Missing items from order, again!!

40 minutes from ordering wasn’t great all food was freezing cold and a meal missing plus no dips

I ordered a meal but they didn’t deliver drinks

waited an hour and 25 minutes for food to be delivered. before I ordered it stated 20/30mins delivery time. I only live 5 minutes away from kfc as well. once my food arrived it was freezing cold. the chips and the chicken. I had to put them in the microwave just to warm them up a bit. absolutely shocking, I'm really not happy and wish I did not waste my money

Stopped eating here years ago when it went bad, recently ordered again and myself and my (fussy) mother thoroughly enjoyed it. The manager here has turned the place around for the better, will definately be ordering again.

The Merthyr kfc outlet is amazing the manager is so friendly and the staff just go above and beyond. Great place to eat. Will definitely be returning.

All chicken was cold and fries only thing hot as the rice. Delivery was fast so the food must have been having about at the restaurant for a while

The service was impeccable! The server I believe was Jake who had outstanding behaviours and quality serving skills towards customers. Fair to say the GOAT isn't Jon Jones, it's Jake from KFC Merthyr. Food was very good.

Awful wrong items of food, no boneless chicken or gravy. Pathetic

Best kfc in south wales hands down best management and staff any kfc could possibly have. Nice and clean generous portions nice cookies fantastic chicken 10/10 would recommend marvellous food 😋

We waited in the drive thru lane for over 20 minutes. When we finally got our wraps they weren't toasted and had a single lettuce leaf in each.

Customer service was amazing really tasty gravy not long wait time

This is the cleanest kfc around well done to the guy going around making sure all tables are nice n clean

The estimated time just keep gettting later and later. After an hour and a half. Status of order went from preparing food to delivered. WE NEVER RECEIVED OUR FOOD!!!!!!

Ordered 2 rice boxes on the self service screens, waited 15 minutes to collect only to receive the boxes with no rice. Went over to the counter and waited for 5 minutes before any of the staff acknowledged me just to be told they’ve got no rice. Will not be returning and would not recommend.

MISSING BEANS, missing the hashbrown,

Every time I order half of it doesn’t arrive. Soo annoying! You can’t call or ask them to bring the missing food. You just have to wait for a refund request which takes a week and pay for delivery again. Incompetent restaurant- the food that was delivered was body temperature. Not good!!

Food was either over cooked or left under the heating to long

The staff were great but the food was so so chips were luke warm and the burger was ok but the extra chicken drumstick was hot but the coating was soggy

my buger came without top bun an was freezing cold beens cold chips may aswell be frozen not eadble hashbrown looks like it's been cooked in 3 months oil

Food was absolutely foul. Haven’t eaten yet have requested a refund for it.chicken is so dry out and hard it’s uneatable . Chips are not cooked. Only thing looks any good is the gravy.

Not the best of experiences in this KFC to be fair. The chicken was luke warm had a little wait to be served despite it being almost empty and the wrap wasn't toasted.

food turned up stone cold 🥶 tried warning food up but inedible. massive waste of £20!!!!. food went straight in bin. we are paying for a service where drivers are paid by us customers to turn up direct from restaurants to our front door and not to make multiple drop offs along the way!!!! service usually good but clearly driver making multiple deliveries before arriving at mine.

The food was 45 mins late and cold by the time it was delivered

Paid £13 for a meal just chichen thrown in bun no hash brown no cheese no salad

The chicken was dry and tough, making it difficult to eat, and the coating had an almost burnt taste and dark colour. Only one piece out of 6 was remotely edible.

Absolutely shocking service from Just Eat. Ordered a delivery, waited an hour and it came up on the App that i had received the delivery. Delivery was not received, tried calling the KFC about 8 times but no one would answer the phone.

worst kfc ever, this is not the first time items are missing. we pay the full amount but we dont receive all our orders

The food is old!, the sauces in the rolls are mixed up, the potatoes are cold, the sauces I chose were not available, a waste of money!!! I must have been given this kind of food because I ordered it for 10pm, but that's not my problem! I'm extremely dissatisfied.

The driver was aggressive on the phone to my daughter after delivering to the wrong address! He was then rude to myself when I tried to explain to him. Not a very good representation of your company 😣

Food was freezing cold, plus items were missing. The boneless chicken fillet was no bigger than my thumb and was so overcooked it was inedible. Just Eat advised the courier was at the restaurant to collect and they were there 20 minutes before the restaurant handed them my food. Delivery time moved out four times and by 30 minutes in total.

Absolutely disgusting the chicken is all little bones with grey dark meat what's there of it the fries are cold and disgusting all the drink is all ice should never be allowed to trade moral of the story eat real food people

Not the best, advised order would take 20mins... turned into 35 mins... with incorrect order. Taste of chicken was appalling just fat saturate...with no black pepper!!...avoid.

Order placed via just eat and 1 person's order completely ignored. No real apology or ownership over the error just told yo resubmit order (with additional service charge and delivery charge). Food was cold and and substandard too - worst KFC to date

Slow service, it's like the staff couldn't be bothered. Music was loud couldnt here them shout our order number or talk to my husband without shouting. Then to make things worse the stuffing in the burger was overcooked and rock solid

Time kept changing. Food ended up arriving cold. The food was hard, chewy and chicken was undercooked. Not enjoyable at all.

Ordered 2 boneless banquets 1 with grave and bbq dip 1with corn on cob and garlic dip, both with still water to drink. Received 2 with gravy, no dips and no drinks. The food was stone cold. Waste of money.

What an absolute shambles qued ages in drive through waited ages at speaker no1 on the otherside so assumed the speaker was broken got to the window the lady at the window finally decided to put the head peice on and then told us we had to go back around to order at the speaker so went back around waited another 10-15mins just to place the order in total over half hour got to the window had to wait even longer just to be given the food think the staff need more training as didn't seem to know what they was doing and when had the food the mini fillets in the boneless banquet wasn't even hot they was cold!!
