Had takeaway food last night will not be having anymore from there could not eat it chicken was over cooked or was re heated both had upset tummy all day

This was the first time buying from here, got the chicken tikka masala & rice for a family of 4. It was lovely, really enjoyed it but could have done with a bigger portion size.

Sat in and had delivery. Food & service were excellent. Will use again and happy to score 5 stars. Been a few years since I was here. Great food and lovely host called Jazz. A real gem and well worth heading out along the Paisley Rd. Excellent food!

That was the best Indian Restaurant i ve ever been to. I am from Germany and i ve tried lots of indian restaurants. If I could I ve given 6 stars for the food. it was so delicious just wow. I would really recommend it. The price ue really fair.

Only us in it but we ordered a lot think it was very over priced bill wasn't even recognisable just scribbles I won't go again even though the food was amazing I have my doubts about the bill at the end

Food portions for the rice and naan were big and well prepared. The garlic naan is a game changer when dipped into the different curries on offer. Wide selection of different curry styles and meats to pair it so you can get a co bination to your taste. You can also choose the spice level that's to your liking so you can enjoy the food regardless of your spice tolerance. The downside for dine-in is that the interior looks depressing and the restaurant looked like it was closed from the outside.

Best Indian restaurant on paisley Rd West, good food and value and the owners are great. A family run venture that never disappoints, defo must try if in the area and also take away same quality as sitting in so best of both worlds if you live locally

I'm a boring git, always order chicken tikka main course and it's very consistent, nice juicy pieces of chicken and a sauce packed full of flavour. Naan can occasionally be a tad doughy but I'm not going to take a star off for that. Nice family who own it.

3rd generation owner was super friendly, food was AMAZING!

I loved their butter chicken in desi style...roti and Parathas are huge in sizes and cost from 1 to 4.5 pound. Tastes is average.. You may give it a try..open till mid night

Found this place buy chance but wow what a place to eat in . The food is amazing and so very tasty and the staff are friendly. If you get the chance to eat in there you should definitely go for it as it won’t let you down 5 stars from me

Outstanding local restaurant, we recently had a takeaway, that was fantastic value, and offered hot delicious food, the Punjabi has been in business for many years, because it’s consistently great.

Don't expect a luxury restaurant, this is a small family run business. The food is fantastic, I had chicken tikka ginger & chilli curry WOW ! It had just the right amount of heat, the chicken was tender, highly recommended. We chatted to the son and his mother so nice and friendly. Would really recommend this wee hidden gem.

Booked a table days in advance which was accepted via phone call. On arrival for my booking time at the restaurant I was told the place was fully booked and couldn’t accommodate me. Even after telling of my accepted booking I was told the place was fully booked. This is not acceptable. It was for my Dad’s birthday. Take caution if booking tables at this venue.

Great korma, curry and nan selection

We found this wee place after a Google search and it's only two minutes from us. The staff were very friendly. We ordered a lamb bhoona, rice and mixed pakora. It was really tasty with good flavours. Definitely will be our go to place for good food.

Outstanding food, friendly service

This one is just next door. No matter what you order, it shall be ready in 10 mins. Better than a quite a lot of Indian places in the city.

Taste is really awesome to next level best place for Indian cuisine and flavours of Punjab even you could ask for spicy food as well. Over all I can give top rating for this. Thumbs up for Jassi praji.

Got takeaway from here for the first time tonight, had high hopes after reading some of the reviews but honestly it's one of the worst indian curries I've ever had. garlic naan was absolutely rotten aswell... I mean how do you get a garlic naan wrong? Can't believe its a sit in restaurant....Nowhere near restaurant quality in my opinion and had I been sitting in I'd have handed it back. I've had much better curries out of your average local Indian takeaway.

Excellent meal with friendly proprietors. Not the cheapest, but worth the bill.

A very small, cosy restaurant, a bit tired on the inside, but the friendly attentative staff and delicious food make up for it. Obviously very popular as a carry out establishment well worth a try!

Nice place nice food service good

Great little family run traditional place in the heart of the South Side. I love their Ceylonesse Tikka Korma great coconut flavour and the addition of green chilli's at my request always makes for a spicy surprise. Also great chicken pakora moist tasty and not to much batter. Nan bread also a winner thin in places soft and chewy in others with just the right amount of burnt bits....only place I order from now.

Enjoy brilliant flavours, great service at a budget price.

I'm a veggie and their vegetarian options have always been very good and tasty. Their use of spices is very good and their tandoori lamb chops from when i wasn't a veggie were always good. (A couple of times the poppadoms have needed a bit more time in their oven to get crispy, but apart from that all good - I just asked them to make the second lot crispier and they did!)

Ordered dinner for two last night 2/12/17 pakora was freshly made and food was delivered quickly first time ordering but won’t be our last meat in the curries lamb and chicken was tender and delicious
