half the food was missing no drink turned up

What an absolute shambles qued ages in drive through waited ages at speaker no1 on the otherside so assumed the speaker was broken got to the window the lady at the window finally decided to put the head peice on and then told us we had to go back around to order at the speaker so went back around waited another 10-15mins just to place the order in total over half hour got to the window had to wait even longer just to be given the food think the staff need more training as didn't seem to know what they was doing and when had the food the mini fillets in the boneless banquet wasn't even hot they was cold!!

Ordered 2 boneless banquets 1 with grave and bbq dip 1with corn on cob and garlic dip, both with still water to drink. Received 2 with gravy, no dips and no drinks. The food was stone cold. Waste of money.

Freezing cold again and missing items

one of the zinger charger meals was not a zinger charger, it didn't have any of the cheese, hashbrown literally only chicken burger. in all the meals there wasn't a full chips

I would leave a minus 10 review if I could. 45 mins wait for 2 pieces of chicken and it came cold. The food was ready ages ago, but our order was ignored and put to the bottom because there was no mash? The staff could’ve communicated this rather than having us wait nearly an hour. What kind of fast food is this? We came in at dawn and now it’s pitch black outside. Absolutely appalling service. We did not even get a refund for the mash! Ended up deciding it’s not worth the additional stress. Would not recommend, avoid at all costs

Often ran out of ingredient, long waited in the shop due to short staffs.

I would give a zero if possible, delivery took over 40 minutes after leaving restaurant and food was freezing and stodgy! Driver was also rude

The worst KFC I have ever been to by a mile. Nothing like I've ever had food wise before. Absolutely awful and the staff couldn't care less. If I could score minus figures I would and this is my first ever negative review. I try to see the positive wherever I go but this place is just beyond!

I will tell you right now this KFC changed my life. I had Duke of Edinburgh and as we are waiting for the bus at the retail park I see in the distance the warm loving eyes of the colonel. I rush to the building and order, an Oreo krushems, a large popcorn chicken, 2 large fries, 4 piece boneless fillets, and a large pepsi max. This was the meal I needed after a long 3 day trek through the valleys. My accomplices joined me and we all enjoyed the sweet taste of fried poultry and warm seasoned fries. Truly the place to be

Dump. Always dirty always teenagers behind the counter who can't be arsed. Chicken on the bone always smells rotten and the prices are absolutely ludicrous.

When I submitted my order it specified that it would be delivered between the times of 17.20 and 17.40 order was not delivered until 19.10. The food was cold and dry and some items were inedible. Very disappointed as this standard was Spaulding.

Couldn't find the krush'em i wanted on the screens so went to queue at the tills, waited 10 minutes without even being acknowledged by the staff, was then told they would be with us in 2 minutes. After waiting again finally someone came to take our order, i asked about what krush'ems they were doing and after i was told what flavours i was then informed that the tills were cash only....after over 15 minutes of waiting and then taking my order, i was then informed....this should have been the first thing i was told. I didn't have cash and the drink i wanted wasnt on the screens. What a complete waste of time, left empty handed.

Waited 45 mins for food at the counter. Even after that ridiculous amount of time, order was wrong. Waited so long didn't even want to go back in to rectify it. Absolute shambles, staff arguing, delete orders that not fulfilled. Manager couldn't care less. Awful.

If I could give less than one star I would. One decent piece of chicken, the other the size of a small rodent. Approx 12 chips. This has a drive through. My advice is drive straight past and go somewhere else 👍🏻

Honestly the worst KFC I've ever had. Warm soggy chicken, crispy skin, and I'm not a fan of the fries. Stuff treated me like I was invisible.
