Burger Bros in Merthyr Tydfil

Paid £64 for food from here yesterday, all of it was stone cold and messed most of our order up, didn't care when we phoned them so won't be coming back here again.

Food was really good! Bought the chicken burger deal and cant fault it! Came with so much we couldn’t finish the chips🥲 Wait time wasn’t great as understandably it was a Saturday but they explained a driver hadn’t turned up!:( Also bought two milkshakes from Mogsy’s and they were unreal!!

Service was top tier, Ruby especially

Only went to pick up a ice cream log. The log looked great 👍

Absolutely amazing place for burgers, a really good feed, couldn't recommend enough! Been a few times where the staff have forgotten to serve us drinks like slush but are very apologetic when you remind them

Ordered from here because we vistited the Road House a a year or two ago, which was amazing. Ordered from here because they switched to Burger Bros. Honestly one of the worst value for a meal I have ever purchased. Ordered the Zinger Burger which tasted like a chicken mayo from McDonald's with a little kick. Chips were soggy and my desert from Mogzy Belle, same company was very poor. Had the m&m waffle. Not sure what's gone on with this guys businesses because the quality has dropped massively.

Ordered salt and pepper chicken curry box it was plain chicken with microwave packet rice and frozen chips a burger that was undercooked and pizza fries that were frozen chips with chopped tomatoes and melted cheese on top no good at all for £33 make better in the house

Excellent burger. Very tasty and well put together to be fair. The hunters chicken fries were good as well. I'll definitely return to try another one. Well done 👍

Ordered while at mogsey belle. Burgers toke nearly an hour, both came out at different times, my husband had finished before mine made it to the table, the sides we had ordered came out 10 minutes after we had finished. The loaded fries are just frozen chips with iceland chicken pieces on top 😅

Burnt fries,burger a mess not worth 30 quid,desserts they need to stick too as that was nice

Order didn't arrive, spoke on the phone to a lady who said nothing can be done as it was ordered through just eat. Driver was given instructions which wasn't followed. Really unhappy no food and unable to get money back due to this happening a few time of using just eat.

If You're after a sloppy, juicy smash burger, this the place. The burger bros special is a favourite. Not the place for an elegant dinner, but amazing for a dirty burger and fries. Service is quick and friendly, food tasty.

Twice we've had a take away from here. Twice its been so delicious! Definitely our new favourite for treat night

Lush food, very clean but the one girl serving with a bun was the moodiest ever, didn’t so much as smile! Really needs to sort her costumer service out! Other than that was really nice food and everyone else seemed nice!

Waited almost 2 hours for order to arrive. Will make a further review to let you you know if it was still hot.
