place so if it works I’ll do the review again. Anyway thank you . Great food and hope to visit again sometime

The girl on the coffee machine took 25 mins to serve us because she was having a long in depth conversation with every customer to the point it was becoming awkward as she was giving details about her private life. She told one customer she loved chocolate and wanted to lick the cappuccino dust. She told another she’d had two takeaways that weekend. She poured the milk with her mouth inches from the cup breathing all over the rim. The whole experience was rather bizarre and her behaviour was really unsettling.
